WATCH A DOJ Official Give Jim Jordan A Brutal Fact-Check During House Hearing

A hearing of the House Judiciary Committee wound up proving just how little chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) knows about the law or U.S. history, with an official of the Justice Department having to give Jordan some embarrassing facts which completely undercut the point he was trying to make.

Jordan asked Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke about a civil rights investigation into Elon Musk’s SpaceX company, which the DOJ has accused of refusing to hire asylum recipients and refugees in direct violation of U.S. law.

“Did Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter have anything to do with the Justice Department’s decision to file that lawsuit against SpaceX?” Jordan asked Clarke.

Clarke told Jordan that the DOJ investigation of SpaceX began during the Trump administration.

“The investigation into SpaceX was open during the last administration, and we filed an administrative action under the Immigration and Nationality Act, an important law passed by this body with bipartisan support and signed into law by President Reagan,” she noted.

Jordan: “What are you alleging that SpaceX did wrong?”

Clarke: “In this case, we allege that the company is not compliant with the anti-discrimination provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act.”

Rather than accept that, Jordan asked, “They’re discriminating against refugees and asylum seekers, is that right?”

Once again, Clarke had to fact check Jordan.

“No, Chairman. Against people who have received refugee status and asylum status by our federal courts and who enjoy equal standing under federal law to U.S. citizens and naturalized citizens.

“The law requires equal treatment of these individuals.”

Jordan continued to press.

“I just want to cut to the chase. You’re suing SpaceX because they hired too many Americans, too many citizens.”

“And yet you bring the lawsuit after Mr. Musk purchases Twitter, now X, is that right?”

Clarke shut Jordan down by responding: “We apply the laws that this body gave us without fear or favor.”

Democrat Humiliates Jim Jordan For Refusing To Admit The Threat Posed By Another Trump Presidency

A Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee lit into Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) for accusing the Biden administration of “weaponizing” the Justice Department yet failing to admit that a second Trump presidency would be the very definition of an out of control DOJ.

Rep. Stacey Plaskett (D-VI) noted that Jordan and the GOP’s so-called “hearings” are merely an attempt to “ramp up their own misinformation campaign before the 2024 election.”

“They want to distract from the actual threat of the weaponization of government on the American people. That is Donald Trump,” she continued. “He has vowed to use the Department of Justice to investigate his political enemies. He has said that those who oppose him should be executed for treason. He has called his political opponents cockroaches, vermin, said that immigrants are poisoning American society.”

Plaskett added that Trump’s recent online threats about how he will punish his enemies if he gets another term in office sound like something straight out of Nazi Germany.

“And every American should be outraged at this committee by not having hearings on that. Many want to shield a man who, as many experts have identified, is spouting rhetoric cribbed from the Nazi regime, calling his enemies cockroaches and vermin, saying that those who oppose him are poisoning the blood of America, and even calling for the execution of people who simply speak out against him.”

Donald Trump is a clear and present danger to the American republic even when it isn’t in office. And if he returns to the presidency, this country will be utterly destroyed. He’ll see to that.

Congress Elections Fox News Impeachment Joe Biden

WATCH: Maria Bartiromo Almost Begs Jim Jordan To Impeach Biden Before He Wins The 2024 Election

Fox News host Maria Bartiromo is so terrified that President Joe Biden will win the 2024 election that she’s begging House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) to speed up the process.

Jordan was a guest on “Sunday Morning Futures,” and was asked by the host:

“Tell us what your expectations are in terms of this investigation, and will it lead to an impeachment of Joe Biden?”

Jordan responded:

“I believe we will get the depositions and the interviews done in this calendar year and then make a decision early next year whether there are actual evidence warrants going to articles of impeachment and moving to that stage of the investigation.”

That’s when Bartiromo revealed her desperation:

“Well, the timing is important. We’ve got an election next year. President Trump is facing four indictments, and you’ve got this dereliction of duty.”

Jordan: “He said they come after him because he’s fighting for us. That is true. That’s what the swamp does. They’re going after President Trump because he kept his word, and he’s fighting for us.”

Trump kept his word? On what? The man is a pathological liar who belongs behind bars for the next 50 years.

While Republicans like to say they’re confident Trump can win in 2024, Bartiromo just made it clear they’re worried the multiply-indicted loser ex-president will only manage a victory with help if his opponent is impeached, something that happened to the Donald not once, but twice.

Here’s the video:

One Of Jim Jordan’s Anti-Biden ‘Whistleblowers’ May Have Lied Under Oath

If you’ve seen any of the hearings on the “weaponization” of the FBI that were led by House Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) you may have seen former field agent Garret O’Boyle (the guy who looks like a villain in a Batman movie) making all sorts of dubious claims about why he was supposedly “silenced” by the agency.

In reality, the reason O’Boyle was reprimanded for failing to do his job, especially as it applies to defendants charged with crimes allegedly committed on January 6, 2021.

During his testimony, The Guardian reports, O’Boyle was asked about funding he had received from a former Trump administration official.

At one point, O’Boyle was asked by Democrat Dan Goldman whether Kash Patel, who held multiple roles in the Trump administration, is helping finance O’Boyle’s legal counsel. The witness replied: “Not that I’m aware of.”

The answer has raised eyebrows because, during a previous interview with the House of Representatives’ weaponisation subcommittee in February, O’Boyle disclosed that his legal fees are being paid by a nonprofit organisation called Fight With Kash, also known as the Kash Foundation and run by Kash Patel.

In other words, it appears that O’Boyle may have lied under oath, and that could get him criminally charged.

Congressman Goldman said he has contacted Jordan and made it clear he believes O’Boyle may have lied to Congress.

“Mr O’Boyle’s answers in the subcommittee hearing on Thursday appear to contradict his previous testimony in the transcribed interview with subcommittee staff. In order to ensure witnesses are truthful when they come before the subcommittee, Chairman Jordan must determine whether or not Mr O’Boyle lied under oath on Thursday.”

Kyle Herrig, executive director of the Congressional Integrity Project, echoed Goldman, noting, “Mr O’Boyle’s testimony in this week’s hearing should be investigated immediately by Chairman Jordan’s subcommittee. The fact that O’Boyle’s own lawyer has such deep ties to Kash Patel, a January 6 co-conspirator and close ally of Donald Trump, is already enough to call any of his testimony into question.”

According to Russell Dye, a spokesperson for Jordan, there’s no reason for Democrats to be upset: “Yet again the Democrats distorted the facts in their report on our brave FBI whistleblowers. Jesse Binnall is representing Mr O’Boyle pro bono.”

Distorted the facts? Sounds like what Jordan has been doing since he began lying to cover his ass when it came to light he had failed to report sexual abuse at Ohio State University while he was a coach on the OSU wrestling team.

Eric Swalwell Draws A Direct Line Between Jim Jordan’s Sex Scandal And His Actions On Jan. 6

For years, scandal has surrounded Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), who has yet to fully explain why when he was an assistant coach on the Ohio State University wrestling team in the mid-1990s he failed to report that sexual abuse of young athletes was being committed by the team doctor, Richard Strauss. Strauss killed himself in 2005 and is believed to have abused at least 177 students from 1979 to 1996.

And now Jordan is at the center of yet another scandal, and this one could well cost him his political career and result in him being charged with crimes against the United States for his role in the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

One of Jordan’s colleagues, Rep. Eric Swalwell, says there’s a connection between the Ohio Republican’s actions at Ohio State and his alleged coordination with members of the Trump administration who attempted to orchestrate a coup on the 6th of January.

During an appearance on MSNBC, Swalwell noted:

“I’m not a Harvard lawyer. But the way that he has talked about his involvement certainly makes him look — the way that he is now moonwalk-ing away from responsibilities as to why — probably makes him complicit. This is an incident of workplace violence. Let us just step back. In any workplace — if this has happened. If you worked with contact with someone who is responsible for the workplace violence. If you did nothing wrong and you had nothing to do with it. You would raise your hand and say, let me help make this safer.”

Swalwell then added that Jordan’s refusal to speak to the House 1/6 Select Committee without being subpoenaed is the same sort of thing he did at Ohio State:

“The fact that he does not want to cooperate, I think, puts him in the category of the people who had some knowledge of what Trump wanted to do. And, by the way, Lawrence, this guy has priors. This is not the first time he has been accused of witnessing a crime and not wanting to report it or help investigators.”

Jim Jordan allegedly enabled the actions of sexual predator even though he could have reported what he knew and protected other students. And now he’s an enabler of a plot to overthrow the elected government of the United States. Both are disgusting and abhorrent, and it’s time that Jordan paid for his refusal to speak when others were in danger.
