Stephen Miller Winds Up Owning Himself When He Accuses Joe Biden Of Causing ‘Immense Human Suffering’

You remember Stephen Miller, don’t you? He’s the former Trump administration factotum who was one of the main architects of the horrific family separation policy that ripped children from their parents for the crime of daring to come to the United States for a better life, the very same thing that the vast majority of our predecessors did at some point, seeking the promise of America and those magical words inscribed on a plaque attached to the Statue of Liberty:

“Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”

Yep, Stephen Miller. That Stephen Miller. The man who so hates immigrants that he thinks they should be placed into internment camps reminiscent of the ones where Japanese-Americans were housed during World War II for the crime of daring to be born Japanese.

It seems that Mr. Miller is unhappy with the policies of President Joe Biden. Matter of fact, he thinks the Biden administration is causing “immense human suffering.”

How’s that for the height of both hypocrisy and irony?

Miller has been watching the U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan and is unpleased with how things are going, even though his former boss, Donald Trump, is the one who gave us the shit sandwich we see in Afghanistan. The policy is Trump’s, and he laid it out last May before he lost the election, announcing:

“It’s time after all these years to bring our people back home.”

So Miller decided he’d engage in some obvious psychological projection and fire off this tweet:

What in the hell?! Dude, have you no self-awareness at all? Of course not; you’re a damn Republican.

That’s when Twitter hit back, and Miller got a harsh reminder that he’s pure evil and always will be:

https://twitter.com/mikecinOH/status/1428360513788858387?s=20

So Stephen Miller wants to lecture us on morals and leadership. That’s rich! He should just sit down, play with his Nazi figurines, and consider how much he looks like Joseph Goebbels.

Elections Justice Department The Trump Adminstration WTF?!

Trump DOJ Official Said China Used ‘Special Thermometers’ To Alter The 2020 Vote Count

It’s safe to say that most of us have never heard of Jeffrey Clark, who served at the Justice Department during the Trump administration, but it seems that Clark was the one DOJ official intent on helping the failed, one-term former president successfully overturn the results of the 2020 election by pressuring states to alter their ballot totals.

CNN reports that Clark — who worked at Justice as head of environmental law — used “backchannel efforts” between the White House and Trump’s allies who were also involved in trying to change the results of the election.

Clark had an especially bizarre theory to explain why Trump had lost to Joe Biden in states such as Arizona and Georgia:

“By late December, as Trump and his allies pushed conspiracies about alleged irregularities that he claimed stole the election from him, Clark told senior Justice officials that he knew of sensitive information that indicated Chinese intelligence used special kinds of thermometers to change results in machines tallying votes, people briefed on the matter said. The Justice Department by then had made clear it found no evidence of vote-changing in the election.”

However, when then-Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe briefed members of the DOJ (including Clark), it soon became clear that U.S. intelligence agencies had absolutely no proof of any “Chinese thermometers” as Clark had alleged:

“At Rosen’s request, then-Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe provided the briefing, which drew on classified findings not yet public that showed there was no evidence that foreign interference had affected vote tallies. Rosen and other officials had acceded to his request for a classified briefing out of belief it could put a stop to his unfounded claims of election fraud, according to some of the sources.

“Clark wasn’t swayed by what he heard from Ratcliffe, a Trump loyalist who had stirred controversy with comments seeking to support Trump’s pre-election foreign interference claims that China and Iran were working to elect Joe Biden just as Russia was trying to support Trump.”

Clark will probably be called to testify before congressional committees investigating Trump’s efforts to overturn the election, but it remains unclear if he will obey a subpoena and also if Trump will claim executive privilege to keep Clark from giving testimony. That alone suggests that Clark may have played a major role and has information that would directly implicate Trump or then-Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, both of whom are believed to have possibly broken federal law with their actions to help Trump remain in office.

Whether or not Clark does testify, he should be investigated fully by the current DOJ under Attorney General Merrick Garland and if he broke any laws, he should be charged and prosecuted for his crimes. The same holds true for Trump, Meadows, and anyone else who tried to carry out a coup that would have given Trump a stolen second term in office.

Kayleigh McEnany Claims She ‘Never Lied’ As Press Secretary Because She’s A Christian

Former Trump administration White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany said recently that she never once lied while in her position because she’s a Godly person.

Remarkably, a bolt of lightning did not descend from the sky and destroy McEnany. But that’s only because she was speaking indoors.

McEnany was speaking at Turning Point USA’s Young Women’s Leadership Summit, and she told the assembled group that shortly after she took the job as press secretary, she was asked if she would ever lie to the American people:

“And I said without hesitation, no. And I never did. As a woman of faith, as a mother of baby Blake, as a person who meticulously prepared at some of the world’s hardest institutions, I never lied. I sourced my information.”

McEnany also whined that the news media often attacked her and called her a “liar,” which she said was unfair:

“Our motto was this: offense only. Because I knew what we were up against. Republicans always get the bad headlines, always get the false stories, always get the lies — if I can use that word — told by the press. There is one standard for Democrats and another for Republicans. And we must be on offense.”

While she was at it, McEnany also claimed that some news reports about the Trump administration had been fabricated to damage the failed, one-term former president.

Kayleigh McEnany, just like the man she worked for, lied endlessly. She lied when the administration would have been far better served by simply telling the truth.

Also, if McEnany were really a Christian, as she claims, she would never have agreed to join forces with a man as deeply immoral and outright evil as Donald Trump.

So while Kaleigh continues to lie in order to protect her so-called “reputation,” her words are just empty as the promises she made to never mislead the public. And that makes her complicit in a laundry list of crimes committed by the administration she was a member of.

Nice try, Kayleigh, but we call bullshit.

Steve Bannon’s Legal Problems Have Gone From Bad To Worse

When Donald Trump handed him a presidential pardon in the final days of the Trump administration, Steve Bannon probably thought he was in the clear legally and could stop worrying about being sent to prison.

But Bannon was very wrong.

The Washington Post reports that federal prosecutors are refusing to erase his indictment for fraud:

“The U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan, which is preparing for trial against three of Bannon’s co-defendants in an alleged border wall fundraising scam, is seeking an ‘administrative’ termination of Bannon’s case, which would halt the prosecution against him for good but would not clear his name from the docket. The case would officially remain pending while the others, who were not pardoned by Trump before he left office in January, await trial.”

That’s not the only legal jeopardy Bannon finds himself in, as Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. is also considering whether or not he’ll seek an indictment against the former White House aide for his scheme to embezzle money from his failed “Build the Wall” scheme which turned out to be nothing but a con job:

“Following Bannon’s pardon, which covers only federal charges, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office began its own investigation of the alleged scam, raising the possibility that Bannon could face state fraud charges. If his case remains open in federal court, it is not expected to affect the ability of state prosecutors to file charges.”

Could Bannon be facing charges in both federal and state court? He most certainly could, and since he and his attorneys are likely to litigate the federal case against him in light of his pardon from Trump, the chances increase that if he’s found guilty, Bannon could be serving his time at Attica or Sing Sing, two of the most infamous prisons in the country.

Bannon probably thought being connected to and working for Donald Trump would bring him fame and fortune. Instead, it has resulted in him facing the prospect of spending a large portion of what remains of his life incarcerated.

New York AG Tish James Puts Trump On Notice About His Many Alleged Crimes

New York Attorney General Tish James has been on a roll lately when it comes to her ongoing investigation of Donald Trump and his many alleged crimes.

Not long ago, a judge in the Empire State ruled the Trump Organization has to turn over records involving a property that’s currently the subject of a civil investigation by the AG’s office, according to the Washington Post:

“The documents and communications at issue could help investigators answer questions about a conservation easement that was granted several years ago at the Seven Springs estate in suburban New York’s Westchester Country, a move that netted President Trump’s company a $21 million tax deduction. The materials, which Trump’s lawyers had sought to shield, include messages exchanged between an engineer and a land-use lawyer who worked on Trump’s behalf.”

Additionally, James released a letter she and 15 other state attorneys general had sent to White House Counsel Pat Cipollone before the Trump administration came to an abrupty end reminding the White House they were required to “preserve and maintain” all records — including tweets, notes from private conversations, and emails from private servers that might have been used to conduct government work:

“The Trump Administration shouldn’t have to be told that they need to comply with the law and keep all records of official business, but the last four years have shown that the president needs to be constantly reminded what the law is and how he must comply with it. Even the president’s tweets, the private conversations he had with Russian President Putin, and Ivanka’s private email server must be archived. Every bit of this information belongs to the American people and the White House cannot deprive the public of this information.”

The letter from James to the White House counsel is particularly important because it means that every member of the administration was been placed on notice: If you destroy anything at all, you will be a party to obstruction of justice, which just so happens to be a felony.

But the letter is even more significant because it makes clear that James and many of her associates in other states are actively investigating and could charge Trump and his associates with crimes they committed while conducting their “official” duties.

The biggest danger to Donald Trump has never been from federal charges or courts. It’s the states that will be handing down indictments against the president, his family, his business, and members of his administration. And no presidential pardon can exonerate any of the guilty parties. They will have to stand before the bar of justice and answer for their crimes.

Be afraid, Donald. Be very afraid.
