Trump Has Midnight Social Media Meltdown Hours Before Ivanka Takes The Witness Stand In Fraud Trial

Hours before his daughter Ivanka is scheduled to testify in the New York fraud trail that could spell the dissolution of the Trump Organization, failed one-term, twice-impeached, and multiply-indicted former president Donald Trump went on a midnight social media rant, accusing state Attorney General Letitia James of being “Corrupt and Racist.”

The posting, which was made at 12:15 a.m. reads:

“Tomorrow my wonderful and beautiful daughter, Ivanka, is going to the Lower Manhattan Courthouse, at the direction of Letitia Peekaboo James, the Corrupt and Racist New York State Attorney General, who has allowed Murder and Violent Crime in New York to flourish, and a Trump Hating, out of control Clubhouse appointed Judge, Arthur Engoron, who viciously ruled against me before the trial even started, wouldn’t even consider a Jury, and said that Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, Florida, is worth $18,000,000 when, in fact, it is worth 50 to 100 times that amount.”

The disgraced ex-president added:

“Other properties likewise. Based on this information, which is so ridiculous, he said that I was a Fraud, when in fact it is Letitia James and the Judge who are Fraudulent for setting such LOW VALUATIONS in order to undermine and discredit my Financial Statements, thereby making me look bad – Election Interference! Now they are trying to bring Ivanka into the case, despite the Court of Appeals ruling that she cannot be charged. Sad!”

Indeed, Ivanka has not been charged as part of the systematic fraud the Trump Organization was found guilty of in New York. The judge in the case is now trying to determine what financial penalty should be imposed, and with interest and penalties, the total bill for years of bank and tax fraud could exceed $600 million, according to Trump’s former attorney and fixer, Michael Cohen, who noted recently during an appearance on MSNBC:

“There is a baseline here of $250 million. She does not believe that it will be less than $250 million. I suspect that it will be in excess of $600 million.”

Trump Erupts On The Witness Stand As His Defense Collapses: ‘The Fraud Is On The Court!’

During his testimony this morning as part of an ongoing fraud trail against him and his company, former president Donald Trump exploded under cross-examination and accused the court of being a “fraud” and also attacked New York Attorney General Letitia James, who brought the case against him.

The disgraced ex-president began complaining from the moment he took the stand, telling presiding judge Arthur Engoron that he shouldn’t have to explain anything because all of his financial statements included a disclaimer.

In response, Engoron told Trump, “If you want to learn about the disclaimer clause, read my opinion — for the first time.”

Things went downhill from there, with Trump suggesting the court had no right to question him or his business practices.

“I think it’s fraudulent the decision. The fraud is on the court,” Trump insisted.

Then came the lashing out at James, with Trump railing, “The fraud is her!”

That was followed by this outburst:

“He called me a fraud, and he didn’t know anything about me!” Trump shouted. “You knew nothing about me…you believe this political hack back there!”

Keep digging that hole deeper, Donnie. The only person you hurt is yourself.

Tish James Claps Back At Trump: There’s Enough Evidence Of Your Crimes To ‘Fill This Courtroom’

After he stormed out of a New York courtroom Wednesday in response to a $10,000 fine imposed on him by Judge Arthur Engoron for violating a gag order, 77-year-old juvenile delinquent ex-president Donald Trump told reporters that he’d just been exonerated by a witness in his fraud trail.

“The witness just admitted that we won the trial and the judge should end this trial immediately. Thank you.”

As with 99.9% of the things that issue forth from Trump’s mouth, the statement was a complete and total lie and has absolutely no basis in fact. It was merely a way for the multiply-indicted former head of state to try and save face.

In response to Trump’s childish conniption fit, New York Attorney General Letitia James, who brought the massive $250 million fraud case against Trump and the Trump Organization, released a video in which she rebutted all his lies.

“The defendants counsel attempted and failed to discredit our entire case,” James noted. “But our case is the result of a four-year investigation that is based on hundreds of thousands of documents and many, many witnesses.”

“As the judge said today, ‘There is enough evidence in this case to fill this courtroom,'” James continued.
“And he already ruled in our favor and found that Mr. Trump engaged in this fraud.”

The video concludes with James looking into the camera and declaring, “When you have build an empire on falsehood the truth is your only enemy. And we will continue to present the truth in court.”

Tish James is not taking any of Donnie’s bullshit. She’s countering his fraud and lies with the truth, and that’s how you win in court: With facts.

Letitia James Has The Perfect Response When Trump Calls Her A ‘Racist’ At NY Fraud Trial

Ever since New York Attorney General Letitia James first filed suit against failed former president Donald Trump, accusing him and his company, the Trump Organization, of financial fraud, the ex-president has been constantly attacking the AG, accusing her of being a “racist” because she’s black and he’s white and even nicknaming her “Peekaboo” James.

Until today, James had not responded to Trump’s many insults and taunts, but she more than made up for her previous silence with what she said during a break in the trial that could financially destroy the Donald and his family-owned company.

According to Stewart Bishop of Law360, James let loose, remarking:

“He’s called me venomous, he’s called me disgraceful, he’s called me a radical, he’s called me a racist and this is only week three. None of this, which can best be described as performative, can change what’s happening in the courtroom.”

She added:

“And the evidence is clear, that he inflated his statements of financial [condition] to enrich himself and his family. And nothing will change that, not the attacks on me, or anyone.”

Tish James is absolutely right, but she forgot some other terms that also perfectly describe the one-term, twice-impeached former head of state:

  • Bigot
  • Pathological liar
  • Pervert
  • Loser
  • Indicted criminal
  • Douchebag

When the fraud trial is over with, it’ll be fun to see what else James has to say about Donnie.

New York AG May Impose ‘Corporate Death’ On The Trump Organization

Letitia James is the Attorney General for the state of New York, and that makes her one of the most powerful prosecutors in the country, especially since she’s making it clear that she intends to “use every area of the law” as she investigates the president, his family, and his business, as NBC News has reported:

“New York law allows the attorney general to seek restitution and damages — and, in extreme cases, dissolution — if a business is found to have engaged in persistent fraud. There’s also the Martin Act, a 1921 statute designed to protect investors.

“Past attorneys general have used the Martin Act, considered to be the U.S.’s toughest such state statute in this realm, to expand their powers in the financial crimes sector. The law empowers the attorney general to subpoena witnesses and documents for information pertaining to possible fraud.”

As many crimes as the Trump Organization is suspected of having committed (Trump University was just the tip of the iceberg, experts say), AG James could use a legal sledgehammer as she goes about bringing charges against the president’s company, which just so happens to be run by his two eldest sons, Don Jr. and Eric. And that could prove especially catastrophic for the Trump business empire. The power wielded by James under the laws of New York could even be used for a “judgment of corporate death” if she chooses to seek the total dismantling Trump’s holdings in real estate and other businesses.

The New York AG has already signaled the direction she plans to pursue, at least initially, having subpoenaed banks that do business with Trump as a way of seeing inside the Trump Organization and Trump’s bank accounts.

Something James told MSNBC host Ari Melber should be of special concern to the president and anyone with connections to the Trump Organization:

“Most of (Trump’s) business activities are performed in New York, he engages in business in New York, he operates in New York and it’s really critically important that New Yorkers as taxpayers — it’s really critically important that we understand and know whether or not he devalued his corporations and he received some tax benefits thereof, that he engaged in false claims against New Yorkers.”

Letitia James is going after Trump on numerous fronts. But it’s her investigation of the Trump Organization that could well pose the greatest legal danger to him.
