Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) got verbally trashed on social media after pushing anti-Joe Biden merchandise for the Christmas season, with some noting that the Georgia congresswoman was engaging in the very “war on Christmas” she and other conservatives have whined about for years.
Greene linked several items that can be purchased via the WinRed fundraising platform used by many in the GOP, according to HuffPost.
A Christmas $25 wrapping paper on which Biden appears as the Grinch next to the slogan “Impeach Biden” is on sale alongside a $60 sweatshirt with the message: “The Grinch Who Stole The Election” in green and “Impeach Biden” in red. Other products include a T-shirt reading, “Proud Christian Nationalist.”
That set off a firestorm of criticism on Twitter, where Greene was accused of trying to make a buck off the holiday.
