Something very strange took place on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives recently, and it has led to endless chatter on Twitter.

As another lawmaker spoke about energy, (GOP Rep. Ronny) Jackson ― or part of his head, anyway ― could be seen behind the poster board shifting and moving around awkwardly.
Then, the lawmaker known for his extreme devotion to Donald Trump stuck a finger near or perhaps inside his nose:
You may recall that before he became a congressman from Texas, Jackson was White House physician in the Trump administration and proudly declared that failed one-term former president Donald Trump was so healthy he might live to be 200 years old.
That was all it took to set off a wave of mockery and speculation on social media.
Maybe it’s time we make drug testing mandatory for members of Congress. We can start with Ronny Jackson.
