Fox News host Jesse Watters got more than he bargained for when he aired a segment Monday evening with a reporter talking to young people near the New York University campus, which just so happens to be where Barron Trump, the son of failed one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump is currently enrolled, according to HuffPost.
One person said he had a class with Barron Trump. A teacher had asked the ex-president’s son what movies he had seen recently. Barron’s reply: “Bloodsport,” a 1988 film starring Jean-Claude Van Damme.
Another young person was asked if he had a message for Watters, to which he replied, “Eat shit, Jesse Watters!”
Reaction to the video ran the gamut, with many laughing at Watters, who seemed amused by being told eat excrement.

Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg brilliantly used facts to counter the falsehoods being spouted by Fox News host Lawrence Jones when the secretary appeared on the network to discuss the 2024 election and this week’s Democratic National Convention.
Jones challenged Buttigieg to defend the Biden administration’s actions against crime in the United States, claiming that violent crime was up 10% across 66 major cities.
“Well, certainly the Biden-Harris record for bringing crime down compared to why crime went up under Donald Trump, and I often wonder whether viewers of this network are aware that violent crime went up under Donald Trump,” Buttigieg said. “I think that deserves more coverage so we can ask ourselves why, and some of that has to do with policy. Some of that has to do with the message we send. When you have Donald Trump, an unrepentant convicted criminal running against a prosecutor like Kamala Harris, we have an opportunity to send a message about whether we’re serious on law and order in this country or whether it’s a talking point, or whether it’s just something people try to use as a political theme for partisan gain. You want to talk about inflation? Inflation went up in every country after COVID, but we brought inflation down in this country.”
Jones attempted to interrupt Buttigieg, but the transportation secretary would have none of it, making his next point despite the host’s rudeness.
“Every election is about the future, right? In the future, economists predict the Trump plan will increase costs for American families by $3,900, so why would we go back to somebody who’s going to make it worse?”
“You guys sent the cavalry in for you guys, for your protection, but the people of Chicago don’t see that on a day-to-day basis,” Jones claimed. “What are you guys going to do to stop the bloodshed in our communities?”
Buttigieg also noted that gun crime is a problem in the U.S., and yet the GOP refuses to pass sensible gun reform legislation.
“The big question, I think, for politics, for policy, for media, is who is going to help them versus who is going to use them. The questions she’s asking are the exact questions that any citizen should be asking.”
When Jones attempted to dodge the gun issue, Buttigieg once again pushed back.
“Donald Trump says no, the Republican Party says no,” Buttigieg said. “Talk about assault weapons, something that made a difference, when that assault weapons ban contributed to a reduction in crime. I remember coming to Chicago as a kid, and by the way, even though some media only want to talk about the worst and most painful things that go on in our cities, Chicago is a proud city, Chicago is an extraordinary city. But I do remember coming here when crime and murder was off the charts.”
Jones then asked Buttigieg to name one Republican leader in Chicago.
“Whoa, whoa, whoa – listen to me,” Buttigieg replied. “Not only did we have those levels of crime under Democratic and Republican leaders, but if you’ll try to cherry pick this for partisan purposes, you want to play that game? So is the case in Boston, where there is a much lower murder rate and also a Democratic mayor. We could talk about the murder rate in Mississippi being double what it is in Illinois. Now I could go around saying that the murder rate in Mississippi being double what it is in Illinois because Mississippi has a Republican governor and Illinois has a Democratic governor, but you and I both know it just doesn’t work that way.”
"People want to nitpick the show flow of the cabinet meeting? When we had a country that when he inherited it was in a condition where you couldn't even approach the Capitol bc of violence by Trump supporters" — Buttigieg went on Fox & Friends this morn for another masterclass pic.twitter.com/4Yr8B0ORsL
Pete Buttigieg is a national treasure, and he’s one of the best in the world when it comes to countering the bullshit narratives being spun over at Fox.
Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg brought the receipts and laid them on the table during an appearance on Fox News to prove disgraced former president Donald Trump’s so-called accomplishments in office were actually just a collection of broken promises.
Speaking with Fox host Shannon Bream, Buttigieg noted that while Trump said in 2016 what he planned to do as head of state, all he really accomplished was lying about everything.
“He kept his promise to destroy the right to choose in this country and he kept his promise on tax cuts for the rich.”
“And if you want to know what a second Trump term would be like, I would start by looking at those rare promises that he actually managed to keep.”
On the issue of abortion and a woman’s right to choose, Buttigieg also pushed back when Bream claimed Trump had “disavowed” wanting a national ban on the procedure.
“Yeah, he’s disavowed a lot of things. I don’t believe him because he lies all the time,” Buttigieg replied.

While he was at it, Buttigieg also suggested that Trump might be congnitively impaired, which is legitimate concern since Donald is 78 and would be 83 if he was elected and served a second term in office.
“Unlike Republicans who in Trump’s personality cult will take a look at Donald Trump and say he’s perfectly fine even though he seemed unable to tell the difference between Haley and Pelosi, even though he’s rambling about electrocuting sharks and Hannibal Lecter … we don’t have that kind of warped reality on our side.”

Donald Trump lies about everything. Are we supposed to believe he has suddenly had a change of heart and is telling us the truth? He doesn’t have a speck of truth in him and deserves to lose in a landslide.
According to Fox News contributor Charles Gasparino, American voters should be terrified by the prospect of President Joe Biden dropping out of the 2024 race for the White House. Why? Because, Gasparino alleges in an article he wrote for the New York Post, Biden’s departure would clear the way for Vice President Kamala Harris to potentially be president of the United States.
Why is Gasparino so apoplectic about Harris as U.S. head of state? Well, because she’s a black woman, of course.
In his op-ed, Gasparino writes, “There is a raging debate in corporate America on the future of DEI, aka Diversity Equity and Inclusion, because it is literally destroying businesses that go there.”
“And yet the American public may soon be subjected to DEI writ large in the next president of the United States, if Kamala Harris finds her way to the top of the Democratic ticket while Joe Biden wilts away as the party’s presidential nominee after his horrific debate performance.”
“Yes, maybe the most irrepressibly fatuous politician in America may become the leader of the free world because the Democratic Party is unable to break its DEI stranglehold.”
Wouldn’t Harris be the logical choice to replace Biden if he were to step aside? After all, she’s been his vice president for four years and was part of the team that helped implement the Biden agenda. She’s also sharp as a whip, a brilliant debater, and has never lost an election.
Gasparinio’s column set off a firestorm of negative reactions on social media, where many commenters noted that he should have just called her the N-word and embraced his blatant racism.
DEI is a dog whistle for another word….

Just call her the N Word and get it over with.

But don't call Republicans racists. It hurts their feelings.

More proof that “DEI” as a perjorative has nothing to do with actual qualifications and is just a way for people to be racist
Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo suggested this morning that the late-night accident that caused the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore may be linked to what’s transpiring at the U.S.-Mexico border.
Speaking with Florida Republican Sen. Rick Scott, Bartiromo remarked, “Let me also get your take in terms of what’s going on in world affairs. The White House has issued a statement on [the bridge collapse], saying there’s no indication of nefarious intent in the collapse of the Francis Scott Key bridge … You’ve been talking a lot about the potential for wrongdoing or the potential for foul play given the wide-open border … Why have the Republicans had such a hard time securing this border?”
Maria Bartiromo tries to link the Francis Scott Key bridge collapse in Baltimore to "the wide open border" pic.twitter.com/bkMdvFNa3g
What in the actual f*ck is she talking about? There is absolutely NOTHING about the accident that would suggest any connection to the border or immigration, as the Baltimore Sun notes when it comes to the investigation.
In the middle of the night, a massive, driftless container ship traveling 9 mph issued a “mayday” as it traversed toward the iconic Francis Scott Key Bridge. The ship had departed the Port of Baltimore only 30 minutes prior, but as it tried to navigate the channel, it lost power before colliding with a support column, causing a din that could be heard ashore and immediately toppling the essential mid-Atlantic thoroughfare into the frigid waters below.
Twitter users were outraged by Bartiromo’s comments.
Let us guess. The captain of the cargo ship is an illegal immigrant?
Ah, yes, because clearly, every mishap in the world must somehow be the fault of immigrants, right? The mental gymnastics required to make that connection are truly Olympic-level. Bravo, Maria Bartiromo, for once again proving that reality and rationality are just too mainstream…

So how does a terrible ship accident have ANYTHING to do with the border in Texas?
— Agent Joe McIncognito ✡🌊🏒🦠🇺🇦🍆 (@JoeMcJoe11) March 26, 2024
So the fact we’ve had millions of cargo ships from hundreds of countries come into our ports for decades & one of them just happens to crash into a bridge is Biden’s fault bc the GOP decided to obey Trump & tank the border bill? Doesn’t that circle actually point back to them?
— Don't call me Shirley 🌻😳🤦♀️ (@sftballwife) March 26, 2024
Sooo we cannot politicize school shootings, but bridge catastrophes are fair game?
Because, somehow, if something bad happens, it has to be Biden’s fault… Of course, any disaster that happened when their Great Leader was President was Obama’s fault. If he gets back in again, any disaster will be Biden’s fault. 🙄
Ahh yes, let's blame immigrants our of nowhere & not an industry constantly pushing the bounds of what is allowable & no government regulation saying, "hey, maybe this giant ship stacked to the gills shouldn't be gingerly going under a bridge that wasn't designed for that.
