Biden Accuser’s Deposition Flops As House Republicans Get Humiliated Yet Again

All weekend long, members of the House Republican caucus hyped a Monday deposition by convicted felon Devon Archer that they claimed would prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that President Joe Biden committed criminal acts with his son, Hunter.

But after Archer testified, it quickly became clear that the GOP had been humiliated again and found no smoking gun in their ongoing harassment of the president, which is little more than an attempt to deflect from Donald Trump’s multiple criminal indictments.

According to HuffPost, Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) was present for Archer’s deposition and he proved nothing other than just how desperate Republicans are to manufacture dirt on the incumbent U.S. head of state.

“I think it is safe to say that after yet another two hours, there still is no connection of any of Hunter Biden’s business dealings with President Biden,” Goldman said.

The president has repeatedly denied ever discussing business with his son, who for years sat on the board of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma after Archer recommended him for the position to the company’s founder.

While Archer apparently maintained that he never witnessed the elder Biden talking shop with his son, Goldman said, Archer did describe several instances of the two Bidens talking on speakerphone in the presence of their other business partners.

“The witness indicated that Hunter spoke to his father every day, and approximately 20 times over the course of a 10-year relationship, Hunter may have put his father on the phone with any number of different people, and they never once spoke about any business dealings,” Goldman added. “As he described it, it was all casual conversation, niceties, the weather, what’s going on. It wasn’t a single conversation about any of the business dealing Hunter had.”

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), who serves as chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and was in the room when Archer gave his deposition, would only say that the testimony had been “productive.”

Archer also told lawmakers from both parties Monday that he had no evidence of any financial payments to either of the Bidens. Hunter Biden, Archer added, was only selling “the illusion of access to his father,” according to a source familiar with matter.

Lara Trump: Why Is Hunter Biden Allowed To Profit From His Father’s Presidency?

Lara Trump has virtually no accomplishments other than being married to failed, one-term, twice-impeached former President Donald Trump’s son, Eric, who is ostensibly the “executive vice president” of the Trump Organization, which is reportedly hemorrhaging millions of dollars and could well be on the verge of complete financial collapse.

Despite her lack of any real credentials except marrying into the Trump family, Lara has been hired as a Fox News contributor and often shows up to pontificate on subjects she has zero knowledge of.

Such was the case when she was speaking with host Ainsley Earhardt on the topic of President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, daring to sell artwork he’s produced, according to Mediaite:

The controversial son of President Joe Biden has been selling artwork for five and six-figure sums, despite the fact that he has little experience, training, or standing in the art world. This has raised a reasonable set of ethical questions regarding his ties to the White House, which has taken pains to set up “safeguards” in an attempt to avoid the appearance of impropriety.

That led Lara to remark:

 “The reality is, Ainsley, we know that people would be going absolutely crazy about this, there’d be investigation after investigation. They would try to impeach my father-in-law over something like this, gosh, seems like any chance they got they did that while he was in office.”

Actually, Donald Trump was impeached for blackmailing the Ukrainians for dirt on Joe Biden and then for inciting an insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

Lara then added this bit of head-shaking stupidity:

“But you’ll never see that happen to Hunter Biden or the Biden family, because there is a very clear double standard, and at a certain point it’s not just about liking personality. It’s about the safety and security of the United States of America.”

What Lara Trump neglected to mention is that Ivanka Trump was given trademark privileges by the Chinese government while there was a trade war taking place between the U.S. and China. At the time, she was serving as a senior White House adviser.

Oh, and let’s not forget that Eric and Don Jr. were running the Trump Organization while their father was president and that the ex-president never divested himself from his company.

There can be a legitimate debate about Hunter Biden and his paintings, but Lara Trump sure as hell isn’t the person who needs to lead that discussion.

James Comer’s Star Witness In Biden ‘Bribery’ Case Is A No-Show For Promised Deposition

House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer (R-KY) is watching as his long-promised “proof” that President Joe Biden took millions of dollars in bribes from Ukrainian entities collapses, with a planned key witness refusing to show for a promised deposition.

Just last week, the Washington Examiner reported that Devon Archer had already canceled his scheduled deposition on three previous occasions.

Devon Archer, a former Burisma board member and business partner of Hunter Biden, has canceled scheduled depositions before the House Oversight Committee three times, leaving committee leadership to try and figure out what’s next.

Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) issued a subpoena in June for Archer to appear for a deposition as part of the committee’s investigation into the Biden family’s finances, with an original deadline of June 16. He would miss this deadline. In total, Archer has canceled on the committee three times, Comer told the Washington Examiner on Thursday. He added that he and committee staff are trying to figure out what to do next to compel him to testify since they have already issued a subpoena.

Archer was supposed to finally appear today, but Chad Pergram of Fox News reports that he once again blew off Comer’s committee and didn’t show up.

Oh, one other thing about Mr. Archer: He’s a convicted felon who would no doubt love to get some special consideration that would shorten the prison sentence he’s facing for his 2018 conviction on fraud in an illegal bond scheme involving a Native American tribe.

But to hear Comer tell it, Archer is essential to his revive his flailing accusations against the president, writing in a letter to Archer’s attorney:

“Mr. Archer’s testimony is critical to the Committee’s investigation. Mr. Archer was Hunter Biden’s business partner in a number of transactions involving foreign nationals and foreign companies. Mr. Archer is associated with corporate entities that the Committee has identified and the Biden family’s role in each of them. Furthermore, he has significant information regarding the purpose of these companies and knowledge of relevant documents related to the Committee’s investigation.”

Critical to the investigation? What a laugh. Comer has nothing but bullshit allegations made by convicted felons who are trying to stay out of jail. It’s the same story every day with House Republicans, and their only real goal is to try and deflect attention from Donald Trump’s laundry list of crimes.

IRS Whistleblower Faceplants When Asked Why Trump-Appointed Prosecutor Says He’s Lying

An IRS special agent who claims he’s a Democrat was one of the star witnesses for House Republicans Thursday, alleging that the Justice Department prevented him from considering a full range of charges for President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter.

However, when Joseph Ziegler appeared on CNN a few hours later, he was unable to explain why the former U.S. Attorney who made the charging decisions in the Hunter Biden case said Ziegler wasn’t telling the truth.

Host Jake Tapper asked Ziegler, “So, let me just, give you an opportunity to respond to some of the things that Democrats on Capitol Hill are saying. First of all, they’re saying, why would a Trump-appointed U.S. Attorney, David Weiss, lie?”

Ziegler responded:

“I have no idea what his motives or beliefs are. All I can do is present the facts to Congress and it’s for them to determine, and the American people and the administration to make the proper decision on how to move forward.”

“Do you know of criminal charges against Hunter Biden that were not filed that definitively, there’s evidence, proof that they should be filed and he should be facing justice for?” Tapper inquired.

“So, again, meeting with the assigned attorneys, and that included Department of Justice tax attorneys all agreed for felony and misdemeanor tax charges related to 2017, 2018, and 2019,” said Ziegler. “I didn’t see that in the charges document that was filed in Delaware.”

Tapper: “And those charges would have been for what? Undeclared income?”

“It would have been a false declared tax income. 7201, tax evading,” Ziegler asserted, though he neglected to mention that in most tax matters such as the one Hunter Biden pled guilty to, the matter is almost never leads to criminal charges once the taxes have been repaid to the IRS.

Greene Goes Blue – Shows Explicit Hunter Biden Photos In An Attempt To Smear His Dad

While she loves to pretend that she’s a Christian who tries to follow the teachings of Christ, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) proved yet again today during a House hearing that she’s little more than a purveyor of filth, innuendo, and outright lies.

The hearing featured whistleblowers from the Internal Revenue Service who were questioned about Hunter Biden’s plea agreement with the Justice Department for tax evasion and illegal possession of a firearm.

Greene, however, was more interested in the lewd and lascivious photos that she no doubt knew would garner headlines for her, announcing, “Before we begin, I would like to let the committee and everyone watching at home [know] that parental discretion is advised.”

The Georgia Republican then asserted that Hunter Biden had engaged in sexual trafficking, even though she clearly didn’t understand the law she claimed had been violated.

“And I would like to point out that if he was purchasing her a plane ticket for sex and traveling across state lines, do you believe that to be a violation of the Mann Act?” Greene asked one of the witnesses.

IRS agent Joseph Ziegler said he couldn’t confirm Greene’s allegation against the president’s son.

Displaying a pornographic image of Hunter Biden, Greene continued:

“So when Hunter Biden paid for this woman to do this with him, to travel across state lines from California to Washington, DC, on June 15th, this is a violation of the Mann Act. This was prostitution.”

Greene then added, “This is evidence of Hunter Biden making sex, excuse me, this is my time, making pornography.”

Once the video began making the rounds on social media, there was a call for Greene to be expelled from Congress for her sickening display.
