Congress GOP Whining Russia WTF?!

Devin Nunes Sues MSNBC Because Rachel Maddow Exposed His Ties To Russia

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) — who is fresh off losing a lawsuit he filed against CNN — is now suing the parent company of MSNBC, NBCUniversal Media, for defamation because MSNBC host Rachel Maddow dared to reveal his many connections to Russia and Russian operatives who tried to influence the 2016 presidential election.

According to Bloomberg:

“California Republican Congressman Devin Nunes sued NBCUniversal Media alleging that MSNBC’s liberal talk show host Rachel Maddow defamed him with on-air suggestions he’d conspired with a Russian agent to rig the 2016 presidential election for Donald Trump.

“Nunes, who is the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, says Maddow has repeatedly targeted him with defamatory statements that accuse him of obstruction of justice and treason. Nunes said Maddow has also called for him to lose his committee post and be stripped of his security clearances.”

What exactly did Maddow say that Nunes is claiming was defamatory? Well, she let the world know about his many ties to Russia and Russian nationals who played a part in running a smear campaign against Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election to benefit Donald Trump, who was favored by the Kremlin.

Here’s what Maddow reported on March 8, 2021:

“Last summer, the Senate Intelligence Committee in the house learned that same guy, Derkach, had mailed a stack of unknown materials to Devin Nunes, who is the top Republican on the Intelligence Committee to this day. Andrei Derkach singled out by name by the Director of National Intelligence as someone under Vladimir Putin‘s direct purview who helped run this organization targeting our election last year. Congressman Nunes accepted a package from him. What was in it? Congressman Nunes has refused to answer questions about what he has received from Andrei Derkach.”

The problem for Nunes is that every single word of what Maddow said is true and easily fact-checked against declassified congressional and intelligence reports on the 2016 election.

So why is Nunes suing? He claims that Maddow and MSNBC never contacted him for comment and therefore he wasn’t allowed to present his side of the story. However, given the fact that Nunes constantly lies, his accusation is almost certainly false.

Also, a journalist as precise and seasoned as Maddow would never air a story without reaching out for comment from Nunes or an official representative who could speak on behalf of the congressman.

The highly litigious California Republican will lose the suit against NBCUniversal, the same way he’s lost all of the other defamation suits he’s filed against media companies — including Twitter — which dared to allow accounts that were critical of Nunes to remain on their platform.

Devin Nunes is a Russian asset. All the lawsuits in the world won’t change that fact.

Fox News Russia WTF?!

Tucker Carlson Got Busted Playing Footsie With The Kremlin – Now He’s Screaming He Was Set Up

A week and a half ago, Fox News host Tucker Carlson announced on his nightly show that the National Security Agency (NSA) had been spying on him, telling his viewers:

“Yesterday, we heard from a whistleblower within the U.S. government who reached out to warn us that the NSA — the National Security Agency — is monitoring our electronic communications, and is planning to leak them in an effort to take this show off the air. Now, that’s a shocking claim, and ordinarily we’d be skeptical because it is illegal for the NSA to spy on American citizens. It’s a crime. It’s not a third-world country. Things like that should not happen in America.”

Why would the NSA be the least bit interested in Tucker Carlson? Granted, he’s on television nightly, but he lies so much and pumps out so many bogus conspiracy theories that nothing he says can be taken seriously.

Unless, of course, Carlson was reaching out to an adversarial government in an attempt to arrange an interview with one of the most despised men on the face of the planet.

According to Vox:

“Tucker Carlson was talking to U.S.-based Kremlin intermediaries about setting up an interview with Vladimir Putin shortly before the Fox News host accused the National Security Agency of spying on him, sources familiar with the conversations tell Axios.”

Think about that for a moment: An American going through intermediaries who contacted the Kremlin, either via phone or email, about meeting with Putin, who is believed to have personally signed off on a deliberate attack on the 2016 election and who is also in charge of various Russian intelligence agencies that continue to target the United States via computer hacking and ransomware attacks.

Quite frankly, Carlson’s lucky the FBI hasn’t paid him a visit and asked why he’s making contacts with sources inside of Russia.

Once again, quoting Axios:

“Those sources said U.S. government officials learned about Carlson’s efforts to secure the Putin interview. Carlson learned that the government was aware of his outreach — and that’s the basis of his extraordinary accusation, followed by a rare public denial by the NSA that he had been targeted.”

In other words, Carlson knew he’d gotten busted reaching out to Russia and tried to suggest he was being set up by U.S. intelligence. But it also begs the question of why Carlson or Fox didn’t make the government aware of their contacts in advance, which is often done by reporters who are attempting to communicate with foreign leaders.

Something about Carlson’s paranoid ramblings suggests there’s more to this story that has yet to come out. And when it does, don’t be surprised if the Fox host and his network are proven to have been on the brink of having broken the law.

This story isn’t over with, and that should terrify Tucker Carlson.

Fox News Joe Biden Russia WTF?!

Fox Host Greg Gutfeld Says He’s Hopeful Putin Will Kill Biden At Their Upcoming Summit

Perhaps you thought Fox News couldn’t possibly get any lower or more disgusting, If so, then you might be interested to know that Fox host Greg Gutfeld is actually saying he hopes Russian President Vladimir Putin kills President Joe Biden when they meet for a summit on June 16 in Geneva.

During a discussion of recent cyber attacks by Russian entities on the United States according to Crooks and Liars, most of the co-hosts said Biden should refuse to meet with Putin, even though they had no problem with failed, one-term former President Donald Trump doing so and kissing Putin’s butt every chance he got.

Co-host Dagen McDowell was adamant, insisting that meeting with Russia was a gift that Biden should refuse to grant Putin.

That’s when Gutfeld spoke up, proudly declaring:

“I gotta disagree, if he holds firm you know, there’s going to be something we can get out of this. There’s going to be something. If Putin decides to have them killed. That’s something. You know? It’s possible.”

The director of the show immediately cut to a commercial, but Gutfeld never said he was kidding or clarified what he had wished for. And worst of all, he still hasn’t been taken off the air and fired!

If nothing else, Gutfeld should get a visit from the Secret Service and have the shit scared out of him.

UPDATE: Jessica Ketner of the Fox News media relations department insists Gutfeld wasn’t referring to Putin killing Biden:

“Greg does not suggest Putin may kill President Biden. Greg said Putin could have the hackers killed.”

Second British Intelligence Dossier Contains Evidence Of Trump Sex Tapes: Report

Remember the Steele dossier? It was the infamous bit of research done by former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele which he compiled for an American client regarding one Donald John Trump.

It turns out, according to The Telegraph, that there was a second Steele dossier which featured some incredibly scandalous accusations:

“The former MI6 spy Christopher Steele produced a second dossier for the FBI on Donald Trump while he was in the White House, sources told The Telegraph. Mr. Steele filed a series of intelligence reports to US authorities during the Trump presidency, including information concerning alleged sexual exploits.”

Among those allegations is evidence that Trump was indeed featured on video in various sexual activities, which was also found in the first Steele report in the form of suggestions that Trump had paid Russian hookers to urinate on him in a bed former President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama once slept in while they visited Russia:

“Mr. Steele’s continued involvement supplying intelligence to the FBI appears to give credibility to his original dossier, which sparked a Special Counsel investigation by prosecutor Robert Mueller into Russian interference into the 2016 US presidential elections. The second dossier contains raw intelligence that makes further claims of Russian meddling in the US election and also references claims regarding the existence of further sex tapes. The second dossier is reliant on separate sources to those who supplied information for the first reports.”

While both Trump and his Republican allies have tried to suggest that Steele’s accusations were patently false, the FBI continued to seek information from Steele, which certainly suggests that his credibility was good enough for the top U.S. law enforcement agency:

“The fact the FBI continued to receive intelligence from Mr Steele, who ran MI6’s Russia desk from 2006 to 2009 before setting up Orbis, is potentially significant because it shows his work was apparently still being taken seriously after Mr. Trump took hold of the reins of power. The suggestion it includes further details of Mr. Trump’s sexual exploits will infuriate the former president. On Twitter he has called the allegations a ‘pile of garbage.'”

As we learned from the Russia investigation conducted by former Special Counsel Robert Mueller, Trump and his 2016 campaign had multiple undisclosed contacts with Russian nationals who were eager to get him elected president. Russian President Vladimir Putin was said to be especially eager to leverage whatever dirt he had on Trump to gain favorable treatment and economic policies from the United States government, most notably the lifting of sanctions imposed by the Obama administration after Russia illegally annexed the Crimean Peninsula, which belonged to Ukraine before the Russian military attacked and took control of the region.

Are there sex tapes featuring Donald Trump? A former British intelligence officer certainly thought so, and they may wind up being released. Time will tell.

GOP Sen. Ron Johnson Forced To Admit He Knew He Was Promoting Russian Propaganda

Even though he was warned by the FBI in August of last year that he was being used as a tool of Russian disinformation activities meant to spread lies about President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, Sen. Ron Johnson says he didn’t take that warning seriously because he thought he was being misled by federal authorities.

In other words, according to a new report from the Washington Post, Johnson knew he was serving as an agent of Vladimir Putin, but he chose not to listen to counterintelligence officials working for the top law-enforcement agency in the United States:

“The FBI last summer also gave what is known as a defensive briefing to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), who ahead of the election used his perch as chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee to investigate Biden’s dealings with Ukraine while he was vice president and his son Hunter Biden held a lucrative seat on the board of a Ukrainian energy company.”

Despite that briefing from the FBI, Johnson was forced to admit that he did indeed willingly work as an asset for Russia, insisting that he didn’t see the warning from federal agents as being genuine:

“Regarding reports that I received an FBI briefing warning me that I was a target of Russian disinformation, I can confirm I received such a briefing in August of 2020. I asked the briefers what specific evidence they had regarding this warning, and they could not provide me anything other than the generalized warning. Without specific information, I felt the briefing was completely useless and unnecessary (since I was fully aware of the dangers of Russian disinformation).

“Because there was no substance to the briefing, and because it followed the production and leaking of a false intelligence product by Democrat leaders, I suspected that the briefing was being given to be used at some future date for the purpose that it is now being used: to offer the biased media an opportunity to falsely accuse me of being a tool of Russia despite warnings.”

So Johnson was warned, but he chose to ignore that warning and spread lies directly from Russian intelligence just so he could help keep Donald Trump in the White House. How’s that for loyalty to country?

Sen. Johnson, like so many in the GOP, doesn’t give a damn about the national security of the United States. They’re far too busy trying to get in good with the Russians and be a part of the Traitor’s Club.

Ron Johnson is up for reelection next year. He needs to be sent packing.
