MAGA Faithful Cry Bitter Tears Over Trump’s Indictment: ‘The JFK Assassination All Over Again’

As had been expected for some time now, failed former president Donald Trump was indicted Thursday on multiple counts connected to his mishandling of classified documents and obstructing justice.

NBC News reports:

Trump said Thursday night that his attorneys were informed that he has been indicted in the special counsel’s investigation into his handling of classified documents. Two sources familiar with the matter confirmed the indictment, one adding that Trump had received a summons to appear in U.S. District Court on Tuesday.

In a post on his social media platform, Truth Social, Trump said: “The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax.”

As you’d expect, the pro-Trump MAGA faithful went into full apocalyptic meltdown mode, whining and weeping on social media as they proved their own ignorance of the case and their blind devotion to a man who has been engaged in criminal behavior his entire life.

Former US Attorney Says THESE Are The ‘Surprises’ A DOJ Indictment Of Trump Could Reveal

Earlier today, attorneys for failed one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump met with officials at the U.S. Department of Justice for approximately two hours.

According to CNN:

Lawyers for former President Donald Trump met with Justice Department officials on Monday following a public request for a meeting about what they characterize as prosecutorial misconduct, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The meeting comes as the special counsel’s investigation into Trump’s handling of classified documents and possible obstruction appears to be nearing its final stages.

The meeting lasted an estimated 90 minutes. Trump’s attorneys did not comment to reporters after leaving.

While Trump’s team had publicly asked to meet with Attorney General Merrick Garland, he was not believed to be in the meeting.

Additionally, thanks to the New York Times, we now know what one of Trump’s former attorneys, Evan Corcoran, handed over recordings to the Justice Department that could be incredibly damaging to the disgraced ex-president.

“The level of detail in the recording is said to have angered and unnerved close aides to Mr. Trump, who are worried it contains direct quotes from sensitive conversations,” the Times reported.

Those developments led former U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance to tell MSNBC host Ayman Mohyeldin that it’s clear prosecutors have the evidence to indict Trump.

“The evidence, if the public record is correct, is a solid evidence, prosecutors should be able to obtain and sustain a conviction. That answers the question, can you indict?” Vance explained. “Then you have to answer the more nuanced question of should you? A big part of that is whether or not an indictment would be consistent with how similar situations have been handled in the past. In this instance, indicting Trump based on his conduct would be very consistent with how other cases involving retention but not dissemination of classified or other sensitive material has been handled.”

Vance went on to note that prosecutors have the ultimate weapon when it comes to gathering evidence: A subpoena. And we could soon learn all sorts of “surprises” about what the DOJ found during their investigation.

“Typically, the government knows a lot more than the public does when a case is indicted. This is a little bit different because the reporting has been so outstanding. Many reporters are very well-sourced,” Vance. “But it would be surprising if there weren’t a few surprises it would that could be good or bad for prosecutors. It’s possible that there could be some form of exculpatory evidence that suggests Trump is not guilty, maybe of any charges, or at least some of them. But It’s also possible that the government’s evidence gets much stronger when they access information through the grand jury. They may even be able to prove, for instance, that Trump disseminated these materials instead of just retaining them. And we will have to wait until we see the indictment to know how that shakes out.”

Special Counsel Jack Smith may hand down indictments against Trump as soon as this week, according to reports.

‘Lower Than Low’ Don Jr. Says His Dad Was Indicted To Distract From The Nashville Shooting

Donald Trump Jr., the equally disgusting son of the failed one-term former president, wants us to believe that what bothers him most about his daddy being indicted in Manhattan is that it’s a distraction from the school shooting in Nashville that took place Monday and took the lives of six people, including three children. He even suggested that it was done deliberately for that very purpose.

@PatriotTakes caught the social media posting Don Jr. made and shared it along with this message, “Don Jr. reposted a tweet using pictures of child victims murdered in the Nashville school shooting to deflect against Trump’s indictment.”

So now we have the son of the disgraced ex-president trying to use a tragedy writ in blood for political purposes and so he can rile up the MAGA base, perhaps to engage in more violence as a response.

In the wake of the shooting, Don Jr. has also suggested that since the Nashville shooter was transgender, the entire trans community is culpable for the crime, HuffPost reported.

Donald Trump Jr., the eldest son of former President Donald Trump, suggested that “rather than talking about guns we should be talking about lunatics pushing their gender affirming bullshit on our kids?”

Junior’s father also joined the trans bashing, according to The Washington Post:

And former president Donald Trump on Wednesday, without evidence, also connected the Nashville shooting to hormone therapy and “the anger that was caused” during an interview with conservative talk radio host John Fredericks. Trump said he banned transgender people from serving in the military because “the amount of drugs they have to take is so incredible,” even though research and surveys show most transgender people do not undergo hormone therapy.

Don Jr. was slammed on social media for his disgusting tweet, with some noting that it was a new low even for a bottom feeder like Junior.

Trump Experiencing Wild Mood Swings As Tuesday Booking In Manhattan Draws Closer: Report

As Tuesday, April 3 draws closer by the hour, failed one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump is undergoing wild mood swings, according to reporter Hugo Lowell of The Guardian.

Lowell was a guest on MSNBC Saturday and was asked by host Alex Witt, “I know a couple of weeks ago, you reported that Trump wanted to be handcuffed, wanted to make a spectacle of his arrest. Now that his arraignment is imminent, does he still want t be handcuffed in public? What are you hearing on that?”

Lowell replied:

“Yeah, it’s difficult to get a sense of what Trump feels at this moment. You know, his mood has fluctuated in recent weeks — he’s gone from real anger towards the fact that he was going to get indicted, to this resignation that if he was going to get indicted then, you know, might as well come to New York and he wanted to be handcuffed.”

Trump even wanted his hands behind his back, according to Lowell, which led Witt to remark, “Wait, wait he wanted his hands behind his back? We don’t even see that anymore, don’t we see people with the hands cuffed in front? So, he wanted to take the extra dramatic step to show himself, like, ‘oh, you know,’ … that’s strange.”

Lowell also noted, “No, he was very specific in that instruction and I think it kind of took his aides by the surprise. They did not anticipate this level of insistence from Trump. Certainly when he then said, you know, ‘I don’t care if it’s a security concern, I want to be a martyr,’ I think that solidified in that moment what Trump wanted. But when the indictment actually came down, his response was much more muted and, I think, it’s one thing to be talking about a potential indictment, but once you actually get hit with an indictment it is a completely different story.”

Ana Navarro Lays The Ultimate Burn On Donald Trump Regarding His Indictment

Ana Navarro of “The View” (along with her fellow co-hosts) celebrated the indictment of failed, one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump on Friday, and managed to lay the ultimate burn on the ex-president.

Sunny Hostin began the festivities, noting, “We feel good!”

“I said he would be held criminally responsible because no one is above the law, Hostin added. “You can’t commit so many crimes and think that you are above the law even if you are the president. … It’s a celebration of the law and how it applies to all of us.”

That’s when Navarro joined the conversation and provided what may well be the best line so far on Donnie’s Manhattan indictment.

“I want to thank this special grand jury because they’ve been meeting for weeks and weeks,” Navarro said. “They’ve done this incredibly seriously. This was not an easy case, this was a case that has risks, and so I thank them because these are regular New Yorkers. These are not people with a political agenda. These are regular New Yorkers. Donald Trump finally won a popular vote yesterday. The grand jury voted to indict him last night.”

Navarro also had this to say:

“I was reading this article where Jared [Kushner] and Ivanka [Trump] want to start their new life in Miami. They now can give their children the distinction of having matching mugshots for both of their grandfathers. You can pick whether you want Charlie Kushner or Donald Trump mugshot if you are Jared and Ivanka’s child.”
