Trump Was Particularly ‘Irked’ By Something The Judge Said To Him At His Thursday Arraignment

During his arraignment on three federal criminal counts in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, failed one-term, twice-impeached and thrice-indicted former president Donald Trump was reportedly upset by something the federal magistrate judge overseeing the proceeding said.

According to CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, what “irked” the disgraced ex-president so much was that the judge didn’t address him by the title he thinks everyone should use, HuffPost reports.

Trump’s attorneys identified him to Magistrate Judge Moxila Upadhyaya as “President Trump.”
“Good afternoon, Mr. Trump,” Upadhyaya replied.

Donnie didn’t like being called “Mr. Trump,” Collins added, reporting that it “irked him particularly.”

“That may not sound odd to anyone else, but he is still referred to by his former title, President Trump, when he’s at his Bedminster golf club in New Jersey, as he is tonight, or at Mar-a-Lago,” she explained.

As you’d expect, that set off a wave of mockery aimed directly at Mr. Trump, a.k.a. Dotard Don.
