Tommy Tuberville Gets Schooled On The Crime Rate In Alabama Vs. New York In Brutal Social Media Takedown

Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) got a thorough online fact-check from a reporter in his home state when he attempted to suggest that New York is “crime-ridden.”

Tuberville made his accusation against the Empire State on Twitter/X in response to President Joe Biden’s trip to New York City for an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers.

“Hope Joe Biden enjoyed going out for ice cream in NYC while the rest of the city is afraid of crime and migrants.”

Kyle Whitmire of AL.com laid a nasty social media beatdown on the senator.

Others then joined the online debate and slammed Tuberville.

Tommy needs to stay off social media. And he needs to get a functional brain.

Tommy Tuberville May Be Illegally Serving In The Senate – Has Residency In Florida, Not Alabama

When he decided to run the United States Senate from the state of Alabama in 2000, former football coach Tommy Tuberville asserted that he owned a home in the city of Auburn, Alabama, meaning he met the residency requirements for the office he was seeking.

However, it now appears that Tuberville lied and is actually a resident of Florida, which would technically make him the Sunshine State’s third senator. That would be historic (and illegal) because the U.S. Constitution only allows for two senators for each the 50 states, according to a fascinating investigative piece from Glenn Kessler of the Washington Post.

The Alabama house in question is actually owned by Tuberville’s wife and son, neither of whom were on the 2020 ballot.

Tuberville’s office says his primary residence is an Auburn house that records show is owned by his wife and son. But campaign finance reports and his signature on property documents indicate that his home is actually a $3 million, 4,000-square-foot beach house he has lived in for nearly two decades in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., located in the Florida Panhandle about 90 miles south of Dothan.

A Florida beach house? That’s right, and his address suggests Tuberville has been lying to voters in Alabama all along, because in his official paperwork for office, he claimed the Auburn home as where he lived.

In 2018, he voted in Florida in the midterm elections, according to the Birmingham News, but he registered to vote in Alabama on March 28, 2019, a week before announcing his Senate bid. For his voter registration address, he listed as his residence a property, appraised at about $300,000, located in Auburn.

The fact that Tuberville lives in Florida but is registered to vote in Alabama also suggests the senator may have committed voter fraud on at least one occasion since we can assume he voted for himself in the 2020 election.

Oh, and then there’s the tab Tuberville is running up as he travels to his Florida beach house when he leaves Washington to return “home,” whatever that particular word means to the senator.

Tuberville’s frequent visits as senator to his home in Santa Rosa Beach can be gleaned through expenditure reports filed with the Federal Election Commission by Tuberville’s various campaign organizations and PACs. They show that since Tuberville became a senator, there have been almost monthly expenditures for travel and food in either Santa Rosa Beach or another Florida town, Panama City Beach, which is 50 miles away.

Tuberville has attempted to dismiss any criticism of having been away from Alabama for many years by claiming to be a “carpetbagger of this country.” But while that may be a cute one-liner to feed the press and public, it doesn’t address the larger issue of the senator’s blatant disregard for both state and federal election law.

At a time when Republicans continue to try and make voting more difficult — especially for people of color — in the U.S., maybe Sen. Tuberville needs to sit down and explain his own blatant hypocrisy. That, or resign immediately and run against one of Florida’s actual senators, Marco Rubio and Rick Scott.

Elections Joe Biden Viral Video WTF?!

WATCH The AG Of Alabama Make A Fool Of Himself When Asked If Biden Was ‘Duly Elected’

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall appeared at the request of Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify at the confirmation hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson on Thursday, and he quickly made a complete fool of himself when asked a simple question by Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI).

The question Whitehouse asked was:

“Is Joseph R. Biden of Delaware the duly elected and lawfully serving president of the United States of America?”

Questions don’t get much easier than that. The only question that would have been equally as much of a slam dunk for Marshall to answer might be “Does two plus two equal four?”

And yet, Marshall couldn’t answer the query from Whitehouse, remarking:

“He is the president of this country.”

The senator asked again:

“Is he the duly elected and lawfully serving president of the United States?”

At that point, Whitehouse paused for a second and asked Marshall if he was deliberately omitting “duly elected and lawfully serving” from his response.

Marshall:

“I’m answering the question. He is the president of the United States.”

Once more, Whitehouse ran the question by Marshall:

“You have no view as to whether he was duly elected or is lawfully serving?”

The AG replied:

“I’m telling you he’s the president.”

Cleary disgusted, Whitehouse said:

“No further questions.”

It probably won’t surprise you to learn that Marshall is up for reelection in November and is clearly trying to curry favor with Republican voters who still support failed, one-term former President Donald Trump and his “Big Lie” that the 2020 election was stolen from him. It wasn’t, but the GOP has to pretend it was so Trump doesn’t say mean things about them.

If you want to see the perfect example of a gutless eunuch, just watch the performance AG Marshall gave today.

Donald Trump Elections WTF?!

Trump Announces His Next Rally – Which Is Being Held In A Cow Pasture

Even though he clearly lost the 2020 election by an enormous margin, failed, one-term, twice-impeached former President Donald Trump is still holding his pathetic rallies where he whines for up to two hours about how the election was stolen from him and begs supporters to donate money.

In other words, Trump is continuing to grift, and the rallies are his attempt to keep the faithful angry and donating. After all, Donald has enormous legal bills to pay.

On Monday, Trump announced that his next rally will be in Cullman, Alabama, on Saturday, August 21:

However, after doing a bit of checking, Ron Filipkowski found out where exactly in Cullman, Alabama, the rally is being held.

Turns out it’s a cow pasture:

Don’t believe it? Just use Google Maps and see what you find when you get there.

Better hope it doesn’t rain that day, or the Trump faithful could be standing in mud up to their cracks. Which, when you think about it, would be both perfect irony and perfect karma.

It didn’t take long before Twitter users joined the mockery:

Imagine the visuals if Trump slips and winds up face first in a big pile of cow patties! He’ll blame the cows and claim they’re part of a “deep state” conspiracy.
