Veterans Shred Marjorie Taylor Greene For Saying Joining The US Military Is ‘Throwing Your Life Away’

There should no longer be any doubt that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) absolutely hates the United States and everything it stands for, because now she’s even attacking the U.S. military even though she has never done a damn thing to protect or defend this country and the Constitution, which she swore to do when she joined Congress.

According to Greene, if someone joins the military right now, they’re throwing their life away.

Newsweek notes that Greene made her remarks on a podcast:

Speaking to former Fox News host Lou Dobbs‘ podcast on April 9, Greene listed other reasons why people should not join the military, including the vaccine mandate and “woke” training.

Greene made the remarks after Dobbs questioned the “quality of people” that are in the Defense Department in Biden’s administration and suggested that the military was struggling to attract new recruits because people have “seen the way they’re treated.”

“Can you imagine explaining to a recruit, you’re gonna be just fine, just like those Marines in Kabul? Who in his or her right mind would say ‘sign me up for that, Sarge?'”

Greene replied:

“Not my son and I know a lot of young people don’t want to have anything to do with that. It’s like throwing your life away.

“Not to mention how they’ve been forced to take the vaccine and the ones that didn’t want to take it have been discharged. Who wants to be treated that way?”

Veterans from around the country slammed Greene for her disgusting comments, with VoteVets posting:

Serving in the United States Military is not “throwing your life away,” but @RepMTG wouldn’t know anything about service to nation considering the traitors she supports. One thing is clear, she hates our military and REAL America.

 

Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), who has honorably served in the U.S. Air National Guard, also lit into Greene:

U.S. Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ), an Iraq War veteran, was disgusted by Greene’s “selfish” remarks:

Retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and F-15 fighter pilot Jim Hendren, who just so happens to be Republican, also weighed in:

 And former U.S. Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Malcolm Nance even suggested that Greene is working for the enemies of America:

Marjorie Taylor Greene and the vast majority of today’s GOP hate the United States with a passion. Their loyalty is to whoever is willing to pay them the most, be it in rubles or dollars.

This Tweet From Lauren Boebert Is So Crazy That Social Media Users Are Still Shaking Their Heads

It’s a given that some crazy stuff gets posted on social media. If you doubt that, just take a spin around Twitter or Facebook on any given day and you’ll run across all kinds of head-scratching nonsense that borders on unintelligible and/or vapid.

But a tweet posted by Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) has completely confounded even the most forgiving of social media patrons because it quite simply makes no sense whatsoever.

Here’s an attempt to decrypt that word salad:

Inflation numbers were released, so the first sentence checks out.

But the “tobacco industry being immune from prostitutes being sued” is a complete non sequitur. Where in the hell did that come from, and what does it mean? Do you recall reading anything in the news lately about the tobacco industry being sued by prostitutes or vice versa?

As for “any sort of economic solution,” be sure and note that Ms. Boebert provided no ideas of her own regarding economic policies she thinks might be used to combat inflation.

Twitter users were left shaking their heads to the point of dizziness.

Marjorie Taylor Greene: Americans Are ‘Sick And Tired’ Of Hearing About Jan. 6 – It Only Happened ‘One Time’

In the surest sign yet that members of Congress who allegedly participated in the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol are getting worried by what the House Select Committee on the Capitol insurrection have already uncovered as they prepare to hold public hearings next month, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) just had a very public meltdown when a reporter from NBC News attempted to ask her a question about what transpired on that fateful day.

Scott Wong was trying to question Greene in the hallway outside her House office when she got very agitated and declared:

“The American people are fed up with this over-dramatization of a riot that happened here at the Capitol one time. They are sick and tired of Jan. 6 — it’s over, OK?”

Wong also asked Greene if she thought it had been a mistake for Republicans to boycott participating in the Jan. 6 committee, to which she angrily replied:

“People are rotting in jail pre-trial because they have been arrested for it. Why don’t you go to the jail and visit those people? Everyone is being prosecuted that should be prosecuted. Why don’t you care about things that honestly care about instead of continuing on with this? OK?

“Go ask about BLM and antifa rioters. See of they’re rotting in jail!”

Greene was so concerned about her comments to Wong that she felt it necessary to share video of the encounter on Twitter along with her own spin on the confrontation:

“Every week the press asks Republicans divisive questions about each other like this, trying to get me to say something bad or criticize @GOPLeader.

“Then only report a twisted sound bite of our words.

“I’m not playing the game anymore.”

However, by admitting that she felt a need to comment on the brief interview, Greene made it perfectly clear that she is indeed “playing the game” and certainly sounds more than a little bit worried about what may be revealed regarding her actions prior to and on the day of the Capitol riots that left five people dead, including a member of the Capitol Police Force.

Greene is also facing disqualification from the November ballot in Georgia as a group of her constituents have filed suit to have her declared ineligible to run under a section of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution which reads:

“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

Greene and others like her (i.e. Lauren Boebert, Paul Gosar, Andy Biggs, Ted Cruz, and Josh Hawley) should be very worried about what is about to transpire for the American people to see and consider just months before they go to vote.

Greene Says House Republicans Will Impeach Biden And Harris If They Win The Midterm Election

If Republicans win control of the House of Representatives in the upcoming midterm elections, according to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), their top priority won’t be legislating or doing anything to help the American people. Instead, they intend to try and impeach President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

At a reelection kickoff for alleged sex trafficker Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Greene made it clear that she and her GOP colleagues will be seeking payback for the two impeachments of failed, one-term former President Donald Trump:

“Here’s what we do after that we too impeach Kamala Harris, because you can’t encourage, and promote, and raise money for criminal rioters, and expect to serve the interest of the people, the great people of the United States. That is a conflict of interest.”

If Republicans win control of the House, they can indeed impeach Biden and Harris, though there’s no way either would be convicted in a Senate trial. Such a move would also alienate millions of voters as the country moves closer to the 2024 presidential election.

Trump has been hinting that he will likely run in 2024, but considering his age, questionable health, and possible indictment, that’s not even a 50-50 proposition.

Greene and her ilk are on the verge of overplaying their hand, and that could wind up making it all the more likely that Democrats win in 2024 and become the permanent party in power for decades.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Files Police Report Against Jimmy Kimmel For Making Fun Of Her

Proving that the biggest snowflakes in the world reside in the Republican Party, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) filed a report with the U.S. Capitol Police on Wednesday because comedian Jimmy Kimmel made a joke about her.

HuffPost reports:

During his monologue on Tuesday night, Kimmel ridiculed Greene for accusing three Republican senators of being “pro-pedophile” because they voted to confirm Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson.

“Wow, where is Will Smith when you really need him, huh?” Kimmel quipped, referring to the actor who slapped comedian Chris Rock onstage at the Oscars last month.

That led Greene to post a tweet announcing that she had filed a report:

“This threat of violence against me by @jimmykimmel has been filed with the @CapitolPolice.”

Kimmel responded to Greene in brilliant fashion:

Keep in mind that while Greene is suddenly asking the Capitol Police to take her seriously, she was one of 21 House Republicans who voted against awarding the Congressional Gold Medal to members of the force who responded on January 6, 2021 when pro-Trump rioters stormed the seat of government, killing a Capitol policeman.

Others on Twitter also had some choice words for Greene.
