Trumpers Are Absolutely Livid Joe Biden Isn’t Painting The Border Wall

Joe Biden won the 2020 election. That’s a certified fact that no right-winger can possibly dispute.

And yet, to hear a lot of the Trumpers tell it, Biden should be following up on his predecessor’s policies and make sure they’re seen through to a conclusion.

Such is the case with Trump’s infamous wall on the U.S.-Mexico border, funding for which has been eliminated by Biden because it’s a massive waste of money and won’t actually work, not to mention that the majority of Americans don’t support building such a structure.

But to hear Trump adviser Jason Miller tell it, Biden should at least agree to paint the sections of the wall that were built while Trump was still president.

According to Mediaite, Miller had this to say on The Michael Berry Show:

“All of his hard work. They won’t even paint the wall. They were supposed to paint the wall this month. So it would be a black color as opposed to the rust color because elements and such. And Biden has even stopped that.”

If the wall is so damn effective and awesome, why does it need to be painted? Will the paint magically deter those seeking to enter the United States? And why should another dime be spent on this waste of taxpayer funds?

Miller went on to whine about the way the Biden administration is handling the surge of immigrants coming to the border and seeking asylum:

“To make matters worse, Joe Biden throws gasoline all over the fire by putting Kamala Harris, Mrs. Open Borders herself, in charge of the entire Southern border? I mean if this doesn’t scare the you-know-what out of you, it should.”

First of all, there is no crisis on the border. What’s happening is a seasonal influx of immigrants and it takes place each and every year.

Also, Joe Biden won the election by being the antithesis of Donald Trump. So why in the world he suddenly start carrying on Trump’s policies?

Manhattan DA Lining Up Witnesses To Testify Against Trump At Upcoming Trial: Report

Based on a new report from Bess Levin of Vanity Fair and confirmed by reporting from Reuters, it now appears that Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. is moving along at a rapid pace with his investigation of failed, one-term former President Donald Trump and is lining up witnesses who will testify against Trump along with others who will help explain to a jury the exact crimes Trump and his company, the Trump Organization, may have committed.

According to Levin:

“In the last several months, the D.A. has brought on the attorney who put John Gotti and other white-collar criminals behind bars, has reportedly been working to flip the Trump Organizations longtime CFO, and, most crucially, obtained Trump’s much sought-after tax returns, documents that the Queens-born real estate developer has gone to such extreme lengths to keep secret that some people have gotten the impression they contain extremely incriminating information.

“Now, Vance’s office has taken the next step in its criminal investigation: finding people who can explain to a jury why Trump is a possible crook.”

Specifically, Vance is looking for bankers, bookkeepers, and real estate experts who can help shed light on how Trump may have broken the law by inflating the value of his real estate holdings in order to get large loans from banks while simultaneously devaluing those same properties when paying taxes on them. Those two acts alone would constitute bank and tax fraud.

Prosecutors in Vance’s office also hope to present witnesses who have first-hand experience working on deals made by Trump to explain documents and how that data proves specific criminal acts by the former president and his company.

There’s also the matter of Trump’s tax returns, eight years of which Vance obtained thanks to a ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court. It has long been believed that those returns are the Rosetta Stone that will unlock the secrets of how Trump has shifted and hidden money over the decades in an effort to skirt accountability and give the illusion that his net worth is larger than it actually is. Those returns may also contain proof of financial ties to countries and entities in nations hostile to the United States such as Russia and China.

And don’t forget about Trump’s former attorney, Michael Cohen, who is expected to be a star witness against his former client:

“As for Cohen, whose credibility will surely be challenged by whatever lawyers Trump manages to scrounge up, said that “unfortunately for Trump, I have backed up each and every question posed by the district attorney’s office [with] documentary evidence.” If Vance’s team can corroborate Cohen’s testimony, Brodsky told Reuters, that would be “very powerful before a jury.” The government, he said, “loves people who plead guilty to crimes, take the stand and say,…‘I participated in a crime with that person sitting right there at the defense table, Donald J. Trump.'”

Evidence and witnesses are the key to any criminal case. It sounds like Vance has plenty of both, which is very bad news for Donald Trump.

Donald And Don Jr. Having To Lawyer Up As Insurrection Lawsuit Against Them Draws Closer

Failed, one-term former President Donald Trump (along with his eldest son, Donald Trump Jr.) is facing even more legal problems and is now having to lawyer up as the result of a civil lawsuit filed by Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) earlier this month.

The lawsuit, the Washington Post reported on March 5, would hold the former president and his son liable for the injuries and destruction that resulted from their incitement of the insurrection which took place at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.:

“Swalwell … alleged the former president and his fellow speakers at a rally near the White House that day were directly responsible for mobilizing a crowd of tens of thousands of pro-Trump supporters to march on the Capitol and priming them for violence.

“The lawsuit claims the (Trumps) violated the Reconstruction-era Ku Klux Klan Act by conspiring to violently interfere in Congress’s constitutional duties and failing to act to stop the mob. It also accuses them of multiple counts of negligence under both federal and D.C. law, aiding and abetting, and infliction of emotional distress.”

And that has led the two Trumps to seek cover by acquiring one of the few attorneys willing to represent them, according to The Daily Beast:

“Former President Donald Trump, as well as his eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., have retained attorney Jesse Binnall to represent each of them.

“Binnall, a Republican attorney based in Virginia, previously represented former Trump national security adviser Mike Flynn, alongside attorney Sidney Powell, after prosecutors charged him with lying to the FBI about his communications with Russia’s ambassador to the U.S.”

Be sure and note what that second paragraph references regarding Binnall’s former client: Mike Flynn, who pled guilty to lying under oath and had to be pardoned by Trump in the final days of his administration. Flynn is still facing penalties from the Department of Defense for accepting large sums of money from Russia to attend a dinner in Moscow and sit next to Russian President/mass murderer Vladimir Putin. That alone suggests that Binnall isn’t exactly the sort of lawyer who makes the A-list of legal minds.

More recently, Binnall made a fool of himself by working for Trump’s 2020 campaign in their pointless lawsuits seeking to overturn the will of the American voters:

“Binnall filed a lawsuit in Nevada on behalf of the Trump campaign which sought to overturn President Joe Biden’s electoral victory there, and he has also repped Defending the Republic, a legal group founded in part by Powell, in a defamation suit filed by Dominion Voting Systems.”

In other words, Binnall is a loser who associates himself with cases he cannot possibly win. Apparently, some attorneys prefer to be on the losing side of every issue.

The Swalwell lawsuit is a clear and present legal danger to Trump and Don Jr. Let’s hope they lose and wind up having to answer for the domestic terrorism that took place back in January.

Donald Trump’s ‘Fortune’ Is Disappearing – He Lost A Third Of His Total Net Worth Last Year

While he loves to brag about what a great businessman he is and how much money he has, a new report from Bloomberg makes it clear that the Trump “fortune” is dwindling by the day, with his total net worth plummeting by a third in 2020 alone.

Ironically, Trump’s own failures as president — the coronavirus pandemic and being associated with the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection — have been catastrophic to his bottom line:

“His financial disclosures and loan documents, interviews with former executives and industry analysts, and a host of legal fights and investigations reveal just how much trouble Trump and his company could face. Covid has been hard on office buildings key to his wealth and hotels and resorts that bear his name. The fallout from the Capitol assault has hurt his relationships with brokers and lenders. At least $590 million in loans come due in the next four years, more than half personally guaranteed by Trump, and his scrapyard of failed enterprises has only gotten more crowded.”

The foundation of the Trump Organization, commercial real estate, has been pummeled by the ongoing fears over COVID-19 which exist both in the United States and across the globe:

“No segment in Trump’s business world is as important as commercial real estate, which accounts for about three-quarters of his net worth. And few industries in the U.S. have been as hard hit over the past year, when workers disappeared from office towers and business districts became ghost towns. He’s facing a ‘triple whammy’ from Covid, the Capitol riot and an aging portfolio of properties, says Ruth Colp-Haber, who runs office consultant Wharton Property Advisors. ‘These are the businesses you don’t want to be in right now.'”

Even Trump Tower — seen by many as emblematic of Trump’s corporation — is suffering, with rents on Fifth Avenue where the tower is located plunging 32 percent over the past two years, which raises questions about whether Trump will ever be able to turn around the losses he’s currently seeing when he looks at his balance sheet.

In recent years, Trump has pivoted to licensing his name to properties and businesses in an effort to offset some of his losses in the real estate sector. But that line of revenue is also suffering badly:

“After the Capitol riot, Trump Plaza in Florida’s West Palm Beach voted to strip Trump’s name, and New York City is trying to pull his contracts to run ice rinks, a carousel and a golf course.”

And let’s not forget the plethora of legal landmines Trump and the Trump Organization are facing, especially in New York, where both the Manhattan D.A. and state attorney general suspect crimes ranging from bank, insurance, and fraud to money laundering, all of which could bankrupt the failed, one-term president and send him and his children to prison for decades.

Donald Trump probably thought his four years in the White House would be great for his company. Clearly, he was wrong, and clearly he is also one of the worst businessmen on the face of the planet.

New Intel Report Suggests Giuliani Worked As Go-Between For Russia In 2020 Election

A bombshell report from the U.S. National Intelligence Council makes clear that Russia and Russian President Vladimir Putin attempted to once again help Donald Trump win reelection in 2020, and it also seems to suggest that the go-between for Russia was none other than Rudy Giuliani.
The New York Times reports that while the intelligence report doesn’t specifically name any individual, the language used in the report clearly points in Guiliani’s direction:
“President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia authorized extensive efforts to interfere in the American presidential election to denigrate the candidacy of Joseph R. Biden Jr., including intelligence operations to influence people close to former President Donald J. Trump, according to a declassified intelligence report released Tuesday. “The report did not name those people but seemed to be a reference to the work of Mr. Trump’s former personal lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani, who relentlessly pushed allegations of corruption about Mr. Biden and his family involving Ukraine. “’Russian state and proxy actors who all serve the Kremlin’s interests worked to affect U.S. public perceptions in a consistent manner,’ the report said.”
Think back several months to when it became clear that Joe Biden had all of the momentum and would be the Democratic nominee. Giuliani made multiple appearances on Fox News and other right-wing media outlets to suggest that he was on the verge of releasing information that would supposedly prove criminal actions on the part of Biden or his son, Hunter. Despite his promises that such information was forthcoming, the former New York City mayor never came up with anything other than rumors and accusations devoid of any substantiation.
At the center of the efforts to smear Biden was the nation of Ukraine, which Giuliani even visited, as The Hill noted back in December of 2019:
“Giuliani met with multiple Ukrainian officials as he continued his effort to counter House Democrats’ impeachment probe and paint an investigation into the Bidens as a matter critical to the relationship between the two countries.”
Additionally, the key figure in the effort to dig up negative information on the Biden family was also of Ukrainian origin:
“Moscow used Andriy Derkach, a pro-Russian member of Ukraine’s parliament, to undermine Mr. Biden, the report detailed. Mr. Derkach, according to the report, released leaked phone calls to undermine Mr. Biden and link him to Ukrainian corruption four times in 2020. The report said Mr. Putin ‘had purview’ over the actions of Mr. Derkach, who had ties to Russian intelligence. “Moscow’s operatives also pushed a false narrative that Ukraine, not Russia, was responsible for interfering in American politics, according to the report. Last year, American intelligence officials told Congress that Russia was using allies to pushing negative stories about Mr. Biden’s son Hunter and his work in Ukraine.”
Giuliani’s efforts on Trump and Russia’s behalf could place him in severe legal jeopardy if the Department of Justice chooses to file charges against him. Rudy didn’t receive a pardon before Trump left office, and that could come back to be a very big deal. No matter what happens, the intelligence report makes clear that both Russia and Giuliani were working fervently to get Trump reelected. Fortunately for the United States (and the world), they were unsucessful.
