Marjorie Taylor Greene Whines About There Now Being A ‘Target’ On White Supremacists

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) says there’s no need to worry in the least about white supremacy in the United States despite the fact that the accused Buffalo mass shooter made it clear he allegedly shot and killed 10 black people because he was worried about being “replaced” by people of color in the U.S..

Speaking with Real America’s Voice on Sunday, Greene insisted that there needs to be more focus on blacks who commit crime, not on whites who commit mass murder:

“Jerry Nadler was on the House floor and he was talking about white supremacy. And he was bringing up the terrible shooting that happened in [Buffalo] but totally ignoring the shooting that happened in California that I think involved an Asian man who was the shooter totally ignoring the guy that drove his car, black man that drove his car through a Christmas parade [in Waukesha, Wisconsin], killing people and was a racist himself, completely ignoring the black man that did the New York subway shooting.”

See, to Marjorie, crime is only a threat when it’s committed by a person of color. No need to talk about white supremacy, she insisted:

“These people are all guilty of these crimes and it’s not about race. It shouldn’t be about race. But they’re clearly racist as well, so white supremacy shouldn’t be the main target.

“We should be more concerned about the illegal invasion at the border, the crime happening every single day on our streets, especially in cities like Chicago. We should go after criminals that break the law and not pursue people based on their skin color and how they vote. But that’s what the Democrats want to do.”

No, Margie, that’s simply a bullshit conspiracy theory, and we all know how fond you are of those and other nonsense that you see on the internet and then parrot as if it’s fact.

White supremacy and right-wing terrorism is the single-greatest threat to this country, according to FBI Director Chris Wray, who just happens to have been appointed by failed, one-term former President Donald Trump.

If there’s a “target” on white supremacists, that’s a good thing. They don’t deserve to walk among us in the first place. They belong in prison.

Ted Cruz Gets Trolled To His Face In The Most Hilarious (And Humiliating) Way Possible

As much as he loves to take cheap shots at people on social media, you’d think Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) would have developed an appreciation for those who manage to turn the tables and pull a good joke on him.

But, alas, Teddy doesn’t have much of a sense of humor, especially when it comes to the self-deprecating kind, and he winds up looking like the odd man out whenever someone trolls him.

Cruz was pranked by two guys who call themselves The Good Liars and love to pull pranks on political figures which they make a video of and then share on Twitter.

According to HuffPost, The Good Liars had the perfect plan, and they carried it out to perfection:

A prankster duo known as The Good Liars asked the lawmaker for an autograph. He appeared ready to comply until he got a closer look at what he was expected to sign.

It was a copy of a National Enquirer cover story linking Cruz’s father, Rafael Cruz, to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, something then-rival Donald Trump used against him on the campaign trail.

There’s a story behind that National Enquirer cover, too: According to former Trump personal attorney Michael Cohen, Donald Trump personally approved the story, which was then published by his close friend, David Pecker.

It should be noted, however, that the Texas senator did manage to bestow a compliment on The Good Liars, telling them he’d seen their “silly videos.” That remark delighted the two pranksters.

A week ago, Cruz managed to own himself when he told reporters that he didn’t understand Republicans who suck up to Trump:

Just once, I’d love to see a Republican candidate stand up in a primary and say, “I am a moderate, establishment squish. I stand for absolutely nothing.” It would be refreshingly honest at least. But nobody says that.

And by the way, they all pledge their love for Donald Trump. “I love Donald Trump.” “No, no. I love Donald Trump more.” “No, no, I have Donald Trump tattooed on my rear end.”

When it comes to a complete lack of self-awareness, Ted Cruz is in a category of his own.

Twitter Erupts With Laughter In Response To MT Greene Saying ‘If I Were President Right Now’

Based on a posting she made today on Twitter, it appears that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) does indeed have presidential ambitions, despite the fact that she isn’t even assured of winning next Tuesday’s GOP primary in her home state.

Be sure and note that Marge conveniently neglected to mention how she would “rip the noose” off American business, but it’s probably safe to assume that worker protections and workplace safety rules would be long gone so that employers could place their workers in the most hazardous situations imaginable without facing any legal or financial liability. It’d be America circa 1910, with predatory capitalists treating their employees like slaves and even insisting that children need to be employed, too. But don’t worry. They promise to pay the kids at least 50 cents a day for a good 10 hours of hard labor.

If Marjorie Taylor Greene was president, the United States would be the biggest shithole country (to borrow a phrase from Marge’s lord and savior, Dotard Don) on the face of the planet.

Twitter had a field day with Greene’s delusions of grandeur:

Meet The 9 House Republicans Who Voted To Deny Formula To Babies In Poor Families

For weeks now, Republicans in Congress have been excoriating the Biden administration for the shortage of infant baby formula in the United States, even though blame squarely lies with Abbott Laboratories, which had to shut down a manufacturing facility in Michigan after it was discovered some of their formula was contaminated with a dangerous bacteria.

To help solve the problem, President Joe Biden announced Wednesday that he was invoking the Defense Production Act and would also be allowing for an increase in imports of baby formula to the U.S.

And yet, when Republicans were given the chance to help babies in poor families get access to more formula, nine members of the House GOP voted no to expansion of a program that would do exactly that, according to Newsweek:

The Access to Baby Formula Act, also known as H.R. 7791, would allow low-income women to buy more baby formula through the federal Women, Infant and Children (WIC) program.

It received a 414-9 bipartisan support in a House vote on Wednesday amid the formula shortage crisis in the country.

The nine lawmakers who voted about the bill were all Republicans. They are: Reps. Andy Biggs (Arizona), Lauren Boebert (Colorado), Matt Gaetz (Florida), Louie Gohmert (Texas), Paul Gosar (Arizona), Marjorie Taylor Greene (Georgia), Clay Higgins (Louisiana), Thomas Massie (Kentucky) and Chip Roy (Texas).

Attempting to explain his heartless vote, Gaetz remarked:

“It will allow WIC to utilize a far greater portion of the baby formula market, crowding out many hard-working American families.

“All considered, government-empowered swings to markets typically create more problems than they solve. Instead of creating new emergency authorities for the Incompetent Biden Regime, we should source more product for all American families and solve the problem.”

Bullshit! Gaetz and his eight colleagues don’t give a damn about poor children, especially if they happen to be from families of color.

The next time you hear a Republican mention the “sanctity of life,” keep in mind that’s just a talking point they use during election season. The rest of the time, they don’t give a damn about anyone but themselves.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Accidentally Admits The Jan. 6 Capitol Attack Was An Act Of ‘War’

Whoever has the unenviable job of legally representing Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is probably pulling out his or her hair right now thanks to something the congresswoman said that clearly shows she knew the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol was an act of war.

Greene — along with fellow GOP simpleton Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX) showed up today at the office of Muriel Bowser, the Mayor of the District of Columbia, ostensibly to whine about some of the 1/6 defendants who are being held at jails in the District.

But it was what Greene said as part of her blatant publicity stunt that directly implicates her and others in what transpired on that fateful day of Jan. 6:

“You need to give us a visit. You owe this to all of the people that we represent across the country, and then this city needs cleaned up. There’s homeless people all over the city. Crime is out of control, and it has a jail that is clearly a dangerous place for people to be because they’re dying last week, and then these pre-trial January 6th defendants have been held for months on end being abused as political prisoners of war not only by federal judges, prosecutors, the Department of Justice but also by the DC jail.”

Being abused as political prisoners of war, are they? Then that means they took part in what they damn well knew was a militant act, which is just another way of saying a war.

Not only does the video of Greene talking about “war” implicate her in the actions of the insurrectionists, it also serves as evidence that can be used against the very people she says she cares so much about.

Of course, Greene doesn’t give a diddly damn about any of the saps who are now facing time in prison for the disgusting things they did on Jan. 6. She just wants a few minutes of publicity she can use to raise money and boost her bid for another term in Congress.

Oh, and as for that second term in office. There’s news to report on that front, too.

A group of voters has renewed their challenge to her appearing on the ballot, according to the Georgia Recorder:

Free Speech for People, a nonprofit legal advocacy organization representing the challengers, filed an appeal with the Fulton County Superior Court Monday, arguing that the court made several errors in the case.

Typically, when a candidate’s eligibility is challenged in Georgia, it is a question of whether the candidate meets the age or residency requirements to run, and the candidate must simply provide their birth certificate or proof of residency. Since Greene’s case is more complicated, the court ruled that the burden of proof should be on the challengers.

That was a mistake, the challengers argue, because evidence necessary to determine Greene’s eligibility was in her control, but the judge blocked their request for discovery.

Greene’s statement at the office of Mayor Bowser can also be used in the challenge to have her removed from the ballot, and that could prove to be big trouble for the congresswoman.
