During a campaign rally in Chesapeake, Virginia on Friday, convicted felon and 2024 Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump proved for the 50 millionth time that he’s one of the dumbest human beings in the world.
Specifically, Trump told his supporters, “All they know is electric. They want electric army tanks. They want electric planes. What happens if the sun isn’t shining while you’re up in the air?”
Of course, as anyone with half a brain knows, electric planes, just like electric cars and other electrical modes of transportation, use charged batteries. You don’t sit and wait for your car to charge in the sun when it’s raining because that’s simply not how it works.
Trump has also gone on fact-free rants in recent days about electric boats, sharks, and batteries, trying to suggest that if the boat stops moving, a shark can jump out of the water and eat you alive.
The self-proclaimed “stable genius” was quickly taken to task and relentlessly mocked on social media.
