Don Jr. And Lauren Boebert Own Themselves By Spreading BS About Meat Rationing By Joe Biden

There’s an old saying attributed to Benjamin Franklin that goes, “Believe none of what you hear and believe half of what you see.”

Sadly, however, not everyone practices that helpful axiom, especially those who are intent on repeating lies and conspiracy theories such as the majority of right-wing political figures in the United States these days.

If you need proof that some people are too damn lazy to even do a simple Google search before they post something on social media, consider the case of Donald Trump Jr. (aka Traitor Tot) and Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), who is in the running with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

Junior and Ms. Boebert ran across a report from Fox News that claimed President Joe Biden’s plan to combat climate change would include encouraging Americans to reduce their meat consumption by 90% within the next 10 years.

Problem is, as fact-check websites pointed out, that’s simply not true:

“At no point in this speech did Biden announce any initiative to impose a limit on red meat consumption. At no point in his presidency has Biden suggested policies aimed at limiting red meat consumption.”

Yet despite that, Boebert and Don Jr. started tweeting and getting others to retweet the lie:

Lies. All of it. No one is cutting anything. As many people pointed out, stupidity is a terrible thing:

The next time you think you’ve encountered the dumbest person on the face of the planet, remember that Junior and Klanny Oakley are too stupid and lazy to spend 10 seconds doing some research on the internet.
