Trump Tells Ohio Rally Crowd The Easter Bunny Is ‘A Political Operative’ In Deranged Rant

More than usual on Saturday evening, failed, one-term former President Donald Trump acted and sounded like he had just indulged in some form of chemical that gave him lots of energy and made him talk a mile a minute during a rally he held in Delaware, Ohio.

But it was the crazy shit Trump said that left many people wondering if perhaps the chemicals, combined with his already unsteady personality, had finally burned a hole right through the frontal lobe of what remains of his brain.

At one point during his rambling, often incoherent speech (at one point he referred to Facebook as “drok bok), the twice-impeached loser began attacking current President Joe Biden (who beat Donnie by over 7 million votes), suggesting that the annual White House Easter Egg Roll had proven that Biden is incompetent, which is certainly ironic coming from the biggest failure in presidential history:

“You know the Easter Bunny was a political operative.”

What in the hell does that mean? Isn’t Trump the moron who stared up at the sun during a solar eclipse, even though that’s the thing we’ve been told all our lives not to do? You decide:

Yep. He sure as hell did.

Oh, and here’s the “drok bok” clip for any doubters:

But it was the Easter Bunny line that got the most reaction on social media:

If we’re lucky, Donnie will be too busy holding rallies to actually run for office again. If we’re even luckier, he’ll be in prison.

Lauren Boebert: Anyone Upset With Florida’s Anti-LGBTQ Laws Should ‘Build’ Their Own Florida

The always intellectually-challenged Congresswoman from Colorado, Lauren Boebert (R), says that if you’re upset about Florida passing laws that are blatantly discriminatory towards the LGBTQ community, you simply need to get busy and build your own Florida.

Wait…what?! What in the hell does that even mean?

On Saturday, Boebert posted this tweet:

Shouldn’t any decisions regarding what a kid does regarding their body be left to the child and their parents instead of a legislator in Tallahassee? And hasn’t the Republican Party been saying for centuries that government needs to stay the hell out of regulating private businesses?

When Florida GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis signed the controversial “Don’t Say Gay” bill and then endorsed stripping Walt Disney World of their designation as a “special district,” what he was telling the people of his state is that the government knows better than the voters who put them into office. He’s going to protect you from things you didn’t even feel the need to be protected from, because such decisions are personal and private, as they damn well should be.

The move by Florida is merely the culmination of what Republicans have been doing for decades: Imposing their morals and religion on others, even though they weren’t elected for that purpose.

And the action against Disney is also going to have severe economic consequences for Orange County, where the massive theme park is located:

Tax experts and legislators say eliminating the district could have unintended consequences for county taxpayers. Disney’s special tax district status allows the company to levy an additional tax on itself to pay for municipal services, something that other counties cannot do. That tax currently amounts to $105 million per year, said Orange County tax collector Scott Randolph. Reedy Creek also receives additional revenue of nearly $60 million from Disney to pay its bond debt.

Sunsetting Reedy Creek means that local counties will begin paying for those services without that special status in place. Taxpayers will likely be left to foot the bill for potholes and emergency services.

So now Lauren Boebert wants us to build our own Florida? Here’s a better idea: Maybe the right-wing extremists need to build their own country somewhere on a deserted island in the Pacific Ocean. Preferably one that’s prone to flooding and multiple hurricane strikes.

The best suggestions, however, came from other Twitter users, who took Boebert to task.

Capitol Insurrection Donald Trump Mike Pence

Mike Pence Believed The Secret Service Was Part Of The Jan. 6 Coup To Keep Trump In Power: Report

The plan had been laid out in advance and was proceeding perfectly on January 6, 2021.

As rioters began storming the U.S. Capitol, Secret Service agents assigned to Vice President Mike Pence insisted that he be taken to a safe location before the situation inside the building became too dangerous for security to handle.

But when it came time to put Pence into a vehicle that would spirit him to safety, the VP looked at the head of his Secret Service detail and insisted:

“I’m not getting in that car.”

That, according to House Select Committee member Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) is proof that Pence thought his own security detail was part of the larger plot that would keep Donald Trump in power via an illegal coup:

Speaking about the threats to Pence on Jan. 6 and the chants by rioters to hang him, Raskin said the vice president’s Secret Service agents — including one who was carrying the nuclear football — ran down to an undisclosed place in the Capitol. Those agents, who Raskin said he suspects were reporting to Trump’s Secret Service agents, were trying to whisk Pence away from the Capitol.

Pence then “uttered what I think are the six most chilling words of this entire thing I’ve seen so far: ‘I’m not getting in that car,'” Raskin said.

“He knew exactly what this inside coup they had planned for was going to do,” Raskin said.

Pence’s words also raise another issue: What did the vice president know, and when did he know it? Since he hasn’t yet testified before the Jan. 6 committee, we simply don’t know, and that has set off a firestorm of angry debate on Twitter, where many people are saying Pence must be compelled to tell his side of the story.

There are so many unanswered questions, and answers are more important than ever before if we truly cherish the American republic.

BUSTED! Anti-LGBTQ Congressman Madison Cawthorn Caught Wearing Women’s Lingerie

A few weeks ago, Rep. Madison Cawthorn accused his Republican colleagues of holding cocaine-fueled orgies.

Now, however, Politico has obtained photos showing Cawthorn dressed in women’s lingerie at what appears to be one hell of a party he didn’t bother to mention when he was hurling accusations at others.

Cawthorn, 26, was raised in a conservative Baptist community in Henderson County, North Carolina, and has staked his political persona on arch-traditional Christian principles and the insistence of the importance of a kind of hypermasculinity. His comments about “the sexual perversion” in Washington made on a podcast, which he later admitted were exaggerated, drew the public disapproval and disavowal of Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy as well as other Republican leaders including those in his North Carolina congressional caucus.

Cawthorn is already facing an uncertain bid for reelection, and this latest embarrassment is likely to sharpen criticism within the GOP for him to abandon his campaign for another term in the House of Representatives.

After the Politico story ran, Cawthorn attempted to do damage control on Twitter, writing:

“I guess the left thinks goofy vacation photos during a game on a cruise (taken waaay before I ran for Congress) is going to somehow hurt me? They’re running out of things to throw at me… Share your most embarrassing vacay pics in the replies.”

As part of a podcast he was a guest on in 2020, here’s how Cawthorn described himself to voters:

“I subscribe to Judeo-Christian beliefs. I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I think if you think about my political ideology, where it really stems from, you know, my ethics and my morals and what I think is right and wrong, you look to ancient Jerusalem, you got ancient Judeo-Christian values. So right and wrong,” he continued. “I also cling to a lot of traditional values and a lot of traditional ideas, because they’ve worked in the past.”

And earlier this week, Cawthorn had this to say in a tweet:

Which gender is supposed to wear lingerie, Congressman?

Fox News Host Claims Milk Now Costs $11 A Gallon Due To Inflation

Last time you went to the grocery store, how much did you pay for a gallon of milk?

I was in the grocery store on Wednesday and one of my purchases was a gallon of 2% milk, for which I paid $4.06.

But according to Fox News host Sandra Smith, she had to pay $11 for a gallon of milk in New York, Mediaite reports:

“You have the egg-o-meter, I have the milk-o-meter. I bought a gallon of milk last night. Granted we live in New York, things are higher priced than in a lot of other areas in the country. It is nearly $11 for a gallon of milk at a New York grocery store.”

Even in New York, the only thing you would pay $11 a gallon for is certain select organic brands of milk. But the average gallon costs nowhere near that, no matter were in the U.S. you happen to be.

According to the USDA’s ’s Agricultural Marketing Service, “the average price for a gallon of milk in NYC rose from $4.60 at the beginning of the year to $4.69 in March.”

Twitter users were only too happy to declare Smith’s statement to be complete bullshit, because it most certainly is.

Another day, another lie from Fox News. It’s their calling card.
