Steve Bannon Hilariously Trolled By Legal Experts Discussing Hygiene Items He Can Buy In Prison

Former Trump administration adviser Steve Bannon will be heading to prison on July 1 where he will serve a four-month sentence after being found guilty of contempt of Congress in 2022.

Legal analyst Allison Gill and former FBI agent Peter Strzok discussed Bannon’s plight on their “Cleanup on Aisle 45” podcast, and they had fun trolling him as they took a look at items Bannon will have access to via the prison commissary.

“This is my favorite part on ‘Cleanup on Aisle 45,'” Strzok remarked. “When we get to go to a new federal correctional institution that one of the people surrounding [Donald] Trump has been incarcerated at and do a select-reading of the products available. In this case, Danbury FCI, which is where Steve Bannon is headed.”

Strzok said he was very surprised there’s such a “broad and exhaustive list of hair and skin care products” available to inmates. And he added, “But he hasn’t used them up until this point in his life. Why start now? Why start in jail?”

Gill wondered if Bannon might “find Jesus” while incarcerated the way many do.

“Some people start weightlifting in prison,” Gill noted. “Some people learn basketball. Maybe he’ll start hygiene!”

In response, Strzok speculated Bannon might try some skin peels while he’s in lockup.

“Get a little retinol. Wash that hair. Get a comb.”

Just hygiene, in general,” Gill speculated. “Maybe just go down to two shirts.”

“A brush/comb combo for the first time in his life,” Strzok said.

If nothing else, maybe prison officials will insist that Bannon take a shower. From the looks of him, he hasn’t had one of those since Trump left office in 2021.

Here’s more on Bannon being sent to prison:

WATCH Lawrence O’Donnell BURN DOWN Josh Hawley For His Disgusting Lie About Joe Biden

MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell verbally excoriated Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) for willfully sharing a blatant lie about President Joe Biden online, and a video of his remarks is going viral this morning.

On his show Tuesday evening, according to HuffPost, O’Donnell referenced a debunked claim that Biden had insisted that he be allowed to sit during next week’s debate with convicted felon Donald Trump.

Here’s what Hawley posted on Twitter:

CNN immediately pushed back, calling Hawley’s tweet false, Forbes noted.

The network “rejected the claim, telling Forbes ‘it’s not accurate’ and that both Biden and Trump agreed to CNN’s proposed format when they accepted the network’s invitation to debate.”

All of this led O’Donnell to give Hawley a brutal history lesson.

“I can explain it in three words: Franklin Delano Roosevelt.”

“And in every day of his 13 years as president, Franklin Roosevelt was in a wheelchair,” O’Donnell said. “The same wheelchair he was in in his two terms as governor of New York.”

Roosevelt was struck by polio at age 39 and spent the remainder of his life in a wheelchair.

“So, no, standing for 90 minutes is not a presidential job requirement,” O’Donnell continued, adding, “Adolf Hitler was a younger, healthier man than Franklin Roosevelt, but from his wheelchair President Franklin Delano Roosevelt forced Adolf Hitler in Berlin to commit suicide in his bunker as the allies, commanded by Gen. Dwight Eisenhower, were closing in on the German capital city.”

And then the MSNBC host went right at Hawley.

“Hitler could stand for 90 minutes. He did it all the time. 90 minutes was a short speech for Adolf Hitler. Josh Hawley would have loved Adolf Hitler if standing for 90 minutes and ranting incoherently is something Josh Hawley truly admires as presidential.”

While he was at it, O’Donnell also pointed to a darling of the right-wing GOPers: Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R), who is in a wheelchair after a horrible accident in 1984 that nearly killed him.

“But wise-guy Josh Hawley wants to do his punk joke about standing for 90 minutes so that he can impress the world’s worst insult comedian, Donald Trump. Sen. Hawley is one of the unindicted participants in Donald Trump’s attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election. Sen. Hawley was the first member of the Senate to agree to join Republican House members in their plan to challenge the electoral votes won by Joe Biden.”

Josh Hawley should be prosecuted for his role in trying to overturn the last presidential election. He’s a disgusting demagogue and a coward. Here’s hoping the voters of Missouri will kick him to the curb when he runs for reelection.

Donald Trump Jr. Gets Hit With A Massive Dose Of Internet Karma After Mocking A CNN Host’s Hair

Donald Trump Jr., the son of convicted felon/disgraced former president Donald Trump, proved today that he has an “astounding lack of awareness” as one social media commenter noted, with an online attack on CNN host Jim Acosta regarding the color of his hair.

On Twitter, Don Jr. posted a photo showing Acosta with gray hair and another taken more recently in which Acosta has darker hair.

“LOL looks like CNN Fake News loser Acosta got an embarrassingly bad hair dye job,” Junior wrote, followed by three laughing emojis.

That was all it took for others on social media to remind Junior that his old man has been wearing a rat’s nest atop his head for years and quite clearly colors his hair blond to hide the fact that his hair is grayer than he wants anyone to see.

Mark Hamill Goes Viral With Hilarious New Meaning For Trump’s ‘MAGA’

“Star Wars” icon Mark Hamill (a.k.a. Luke Skywalker) went viral Monday with a video posting he made on Twitter of convicted felon Donald Trump being dissed by a college student when he tried to kiss her.

The video, which was originally shared online by gun control advocate David Hogg, who survived the 2018 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, shows the twice-impeached Trump trying to pull a girl who introduced him in for what winds up being an incredibly awkward semi-kiss.

In response, Hamill added his own take on what Trump’s signature “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) campaign slogan should stand for.

That set off a torrent of additional commentary on Twitter.

New Polling Points To ‘Real Fallout’ From Trump’s Criminal Conviction

As we near the three-week mark since convicted felon Donald Trump was found guilty on 34 criminal counts by a Manhattan jury, it appears that the verdict is indeed dragging down the failed former president’s polls numbers, especially among a key bloc of voters.

Politico, in conjunction with Ipsos, released the results of their latest poll this morning, and it shows that 21 percent of independent voters say Trump’s conviction makes them less likely to vote for him and will also play an important role in who they cast their ballot for this November.

“Among the most notable findings in our poll: 21 percent of independents said the conviction made them less likely to support Trump and that it would be an important factor in their vote. In a close election, small shifts among independent and swing voters could determine the outcome.”

Additionally, while Trump and his allies have repeatedly attempted to sow distrust of the American judicial system, respondents remain confident in it, with one glaring exception: The U.S. Supreme Court.

“But the least trusted actors in the legal system are not the lawyers prosecuting or defending the cases, or even the kind of state judges presiding over Trump’s case. They are the Supreme Court justices themselves, whose public approval has taken a considerable hit in recent years thanks to unpopular rulings issued by the conservative supermajority and a series of rolling ethical controversies involving Republican appointees Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas.”

The responses from independents should terrify Trump’s campaign brain trust, Politico notes.

“Thirty-two percent of them said that the conviction made them less likely to support Trump. Only 12 percent of them said that it made them more likely to support Trump.”

The new poll also shows that just having a conviction on his record could drive voters away from Trump, which is reflected in the 21 percent who told Ipsos the former president being a felon matters to their vote and makes them less likely to support him when they cast their ballot.

If the upcoming election is as close as the one we saw in 2020, that 21 percent could prove decisive, especially in key battleground states such as Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, all of which are in play at the moment.
