Donald Trump Fox News WTF?!

Judge Jeanine Has On-Air Meltdown While Discussing Mar-a-Lago Warrant: ‘IT’S NOT TRUMP’S FAULT!’

Even though she was once a judge, Fox News host Jeanine Pirro is totally ignorant about the law, especially as it applies to her political hero, disgraced former president Donald Trump.

Pirro and her co-hosts on “The Five” were discussing the warrant served by FBI agents Monday at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago golf club, with former Tennessee Democratic Congressman Harold Ford urging everyone to wait for all the facts before convicting Trump in the court of public opinion or attacking the Justice Department and Attorney General Merrick Garland:

“We should wait for the facts to come out here. The president is presumed innocent.”

But Pirro was having none of it, insisting this was just the latest attempt to destroy Trump:

“I don’t think it speculation at all! You do not break into a house of a guy that you’ve been working with for nine months, that you have to admit has been cooperating with you for presidential records?! No!”

Ford:

“Can I ask you a question?”

Pirro:

“No! I’m going to answer your question.”

And that’s when Pirro went on an unhinged rant, her voice rising and at times quivering as she spoke:

“And you do not do that and have guys with AR-15 – and women I might add – at the front of Mar-a-Lago. In a situation like this were the man is about to announce for president, if he’s going to run for president. But if I were the lawyer, the first thing I would say is as a citizen of the United States, I want to know from the Department of Justice why you are doing this.

“I want to know from the FBI whether or not this is legitimate because everything you’ve done regarding Donald Trump has been illegal, illegitimate, and immoral up at the and the country knows it. And you have destroyed our faith in the justice system.”

Once again, Ford attempted to ask Pirro a question, to which she replied:

“It’s not Donald Trump’s fault!”

Reportedly, Donald Trump considered nominating Pirro to be his attorney general. That’s a terrifying thought, and her comments are proof that she’s unqualified for any position that requires even-handedness and rational thought. She’s a kook and allegedly has a drinking problem.

If Pirro is so confident Trump did nothing wrong, why doesn’t she urge him to release his copy of the search warrant and inventory of items the FBI seized? Probably because she can’t handle the truth.

Karine Jean-Pierre Sets Peter Doocy Straight When He Whines Biden Is ‘Bragging’ On Falling Gas Prices

Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy absolutely hates when good news arrives for President Joe Biden and the administration, as proved today when he whined that the president had been “bragging” on falling gas prices earlier in the day.

Specifically, the president noted:

“You know, we’ve seen some progress. Gas prices are coming down. They’re down almost a dollar a gallon where—from where they were just a month ago.”

That led Doocy to ask White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre:

“Why is the president bragging today about gas prices?”

The press secretary responded:

“Because it’s gone down.”

Doocy:

“It’s still $1.72 higher than when he took office.”

Jean-Pierre:

“It is come down in a way that we haven’t seen–its trajectory coming down in over a decade.”

The Fox reporter continued to press:

“So, over $4 a gallon, is that good?”

Jean-Pierre:

“You want to talk to a nurse or a teacher or a firefighter if having that little bit of breathing room doesn’t matter to them?”

Still trying to provoke Jean-Pierre, Doocy asked:

“Are nurses and teachers and firefighters saying, ‘Gas prices are only $4.11?'”

That’s when Jean-Pierre shut down Doocy with facts:

“I’m saying that even that little bit of breathing room matters to families, especially during the summer when people are traveling, when people are trying to do what they can for their families.”

She then added:

“To say that the changes, the drop that we have seen at the pump per gallon does not matter, I think that is wrong. I think that is not true and I think that does give a little bit of space and breathing room for families and is important.”

WATCH John Kirby Swat Down A Fox Host For Saying Al Qaeda ‘Feels Pretty Good’ After Drone Strike

National Security Council Coordinator John Kirby gave Fox News host Brian Kilmeade a lesson in foreign policy and how to fight terrorism during an interview on the network Tuesday.

Kilmeade began the interview by trying to downplay the killing of Al Qaeda leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri by a drone strike in Afghanistan:

“I do think that one would believe if the leader of the Taliban — excuse me — the leader of Al Qaeda is not in a cave or hiding out in the mountains of Pakistan. That he’s on the balcony in the capitol, that Al Qaeda feels pretty good about their presence in that country and there’s more than just one guy.”

“But that’s not good news for us.”

Kirby, a retired Navy rear admiral, responded:

“I’d actually throw that back a little, Brian. I don’t think they’re feeling too good about being in Afghanistan right now.”

Kilmeade:

“Really? If they were worried about it, they would be hiding in Pakistan where we couldn’t even find them.”

And that’s when Kirby took Kilmeade to school and gave him a lesson in how to fight terrorism abroad:

“I mean, I don’t think Al Qaeda can look at what happened over the last 48 hours and feel like Afghanistan is going to be much of a safe haven for them. We have proven that over-the-horizon counterterrorism capability works.”

Al Qaeda is on the run and trying to find a new leader. Their power and reach are greatly reduced, and we are all safer as a result.

If Trump had killed Zawahiri, Fox would be ready to hold a ticker tape parade. But because Joe Biden pulled it off (much the same way former President Barack Obama sent Osama bin Laden to a watery grave), Brian Kilmeade is trying to make sure the current president doesn’t get any credit. It’s the same old shit from Fox.

As Gas Prices Fall, Fox News Is Suddenly Worried It May Harm ‘Mom-And-Pop Gas Stations’

For months now, Fox News has bemoaned the high price of gasoline and the economic impact on Americans, which they maintain is the fault of President Joe Biden, despite the fact that no president has the ability to control the price of fuel or any other commodity.

Gas prices are now falling across the country, and the price per gallon has dropped over the past month from highs of $5+ a gallon to below $4 in some states.

Is Fox celebrating the decrease in gas prices? Of course not! Now they’re whining that the downturn in pump prices could be bad news for “mom-and-pop gas stations.”

Justin Baragona of The Daily Beast notes that “America Reports” co-hosts Sandra Smith and John Roberts were discussing the downturn in gas prices Monday:

Co-anchor John Roberts finally broke the news to Fox News viewers that the price of gas was “creeping back down” near his home. His colleague Sandra Smith, however, suggested that this may not be entirely a good thing.

“It is. It is,” she noted. “And the point was made over the weekend, I believe it was the Wall Street Journal, that gas prices are actually coming back down historically faster with the price of oil than usual.”

Smith continued: “And it just goes to show you what an incredible risk-reward calculation has to happen on the part of those small—independently owned, most of them—mom-and-pop gas stations. It’s a struggle for all of them!”

The Wall Street Journal article Smith referred to was almost as alarmist as the gang at Fox, reporting that gasoline prices quickly falling is “creating new headaches for the mom-and-pop entrepreneurs and other independent operators who run roughly half of U.S. gas stations,” adding that station owners risk “losing money on every new fuel order” they place.

Considering that those same gas stations have been making record profits for close to year now, it’s kind of difficult to feel the least bit sorry for them now that they’re seeing the laws of supply and demand hit them in the pocket the way they have consumers.

How long will it be before Fox is complaining that the sky’s too blue and puppies are way too cute?

Devin Nunes Gets Slammed By Fox Host For Saying Fox ‘Destroyed’ MSNBC By Refusing To Air Jan. 6 Hearings

Former GOP congressman and current Truth Social CEO Devin Nunes got a lot more than he bargained for when he suggested on Fox News that the conservative network had “destroyed” MSNBC with its decision not to air any of the January 6 committee’s public hearing on Thursday evening.

Nunes was a guest Sunday on “Media Buzz,” and he immediately told host Howard Kurtz that the recent hearings were biased and worthless because there are no supporters of failed former president Donald Trump on the Jan. 6 committee.

Kurtz countered by asking:

“Does that mean the media shouldn’t cover it much? Does it mean they should dismiss videotaped deposition from the likes of Bill Barr, Jason Miller, Jared Kushner?”

Nunes then tried to suggest that ratings for the hearing were a bust:

“To put this in primetime, the numbers were way down. So I don’t understand how these big corporations — I know it was spread across some 20 different networks — when you compare Fox News which didn’t which did not air that live, it just destroyed CNN and MSNBC in the ratings, right?”

But Kurtz wasn’t about to let Nunes blatantly lie about the ratings, countering him by noting:

“Networks like MSNBC did very well covering this hearing. Obviously, it would appeal to the liberal viewers of that network.”

As a matter of fact, 20 million people watched Thursday’s broadcast of the hearings. Fox, on the other hand, only drew about 3 million viewers:

According to the New York Times, at least 20 million viewers tuned in to watch the hearings. Only 3 million opted for Fox, which deliberately avoided televising the historic event.

An audience of at least 20 million people watched the first prime-time hearing of the House Select Committee’s investigation into the Jan. 6 attack on Thursday night, according to Nielsen.

ABC attracted the biggest audience, with 5.2 million viewers. NBC and CBS each had an audience of more than three million. MSNBC averaged more than four million, and CNN drew 2.7 million. (The 20 million figure did not yet include PBS, so the total audience was most likely a bit bigger.)

As usual, Nunes and the other pro-Trump Republicans would rather lie than face facts.
