Trump Planning To Deploy Military Into Cities If He Wins In 2024 For ‘Revenge’ On Opponents

If he happens to wind a second term in office as a result of the 2024 election, failed former president Donald Trump and his allies are already considering the deployment of U.S. troops into American cities for the purpose of quelling any demonstrations and exacting “revenge” on his political opponents, according to a disturbing report from the Washington Post.

Much of the planning for a second term has been unofficially outsourced to a partnership of right-wing think tanks in Washington. Dubbed “Project 2025,” the group is developing a plan, to include draft executive orders, that would deploy the military domestically under the Insurrection Act, according to a person involved in those conversations and internal communications reviewed by The Washington Post. The law, last updated in 1871, authorizes the president to deploy the military for domestic law enforcement.

The military being used for domestic law enforcement. That’s a page directly out of Nazi Germany and China under Mao. It’s the very definition of a police state where any dissent is immediately crushed and demonstrators are either imprisoned or executed in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution.

Trump was urged by some of his supporters to invoke the Insurrection Act in 2020 to quell protests over the murder of George Floyd, who was killed by Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, who was convicted of murder and manslaughter and sentenced to over 20 years in prison.

The failed ex-president also has plans for revenge on those who have dared to oppose him, according to the Post.

The discussions underway reflect Trump’s determination to harness the power of the presidency to exact revenge on those who have challenged or criticized him if he returns to the White House. The former president has frequently threatened to take punitive steps against his perceived enemies, arguing that doing so would be justified by the current prosecutions against him. Trump has claimed without evidence that the criminal charges he is facing — a total of 91 across four state and federal indictments — were made up to damage him politically.

Additionally, a second Trump term would feature devoted loyalists at every level of the federal government, true believers who would gladly carry out any order given to them by the president, no matter what the Constitution or Congress might have to say on the matter.

The overall vision that Trump, his campaign and outside allies are now discussing for a second term would differ from his first in terms of how quickly and forcefully officials would move to execute his orders. Alumni involved in the current planning generally fault a slow start, bureaucratic resistance and litigation for hindering the president’s agendain his first term, and they are determined to avoid those hurdles, if given a second chance, by concentrating more power in West Wing and selecting appointees who will carry out Trump’s demands.

It has been said before but needs to be repeated from now until the day of the 2024 election: A vote for a second Trump term is a vote to end the American republic and our version of democracy. It would result in a totalitarian state that harkens back to some of the darkest days in world history and regimes that carried out the systematic murder of hundreds of millions of innocent people.

Michael Cohen: There’s Only One Way To Make Sure Donald Trump Obeys A Gag Order

It’s going to require a lot more than $10,000 fines to keep failed ex- president Donald Trump from violating a court-imposed gag order, according to his former personal attorney and fixer, Michael Cohen.

Cohen was a guest on MSNBC’s “Politics Nation” Saturday, and he said the current gag order is far too lenient.

“Let me be clear about this. This was the most limited gag order that I’ve ever seen. It was so limited it was almost impossible to actually violate it if you’re anyone other than Donald Trump… he can’t help himself.”

Calling Trump a “petulant child,” Cohen explained why fines are not enough to make the former president keep his big mouth shut.

“You tell the child, you can go to the candy store that has 10,000 items. You have a peanut allergy, so you can’t eat peanut M&Ms. That’s all the kid wants, and he’s going to fight you, tooth and nail, until he gets what he wants. He doesn’t care about what the judge says. $10,000? He doesn’t care.”

So what can be done? Here’s Cohen’s suggestion:

“The only thing that’s going to stop him is if they actually say to him, you know what, next time you’re going to stay downstairs in the cell for the entire night. Don’t do it again. Because what the judge said to him, you are not only creating a hassle but what you’re doing is dangerous to my staff. And I won’t allow it.”

Would a single night in lockup be enough to keep Trump quiet? If not, the judge should tell him the next time his punishment will be a month behind bars.

Crime Eric Trump The Trump Organization WTF?!

Eric Trump Goes On A Whiny Rant About Potholes And Murder After He Concludes His Testimony

After he concluded his second day of testimony in the business fraud trail brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James, Eric Trump went on a bizarre, disjointed rant about murderers and potholes, suggesting that his daddy’s company, the Trump Organization, is one of the richest and most important in the United States because it employs thousands of people.

Eric began by defending his old man’s corporation, which he serves as an executive vice president for.

“Yeah, well, guys, it was a great day. But what the state is trying to do with my father is absolutely insane! We have one of the greatest companies anywhere in the world. We employ thousands of New Yorkers. These people, they make their living relying on us! They feed their families, relying on us! We’ve never missed a note. We’ve never missed a payment. We’ve never defaulted on a loan. We’ve got some of the greatest properties in the world.”

Then came the obligatory attack on James.

“And because you have an attorney general that plays politics with everything, you’ve seen that time and time again. She effectively went after the last governor and threw him out of office, because you want to run that you got 2% in the polls. All of you saw that. She’s come after my father ruthlessly.”

After complaining that James has a “Trump is in this court” every day, he added:

“At the same time, you have people getting shot in the streets. You had a little kid that got shot in the head in Times Square recently. You had people getting thrown in front of trains, in stations! The city is going to hell, guys. And I hate to say that I’m a person who left the city because it’s going down the tubes and it breaks my heart because there’s no place I love more in the world.”

Eric then borrowed a favorite phrase of his daddy’s: Rigged. Which is appropriate since the Trumps have been trying to rig everything in their favor for decades.

“But she’s using a broken system. She’s using a rigged system. And it’s very, very sad. And I know the truth will come out in the end. We haven’t done a single thing wrong. They’re trying to disqualify my father for 2024. He’s leading in all the polls. And it’s sad that this is the United States of America. And right now, make no mistake about it, maybe through your very lenses, the entire world is watching this and they’re laughing about what’s going on. The entire state of Florida right now, when they value a property like Mar-a-Lago and $18 million is laughing, is laughing at New York State and laughing at New York state attorney general and laughing at, quite frankly, a court system. Guys, we deserve better than this. Let’s get the murderers off the street. Let’s take care of the crime. Let’s rebuild our infrastructure. Everywhere you drive in New York, you hit a pothole and your car gets destroyed and they’re going after a guy who employs thousands of people in the state, employed them through COVID. The deepest, darkest times of this state, runs a great organization, literally puts food on the table for thousands of people.”

Why is the system rigged? Because the Trump family is finally being held accountable for their crimes and they’re furious to find out the law applies to everyone, including trust fund assholes like them.

Even if none of the Trumps wind up going to prison, seeing them financially bereft would in many ways be a satisfactory karmic victory.

Trump Supporter: ‘Civil War’ Will Begin If Donald Is Convicted For Any Of His Crimes

A woman who supports disgraced former president Donald Trump told NBC News correspondent Vaughn Hillyard that there will be a “civil war” in the United States if the failed ex-president is convicted for any of his many alleged crimes.

Hillyard spoke with the woman at a recent pro-Trump rally, asking her, “If Donald Trump were to be found guilty by a jury, where do you see this going?”

“Civil war,” she replied. “Civil War. Divide it up. Because we can’t live together, obviously.”

A man who was also at the rally insisted he would “protect” Trump from ever spending a day in jail, no matter what he has to do to assure that.

Appearing on “Morning Joe,” Hillyard noted:

“What I’m increasingly convinced by, from conversations like those across this country, is that we are increasingly getting closer to an event, whatever that event may be, that event is becoming increasingly closer here. Donald Trump does have millions [of supporters] — it may not win him an election, but it will be there to defend him to the very end, whatever that end may look like.”

Could it be any clearer that these people are not just supporters and have instead crossed the line to become domestic terrorists?

Noted Republican Governor Calls Donald Trump ‘A Few Fries Short Of A Happy Meal’

New Hampshire Republican Gov. Chris Sununu says he thinks failed former president Donald Trump will say or do anything in a desperate attempt to win the 2024 election for the purpose of avoiding prison.

Speaking with CNN host Abby Phillip, Sununu remarked, “Well, look, look, obviously, I have no problem with the National Anthem or who sings it,” the governor said. “But, let’s cut to the chase: Donald Trump’s a few fries short of a Happy Meal.”

“We all know that. So, it shouldn’t surprise anybody when he says or does something stupid.”

Noting that Trump had called January 6 defendants “hostages” and not “prisoners,” Sununu remarked, “He’s going to do anything he can to talk about the past, relitigate the past, fire up his ultra base of 30%-32% that probably isn’t going to move from him and really remind him why he’s going to stick with them and he’s going to stick with him.”

The governor added, If we look at the polls remember a third of his voters said they would consider someone else. He knows he could be in trouble if this gets down to a one-on-one race. So his only path is to rile up his base with stunts like that.”

Sununu also said he believes that Trump is avoiding the GOP presidential debates because he’s afraid.

“I got to tell you, Trump is scared. He’s scared to death that someone is going to call him on his record for not getting stuff done.
“He’s scared to death that these Republicans know his record better than even he does.”
