Trump’s Use Of Non-Disclosure Agreements Is Now An Existential Threat To Him: Report

Donald Trump loves non-disclosure agreements (also know as NDAs) so much that he’s been using them for decades, insisting that anyone who works with him sign one to make sure they don’t tell any of his dirty secrets (Does Donald wear adult diapers? Does he pay for his mistresses to have abortions?) and humiliate him more than he manages to do almost every single time he opens his mouth.

But a ruling last week by a New York arbitrator could well lead to a torrent of embarrassing disclosures being made very public and threatening to expose so much dirt on the Donald that his plans to run in 2024 would be even less plausible than they already are. Some of the details could even wind up costing Trump millions of dollars.

The Daily Beast reports that when arbitrator Andrew Brown said Omarosa Manigault Newman wasn’t bound to the NDA she signed, it made all other Trump NDAs null and void, totally unenforceable:

But this ruling is notable for far more than its implications for Manigault. Namely, it could provide a precedent for MAGA defectors and other spurned associates who, intimidated by the vengefully litigious former president, have kept quiet about some of their inside knowledge.

“This is going to have a massive impact, and it’s because of the way Trump treats people when he’s done with them,” Manigault told The Daily Beast on Sunday, pointing to public humiliations such as getting fired by tweet.

“I really do feel that folks who have been mistreated or embarrassed, who certainly have information to share will go, ‘Hmm—well they haven’t heard this story,’” Manigault said. “There were so many people in the room when he was doing things that were so clearly unlawful, unethical, unhinged—whatever ‘un-’ you want to use—especially people in the White House. It’s not because they’re unloyal or don’t care about the office or the country; it’s because of how he treated people.”

Yes, karma is about to pay several visits to the residence of one Donald Trump, and the sordid details will be pouring forth for the world to savor.

Take, for example, interns who worked at the White House during the Trump administration. They were forced to sign an NDA that’s no longer worth the paper its printed on:

Like the campaign agreements, the slides, which addressed the topic of NDAs for inbound White House interns, also covered a broad sweep. They defined “confidential information” as “all nonpublic information I learn of or gain access to in the course of my official duties in the service of the United States Government as a White House intern, including information regarding the United States Government, the White House, the Administration, the President, the Vice President, the First Family, the family of the Vice President, or related topics.”

Was Trump the least bit inappropriate with any of the cute female interns while he was president? If so, they can tell what they know to a New York Times reporter or write a book. Or they could go on a highly-rated news show such as “60 Minutes” and spill the beans on pervy Donald and his dysfunctional family.

Trump probably thought using NDAs was a wise move. But like everything he attempts, they seem destined to blow up on him in a most humiliating and public fashion.

REVEALED: The Possible Reason Trump Makes Everyone Sign A Non-Disclosure Agreement

Over the years, when he would hire people for his business or even on his television show, “The Apprentice,” Donald Trump would inevitably make his employees sign non-disclosure agreements.

A non-disclosure agreement, in legal terms, means that you agree not to say anything about your employer even after you no longer work for that company or person. The technical definition of one, according to Cornell Law School, is:

“A legally binding contract (also known as an NDA or confidentiality agreement) in which a person or business promises to treat specific information as a trade secret and not disclose it to others without proper authorization.”

But why would Trump demand an NDA from those who work for him? What trade secrets does he have that must be kept hidden?

Based on what a former staffer from “The Apprentice” has to say, the reason is an embarrassing one for Donald Trump.

According to Noel Casler, who was on the production staff of Trump’s former reality show, years of drug abuse and increasing age have made the president dependent upon adult diapers because he’s incontinent. And Casler even made this fact public on the Donald’s favorite social media platform, Twitter:

Yes, the all-powerful U.S. head of state craps his pants several times a day and has to be changed, like a newborn baby.

Think about it: Would you want someone to know that secret? Probably not, and if you had attorneys on permanent retainer, you could assure it didn’t become public knowledge by demanding a non-disclosure agreement as a stipulation of employment.

Casler’s assertion also matches something from a 2017 article in GQ which speculated that Trump suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS):

“Look, IBS can be a terrible thing to live with, and no one should be made fun of for having it. We’re not making fun of the president here—on the contrary, knowing that POTUS suffers from IBS can (a) redeem a few of his shittier behavioral tics, and (b) serve as a really inspirational story about how you can’t let your gut bring you down. It’s not like we’re suggesting that the president can’t read or anything.”

Donald Trump is a shitty person. And that may well be true in more ways than we ever imagined possible.
