On Thursday evening, as he was returning to the White House from a town hall in Cincinnati, President Joe Biden was approached by a reporter from the right-wing media outlet the Daily Caller, which was founded by Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
The reporter, Shelby Talcott, asked the president:
Biden responded:
Talcott asked the same question again, even though Biden had already answered here:
That’s when the president shut Talcott down, leaving her dumbfounded when he asked:
Clearly, Biden was referencing the infamous QAnon conspiracy theory that’s so popular with right-wingers who support failed, one-term former President Donald Trump.
But perhaps the best part of the exchange is how outraged conservatives were that President Biden dared to raise the specter of QAnon as a way of proving just how absurd Republicans have become in recent years:
There are few things right-wingers hate more than when you use facts on them.
Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) is easily one of the most odious and disgusting members of the current Congress, a right-wing ideologue who admitted during his campaign for office that visiting Adolf Hitler’s summer home had been on his “bucket list” for some time and “did not disappoint” once he finally saw it.
And now Cawthorn is suggesting that First Lady Jill Biden should be indicted.
Appearing on Newsmax, Cawthorn was asked by host Chris Salcedo:
That led Cawthorn to go on an extended rant:
The congressman also suggested that Joe Biden isn’t actually running the country:
Of course, this is the very same Madison Cawthorn who lavishly praised failed, one-term former President Donald Trump at the 2020 Republican National Convention, so his judgement is clearly flawed.
Joe Biden is the President of the United States. And he’s a hell of a lot more qualified and competent than Madison Cawthorn will ever be.
During an appearance at the White House on Tuesday, Tom Brady was joined by his teammates from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to celebrate the team’s win in Super Bowl 55 earlier this year.
Brady was the only member of the team that spoke, and what he had to say was clearly aimed at failed, one-term, twice-impeached former President Donald Trump:
If you’ve watched more than a half-hour of cable TV in recent years, you’ve seen Mike Lindell, the CEO of MyPillow, hawking his poorly-made, ridiculously priced pillows and mattress toppers, none of which are worth a damn.
Lindell is also known as being one of the most deranged Donald Trump supporters on the face of the planet, even though the pillow man claims to be a born-again Christian and no real Christian would ever support someone as immoral and downright evil as the failed, one-term former president.
Recently, Lindell made appearances on internet talk shows to trumpet his latest prediction that Trump will be magically reinstated as head of state on August 13, even though Lindell has made previous predictions of dates for Trump’s “reinstatement” that never panned out:
But it was what Lindell said during an interview with former White House adviser Steve Bannon that proved the MyPillow guy has clearly been smoking whatever those pillows are made of, telling Bannon that reports the Biden administration is planning to send people door-to-door to dispel myths about the COVID-19 vaccine in the hope of getting more Americans vaccinated.
That plan, Lindell insisted, is a horrible thing:
And then Lindell went full Bible-thumper and added:
The Mark of the Beast, huh? Problem is, the Bible clearly states the “mark of the beast” will be on the forehead or the hand, not on the arm where a vaccine is administered. But, hey, since when are pretend Christians right about anything in the book they claim is the foundation of their religion?
Sorry, Mike, but your god is Donald Trump, and if he’s not “the Beast,” then there’s no such thing and your “faith” is just as bogus as you are.
For some time now, it’s been clear that 99.9% of the people in the pro-Trump movement are immoral, hateful, and emotionally bankrupt, just like the slimeball they so fervently worship.
A perfect example of just how disgusting and downright evil the Trumpers are can be found in a rally the one-term loser former president held in Sarasota, Florida, Saturday evening.
As a warm-up act, the Trump team had disgraced former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle (who’s now employed as Don Jr’s armpiece) get up and rouse the braindead MAGA faithful with some of her patented, fever-pitched snarling that brings to mind the frothing fury of a rabid wolf.
Rather than say good things about the disgraced former president the crowd had come to slather with their diseased devotion, Guilfoyle decided she’d try to tear down Vice President Kamala Harris, much as she did back in April when she appeared on Newsmax and declared that Harris was actually running the country, not President Biden:
On Saturday, however, Guilfoyle decided to suggest that the vice president was secretly planning to bump off her boss so she could be head of state, telling the Trump acolytes:
Just like Donald Trump, Kimberly Guilfoyle hates Kamala Harris because she’s a smart, strong woman of color who doesn’t take any shit and has a very bright future. There’s a very good chance she’ll be the first woman president in U.S. history. But to suggest she’ll have to kill her boss to get what she wants is beyond contemptable. It’s downright sick and perverse.
Of course, it shouldn’t surprise anyone that the Trump contingency walking among us is filled with rage and violence. Their own self-loathing is apparent by the fact that they support a man who would gladly toss them into the nearest gulley and walk on their backs to keep his own shoes dry.
Kimberly Guilfoyle is a fool. But her so-called sense of humor is telling, and it suggests that Junior had better watch his back when he’s walking down a flight of stairs and Kim is nearby.
