Michael Cohen Meets With Prosecutors Again – Predicts We’ll See ‘Indictments Start Flying’ Very Soon

If you’re keeping count, Michael Cohen just met with prosecutors in the office of Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. for the eighth time this week, which suggests that the investigation of failed, one-term former President Donald Trump is moving along and could well be reaching a crescendo in the near future.

According to CNBC:

Cohen’s in-person meeting came less than two weeks after he last met with District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr., recently deputized prosecutor Mark Pomerantz and others via video conference.

“A source familiar with Friday’s session said that Cohen, who has cooperated with Vance’s probe since 2018, is expected to return for another meeting with investigators.

Afterwards, Cohen told the network:

“It was another productive, fact-finding interview by the district attorney and Mark Pomerantz … as they continue to investigate Mr. Trump, his children, the Trump Organization, [Trump CFO] Allen Weisselberg, his children and others for various crimes.”

But it was something Cohen said during an interview on MSNBC that caught many people’s attention, because Trump’s former personal attorney and fixer predicted that Vance is indeed close to charging Trump and others with crimes:

“You’re going to see very soon, in my opinion, indictments start flying.”

Why does Cohen believe that? He explained:

“There’s over a million documents, and rest assured there’s one thing I can tell you about Cy Vance and Mark Pomerantz and the entire district attorney team, they are well organized.”

Vance’s office, Cohen revealed, is “disciplined” and “methodical”:

“I mean, there was more paper there, all tabulated in three-ring books, itemized for questions that they wanted to ask me.”

Every sign does indeed point to Vance issuing indictments very soon. Just recently he announced he wouldn’t be seeking another term as Manhattan D.A., and it seems unlikely he’ll leave office without coming to some sort of conclusion. And that’s very bad news for Donald Trump.
