Something is terribly wrong with Arizona GOP Rep. Paul Gosar, and it goes way beyond his extremist right-wing political views and fondness for batshit crazy conspiracy theories.
Gosar was one of the speakers at failed, one-term, twice-impeached former President Donald Trump’s rally in Florence, Arizona, on Saturday evening, but when the congressman began speaking, his head swayed back and forth and he was unable to complete some of his sentences. Take a look:
That’s not just sad, it’s pathetic.
Granted, it’d be tempting to say that karma is catching up with Gosar, but many who saw the video couldn’t help but express concern for him, which is something he’s never done for anyone else. After all, this is the same Paul Gosar who posted an anime video of him killing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and President Joe Biden back in November.
Here’s some of the reaction to Gosar’s bizarre behavior:
During a Senate hearing Tuesday on the U.S. response to COVID-19, Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases made it clear that he has only so much patience when it comes to explaining things to Republicans who refuse to accept facts.
Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) was questioning Fauci and asked if he planned to public disclose his financial investments.
Fauci told the senator that his his financial disclosures have been available to the public for decades:
Rather than accept the reply and move on, Marshall made a snide remark:
Clearly getting frustrated, Fauci said:
Again, Marshall pressed even though the question had been answered not once, but TWICE, saying he wondered what “shenanigans” Fauci was hiding in his finances.
Fauci told Marshall yet again:
As Marshall’s time expired, Fauci could be heard saying under his breath:
On Saturday evening, failed, one-term former President Donald Trump made an appearance at Game Four of the 2021 World Series in Atlanta, but his wife, Melania, looked like she’d have just as soon been anywhere else.
At one point during the game, Donald and Melania joined the crowd in doing the controversial “tomahawk chop” cheer to rally the Atlanta Braves, who went on to win the game:
But another video of the Trumps shows a much different scene, as Melania appears to be smiling and then looks away as if she’s disgusted and wants to get the hell away from the con man standing next to her:
Does she look happy to you? Twitter had some thoughts:
Once again today, Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy managed to walk right into a humiliating takedown delivered by White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, and video of the interaction is quickly going viral.
Doocy asked about the thousands of immigrants at the Texas-Mexico border, and Pskai made it clear they weren’t being allowed into the United States.
Doocy, however, decided to suggest otherwise, telling Psaki:
Psaki had the perfect comeback:
Doocy sarcastically replied:
Calmly, professionally, Psaki repeated her query to the Fox reporter:
Doocy:
Psaki then shut Doocy down by quoting the law to him:
“I’m not aware of pregnant women being a big issue of concern to people at the border. What I will note for you, Peter, is that, as I said earlier, there is a process. If people cannot be expelled under Title 42 for a range of reasons. Some of that is that countries they came from or other countries, including Mexico, may not be accepting families with children under the age of seven. They are placed in removal proceedings. Those removal proceedings require them to either go to a detention facility or require them to go get a notice to appear and including their biometric data and otherwise so that we can ensure where they are.”
You’d think that Peter Doocy would learn his lesson and stop trying to trip up Jen Psaki. Instead, he keeps asking moronic questions and proving why the only “news” network that will employ him is the one that also allows Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, and Laura Ingraham to spew their disgusting lies each and every night.
Fox New host Tucker Carlson is in Montana for a vacation, and he got an earful of what people really think about him when a man approached him and let loose with invectives.
The man in the video (which is quickly going viral) is named Dan Bailey, and he told Carlson:
Bailey then posted the video to Instagram, along with this message, which goes even further in spelling out how he feels about Carlson, who in recent weeks has been telling viewers not to get the COVID-19 vaccine:
“It’s not everyday you get to tell someone they are the worst person in the world and really mean it! What an asshole!
“This man has killed more people with vaccine misinformation, he has supported extreme racism, he is a fascist and does more to rip this country apart than anyone that calls themselves an American.”
Carlson has also said that anyone who sees a child with a protective mask on should call child protective services and report the parents, exhorting viewers:
This country is facing a pandemic of the unvaccinated at the moment, with coronavirus cases rising most rapidly in red states such as Arkansas, Florida, and Missouri. The Delta variant of the disease is also much stronger and more deadly than previous iterations of COVID.
But despite that, Tucker Carlson and others at Fox are spreading lies and conspiracy theories about the vaccine. They have blood on their hands, and yet they don’t seem to give a damn about the lives they’ve destroyed.
Dan Bailey is absolutely right: Tucker Carlson is the worst person in the world, and he deserves to hear that each and every day of his life.
