Photo Of MTG On The House Floor Suggests She’s Worried What The Jan. 6 Committee Has On Her

The list of Republicans who played an active role in the January 6 Capitol insurrection and attempted coup continues to grow, and as new evidence is revealed by the House Select Committee, it seems many inside the GOP were eager and willing to help subvert the American political system and install Donald Trump as dictator for life rather than heed what the voters wanted.

On Monday, Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY), who serves on the Jan. 6 committee, read text messages from various people connected to the Trump White House (including Donald Trump Jr. and former chief of staff Mark Meadows), which revealed that even those who supported the ex-president knew the horrific violence taking place on Capitol Hill was going to leave a permanent stain on whatever legacy there might be from the Trump presidency.

We’re also getting new developments regarding what current members of Congress were doing as the Capitol was under attack.

One of those is Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who was allegedly laughing and giddy as Trump supporters stormed the nation’s seat of government back in January.

Greene has refused to support the ongoing investigation into the events of Jan. 6, but she finally appears to be worried about what information may be coming out regarding her personal culpability.

Today, as the House debated a criminal contempt referral to the Justice Department for Mark Meadows, Greene was seen sitting behind a colleague who was speaking on the House floor, and it certainly appears like Marj is, to borrow a phrase, going through some things. Take a look:

Yes, the committee likely has the phone records of every member of Congress who played a role in Jan. 6. And that’s probably why Greene looks so forlorn and concerned. Imagine her expression when a subpoena and/or indictment with her name on them is handed down. I’m betting she’ll burst into tears and beg her lord and savior Trump to save her.

MTG Gets Slammed By Reporter For Caring More About Rioters Than Capitol Cops

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) held a press conference with her fellow moronic colleagues, Matt Gaetz (FL) and Louie Gohmert (TX) to whine about the insurrectionists who attacked the Capitol on January 6 and how they’re being treated since they tried to stage a coup to prevent the certification of the 2020 election.

According to The Independent, Greene told reporters:

“The January 6th defendants that I spoke to and asked questions to at the jail said that if they have a public defender … their public defenders hate them.
“They’re being represented by public defenders that call them white supremacist, tell them they have to denounce President Trump, tell them they have to denounce their political views, want them to watch videos and read books that basically is critical race theory training, in order for them to have this public defender represent them.”

Did Greene, Gaetz, or Gohmert offer a shred of evidence to support such allegations? Nope. Greene just expects us to believe her even though she lies almost as much as her political savior, failed, one-term former President Donald Trump.

When a reporter noted that he didn’t recall Greene holding a press conference to complain about how members of the Capitol Police were treated by Capitol rioters, a clearly pissed off MTG snapped:

“You may not remember a particular press conference about police officers, but I have made many public statements and cried out against all violence against police officers for the BL- yes, yes for the police officers, specifically for the Capitol Police here.

“Congressman Gohmert sponsored a bill that I co-sponsored with him wanting to give, you know, medals of honor to award them for how they were treated during the January 6 riot, but also extend it to police officers all across the country. I am not going to separate them. I am very supportive of our police, and I have consistently denounced the violence here, so do not go down that route.”

Talk is cheap, and Greene is one of the reasons the Capitol was under siege earlier this year. She needs to be charged and prosecuted. And she also needs to shut the hell up and sit her fat ass down.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Gets Mocked For Whining That She’s Being Attacked

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is whining because the House GOP leadership won’t do whatever she tells them to, failing to realize that as a freshman member of Congress who doesn’t serve on any committees (thanks to her own big mouth and offensive, anti-Semitic statements), she has zero credibility.

Appearing on Matt Gaetz’s (R-FL) podcast this week, Greene lamented her plight:

“Kevin McCarthy has a problem in our conference. He doesn’t have the full support to be speaker, he doesn’t have the votes that are there because there’s many of us that are very unhappy about the failure to hold Republicans accountable while conservatives like me, Paul Gosar, and many others just constantly take the abuse by the Democrats.”

That led MSNBC host Jonathan Capehart to expertly mock Greene on his show Sunday, remarking:

“Oh, boo-hoo, so much victimhood here.”

Capehart then turned to former GOP political consultant Stuart Stevens and ex-Republican National, Committee head Michael Steele, asking Stevens:

“Stuart, what she says, again, is not untrue ; Kevin McCarthy has a problem. To my mind his being silent on all these things, he might think it might help him if Republicans get the majority. But if he thinks he can control them, if indeed Republicans become the majority, he’s got another thing coming, doesn’t he?”

Stevens replied:

“You know, for years when Mike and I were involved in the party, we always said that it was a mistake to try to negotiate with terrorists. And that’s what Kevin McCarthy’s trying to do. If these Republicans take over the House next year, which odds are they are, they’re going to put Kevin McCarthy’s head on a spike.”

Stevens then added:

“They’re not going to elect him speaker. He isn’t what they want to be. He is like a chairman who wants to make everybody happy and it’s not going to work. They want a warrior, somebody like a Jim Jordan, to be Speaker of the House.”

Jim Jordan as Speaker of the House? Can you imagine the danger that would be to this country? He’s a man who allegedly allowed male college students on the wrestling team he was a coach for to be routinely molested by the team doctor without ever reporting the abuse those wrestlers say he witnessed. Putting such a person third in the line of secession to the White House would be a massive national security risk.

If Marjorie Taylor Greene is so damn unhappy in Congress, here’s a free bit of advice for her: Don’t run for reelection next year. No one but the knuckle-dragging troglodytes on the far right of the Republican Party will miss you in the least.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Humiliates Herself With Hateful, Misspelled Tweet Attacking A GOP Colleague

An attempt by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) to attack a GOP House colleague went hilariously wrong when Greene posted a tweet with a blatant misspelling that wound up leaving her humiliated while simultaneously proving that her command of the English language leaves a lot to be desired.

Greene’s anger was aimed at Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), who had criticized Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-CO) for a nasty Islamophobic smear she fired at Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), according to The Hill:

The controversy between Omar and Boebert began after a video surfaced over the Thanksgiving weekend of Boebert saying that she and a staffer were getting on a Capitol elevator when she saw a Capitol Police officer racing toward them.

She then turned and saw Omar standing nearby. “I said, ‘Well, she doesn’t have a backpack. We should be fine,’ ” Boebert recalled, drawing laughs from the audience. “And I said, ‘Oh, look. The ‘jihad squad’ decided to show up for work today.’”

Omar denied that the encounter ever happened and accused Boebert of inventing a false story to smear her.

That led Rep. Mace to remark on CNN that she condemned Boebert “100 percent.”

Mace’s comments drew Greene’s ire, and she attacked her on Twitter:

Sounds like a civil war is breaking out in the Republican Party. Here’s hoping it escalates and destroys the entire GOP. The country would be better off without them.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Claims Democrats Are Plotting A ‘Race War’

According to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Democrats are planning to start a “race war,” so Republicans have to get their guns ready and protect themselves “with the full armor of God.”

Posting her deranged conspiracy theory on Twitter, Greene wrote:

The radical Marxists in this country are currently building their attack to dismantle our #SecondAmendment. They will stay on their lying message constantly about “angry white men are a threat to black lives.” Building fear & propaganda into the mainstream is their tactic.

Greene then referenced the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse in Wisconsin on Friday:

Their fake outrage and lies about Kyle Rittenhouse is their vehicle on the road to disarming America. Communist Democrats will call for “gun control now to protect peaceful BLM protestors first amendment rights.” The media will glamorize BLM and “victims of white supremacy.”

From there, she went right to guns:

All lawful gun owners & freedom loving God fearing Americans DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT fall into this trap. This is a time of great testing. You have a duty and responsibility to our future to not be baited into the awful lies and insults that are being hurled in your face.

Of course, Greene also included the patented conservative line about not being a racist, which is always a signal that the person making the claim is indeed a racist:

All of us who believe know that none of us are racist or believe in white supremacy, we believe ALL are equal. All of us who believe know that our American gun rights are the only thing holding back the Communist Revolution the Democrats are waging with the help of the media.

The radical Marxists are going to do everything they possibly can to try to cause you to stumble. Do NOT allow them. Give them nothing. Because if you do, they will take everything, starting with our guns first. During this time of testing, men must be the strongest.

And it wouldn’t be complete for a fake Christian like Greene without a mention of God:

They want a race war in a country where we aren’t racist. Protect yourself with the full armor of God. Follow the commands of Jesus and love one another, pray for your enemies, and forgive those who have hurt you as God forgives you. Steady yourself under Him. God wins!!

That talk about a race war sounds familiar. Where have we heard it before? From mass murderer Charles Manson, as Newsweek noted when Manson died back in 2017:

Manson called for a war against black Americans by racists, a movement that he referred to as “Helter Skelter.” The mass murderer, who had a swastika tattooed on his forehead, used racism to manipulate his followers into killing people in 1969 with hopes that it would spark a race war where white Americans would emerge triumphant over other races, and Manson would lead.

The term “Helter Skelter” was swiped from the Beatles song of the same name. Manson believed the band left a secret prophecy on its album The Beatles, more commonly known as the “White Album,” where white Americans would kill black Americans during a race war.

When you think about it, Marjorie Taylor Greene does indeed have a lot in common with Manson: She’s filled with hatred and delusions of grandeur.
