Ghislaine Maxwell Is Now Facing Two Trials For Sex Crimes – That’s Big Trouble For Donald Trump

Recently, Federal Judge Alison Nathan issued a 34-page ruling which will split the charges against Ghislaine Maxwell into two separate trials, the first of which is set to begin in July.

The New York Daily News is reporting:

“Ghislaine Maxwell will face two separate trials on charges of grooming underage victims of Jeffrey Epstein and lying under oath, a judge ruled Friday.

“‘It would introduce unrelated allegations of sexual abuse, which would potentially expose the jury to evidence that might otherwise not be admissible,’ the jurist explained.”

Maxwell is charged with sex trafficking conspiracy, sex trafficking of a minor, and perjury.

Both Maxwell and Epstein have a history with former President Donald Trump, who spoke glowingly about Epstein before he was accused of sexually abusing underage girls. The former financier was later arrested on federal criminal charges and died while in custody. His death was later ruled a suicide, but there have been rumors that Epstein might have been killed while awaiting trial.

Now consider two trials for Maxwell and what that means for Trump.

If Maxwell recalls incidents when she procured girls for Epstein and Trump was also involved, that may well come out during her court appearances. Such information could lead to new indictments against her former associates.

But the biggest threat for Trump is if Maxwell agrees to cooperate with prosecutors in exchange for leniency. In that scenario, she would agree to testify against “bigger fish” such as the former president.

Just last month, a superseding indictment was filed against Maxwell which increases the pressure on her to tell what she knows:

“An amended indictment against Maxwell now covers alleged crimes stretching from 1994 to 2004 in New York and Florida, including accusations that she paid the girl, known as Minor Victim-4, hundreds of dollars for each sexual act with Epstein.”

Maxwell is in one hell of a legal fix, and the only way she can possibly reduce spending the rest of her life in prison is by telling what she knows. If she does, Donald Trump and many other famous men may wind up incarcerated for decades, too.

Matt Gaetz’s Current Legal Problems Have An Interesting Connection To Jeffrey Epstein

Would it surprise you to learn the accusations against Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) that he sexually trafficked an underage girl have a lot in common with the late convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, who died in federal custody back in 2019?

Former federal prosecutor Shan Wu spelled out that connection Saturday during an appearance on CNN, noting that federal authorities don’t want to see another high-profile figure escape justice for his possible crimes:

“I think one important context is the Epstein case. Because the Justice Department has messed this up once before, letting a sex trafficker go with just a slap on the wrist. They’re not going to let that happen again.

“This is a different environment than it was before. The testimony of any of these complainants, particularly the underaged minor, will be devastating. This is a new time. We care about victims, and this is a problem for Gaetz.”

Oddly enough, Gaetz was one of the few public officials upset when the Epstein case was reopened in 2019, eventually resulting with Epstein being charged by federal prosecutors for allegedly engaging in sexual relations with underage girls. Specifically, Gaetz said he feared such actions by the Department of Justice (DOJ) would set a “dangerous’ precedent for prosecutors.”

At the moment, Gaetz is facing prosecution for numerous felonies, including sexual trafficking, which could result in him being sentenced to life in prison.

Things got even worse for Gaetz when an attorney for co-conspirator  Joel Greenberg confirmed that his client was cooperating with the DOJ and had accepted a plea deal from federal prosecutors who are also pursuing Gaetz.

There’s another connection between Gatez and Epstein: Both were longtime friends of failed, one-term former President Donald Trump, who was once accused of “repeatedly raping” a 13-year-old girl with the late sex offender. Trump also spoke glowingly about Epstein, just as he has about Gaetz, whom he lavished with praise while he was still in the White House.

Since the accusations against Gaetz have come to light, however, Trump has been mostly silent on the Florida congressman’s legal plight, perhaps showing that even a man as depraved as the former president doesn’t want to risk defending someone suspected of such a heinous crime.

Latest Indictment Against Ghislaine Maxwell Could Spell Big Trouble For Donald Trump

A superseding indictment filed against Ghislaine Maxwell is the strongest proof yet that the case against her is growing and could wind up ensnaring others if she chooses to cooperate with prosecutors in exchange for leniency.

Reuters reports that federal prosecutors in Manhattan continue to add charges against Maxwell as new evidence and victims come to light:

“An amended indictment against Maxwell now covers alleged crimes stretching from 1994 to 2004 in New York and Florida, including accusations that she paid the girl, known as Minor Victim-4, hundreds of dollars for each sexual act with Epstein.

“Maxwell, who was Epstein’s longtime associate and former girlfriend, faces new charges of sex trafficking conspiracy and sex trafficking of a minor in the eight-count indictment, as well as earlier charges that include perjury.”

Both Maxwell and Epstein were longtime friends and associates of former President Donald Trump, who has been accused of repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl with Epstein in 1994. And Trump’s ties to the two could wind up sending him to prison.

Prosecutors continue to stack up criminal charges and indictments against Maxwell because they want to pressure her into cooperating with them and telling what she knows about some of the powerful men she helped acquire underage girls for. That list is said to include Trump and Prince Andrew of the British royal family.

Even if Maxwell doesn’t agree to cooperate with prosecutors, her upcoming trial, which is scheduled to begin in July, could also wind up revealing information that will both embarrass Donald Trump and also place him in legal jeopardy. If Trump’s name comes up in association with Maxwell or Epstein during the trial, it seems safe to assume the same Manhattan U.S. Attorney who is prosecuting Maxwell will also seek to charge Trump, especially since the former president no longer controls the Department of Justice with his handpicked puppet, William Barr.

The news about the superseding indictment against Trump comes on the very same day that it was revealed the Donald is also being investigated by two grand juries in Georgia for his attempts to change the vote totals in that state.

Everywhere he looks, Donald Trump can see the authorities closing in on him. Hopefully he’ll soon be charged, put on trial, and locked up for this many crimes.

Arrest Of Another Pimp Tied To Jeffrey Epstein Could Present BIG Legal Problems For Trump

Another of Jeffrey Epstein’s former pimps who acquired underage girls for the late sexual predator has been taken into custody in Paris, The Daily Beast reports:

Jean-Luc Brunel, a French modeling agent and close ally and alleged pimp to late sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein, is in custody in Paris after attempting to board a flight to Dakar in Senegal. Paris prosecutors say he was taken into custody for rape, sexual assault against minors, sexual harassment, criminal conspiracy, and trafficking in human beings, according to Le Parisien newspaper.”

Brunel has been charged in the United States with rape and procuring young girls for Epstein, and had extensive connections to him:

“Brunel’s name appeared more than 15 times on flight logs for Epstein’s private jet, and he visited Epstein close to 70 times when the financier was in jail in Florida for procuring an underage girl for prostitution.”

The arrest of Brunel could not possibly come at a worse time for Donald Trump, who was also a close associate of Epstein’s and was accused of repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl with the convicted sex offender, before those charges were later withdrawn, reportedly when the victim was threatened.

Now that Trump is no longer be president, he can be indicted on both federal and state charges for any crimes he may have committed, including ones connected to Epstein.

If Brunel cooperates with prosecutors in whatever jurisdiction winds up charging him, he might be willing to make a deal with prosecutors and testify against others who sexually assaulted young girls with Epstein, including Trump.

Everything is falling apart for the Donald. And it couldn’t possibly happen to a more deserving person.
