Lauren Boebert Accused Of ‘Illegally Spending’ $60,000 In Run-Up To 2022 Midterm Election

Colorado Republican Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is in trouble yet again for illegally spending $60,000 worth of campaign money in the run-up to the 2022 midterm election and reporting it improperly, according to a complaint filed with the Federal Elections Commission (FEC).

End Citizens United filed the complaint. It alleges that Boebert spent some $60,000 on “get out the vote” phone calls and text messages.

Those outreach efforts are considered “in-kind” expenditures, but Boebert’s campaign didn’t report them as such, which is a violation of FEC rules.

According to the complaint, Newsweek reports,”Boebert may have made an illegal in-kind contribution to herself that exceeds the $5,000 limit set by federal law, or spent money to influence another campaign without reporting it, as required by federal law.”

“Congresswoman Boebert used her leadership PAC as a personal bank but, unfortunately for her, this practice is illegal under federal law,” End Citizens United President Tiffany Muller noted.

The details of the expenditures clearly indicate that Boebert and her campaign did indeed violate the FEC rule.

Boebert For Congress reported paying $4,623.22 to Telephone Town Hall Meeting, Inc. for “text message advertising” on October 28, 2022, FEC filings show, while We The People Leadership PAC paid $6,221.73 to Telephone Town Hall Meeting, Inc. for “Voter Contact – GOTV Calls/Texts”

Then, on November 18, 2022, We The People Leadership PAC paid Telephone Town Hall Meeting, Inc. for $53,760.25 for conducting “Voter Contact – GOTV Calls/Texts.”

The group believes that as two of the payments occurred on the same day, this also indicates the leadership PAC’s disbursement was either a contribution to Boebert’s campaign or an independent expenditure in support of Boebert or other candidates.

The congresswoman has not yet commented on the alleged violation.

Trump Says He’ll Cut His Trip To Ireland Short So He Can ‘Confront’ E. Jean Carroll In New York Trial

Despite insisting for weeks that he would not play any role whatsoever in the defamation trial brought against him by writer E. Jean Carroll, failed one-term former president Donald Trump is now suggesting that he will cut his trip to Ireland short and return to New York so he can “confront” his accuser.

The Evening Standard reports Trump made the remarks Thursday while golfing at his resort near the village of of Doonbeg, Co Clare.

“I’m going back to New York. I was falsely accused by this woman, I have no idea who she is – it’s ridiculous,” he said.

He said he is having to cut his trip to Ireland short because of the trial.

“I’ll be going back early because a woman made a claim that is totally false, it’s fake.”

He said his accuser is a Democrat and the judge is a “rough judge”.

“He doesn’t like me very much, he was appointed by Bill Clinton,” he said.

He added: “It’s a disgrace but we have to do it, it’s a part of life.

“It’s a fake claim like all the other claims, just like ‘Russia Russia Russia’.”

The indicted ex-president also called the defamation lawsuit a “political scam.”

“Because of that I have to leave Ireland and I have to leave Scotland where I have great properties, I have to leave early.
“I don’t have to but I choose to.”

Trump also suggested that the Carroll case is politically motivated because he’s running for president next year.

“This is a political attack. This is the only way they think they can win the election because (Joe) Biden is losing.”

The disgraced former president’s attorneys, however, may not allow him to testify under oath in New York, if only because doing so would open him up to potential perjury charges because he’s known to lie about everything.

Photo Of Marjorie Taylor Greene Has People Wondering If She’s Pregnant

You may have heard that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-GA) husband, Perry, filed for divorce in September of last year, ending their marriage of 27 years.

More recently, Greene has been seen in public with her new beau, Brian Glenn, who is the program director for Right Sight Broadcasting, a network with a political bent to the right of Atilla the Hun.

Now, however, there’s a new debate taking place on social media regarding a photo taken of Greene signing a baseball.

Here’s the full photo, which got clipped down to fit into the tweet:

Could that be a baby bump? Or is Greene getting tubby? Since she often posts videos of herself working out, added weight seems unlikely, unless, of course, there’s a child gestating inside.

Greene, it should be noted, is 48, which is older than most women choose to give birth, but it’s certainly not unheard of for a woman her age to do so.

The photo set off a lot of chatter on Twitter, with many people suggeting that Marge sure looks like she’s with child.

If indeed Greene is pregnant, here’s a name suggestion if it’s a boy: Damien. Those of you who are into horror movies will get that reference. The rest of you can Google it.

Fragile Former Guy Has An Enraged Meltdown When NBC Reporter Asks Him A Question

Indicted one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump is once again proving that he’s completely unfit for public office, according to Vanity Fair, which has obtained a recording of the failed ex-president having a childish meltdown on board his campaign plane when asked a question by NBC reporter Vaughn Hillyard.

Charlotte Klein of Vanity Fair reports, “It was March and former president Donald Trump was aboard his plane with a gaggle of reporters following a campaign rally in Waco, Texas. He started off in good spirits. But then a line of questioning from NBC News reporter Vaughn Hillyard, who suggested that Trump had in recent days seemed “frustrated” by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s investigation, began irritating the former president. “Don’t ask me any more questions,” Trump said. About 10 minutes later, as Hillyard continued to ask about the investigation, Trump snapped, grabbing the reporter’s two phones and chucking them to the side, according to a source familiar with the matter. “Get him out of here,” Trump told his aides, according to a recording obtained by Vanity Fair.

The Vanity Fair report confirms another from The Guardian, which notes that Trump was troubled and angry by anyone daring to ask about his pending indictment in Manhattan.

“I’m not frustrated by it. It’s a fake investigation. We did nothing wrong – I told you that,” the former president said before proceeding to lash out at the NBC News reporter on the plane who asked if he was frustrated. “This is fake news, and NBC is one of the worst. Don’t ask me any more questions.”

Since the encounter with Hillyard, the Trump 2024 campaign has drastically cut back on media access to the former president, allowing only friendly media outlets to travel on the same plane with the insecure man baby.

The only reporters on Trump’s plane for last week’s trip to New Hampshire were from friendly conservative outlets: Henry Rodgers of The Daily Caller and Daniel Baldwin of OANN. Baldwin, in his write-up of the trip, wrote of the “warm” and “welcoming” former president, “It’s clear Trump values the opinions of everyone he surrounds himself with, whether he agrees or disagrees. He even turned to me and said, ‘You really know your sports.’”

Trump is still facing possible indictments in Georgia and by a grand jury impaneled by Justice Department Special Counsel Jack Smith.

‘Bloated Blue Bum’ Trump Gets Hilariously Mocked For His Scotland Photo Op

Indicted one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump spent Monday in Scotland, breaking ground on a new golf course, according to a report from The Comeback.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump is in the news again as he helped break ground on a new golf course in Scotland on Monday. And a photo of Trump at the course has gone viral.

Trump traveled to Scotland to both play golf and visit his mother’s ancestral home. Additionally, he helped to break ground on a new course in Aberdeen, where he owns a course and hotel resort.

Here’s the photo that went viral:

It must have been damn cold in Scotland for Donnie to be bundled up in that coat (which adds at least 50 lbs. worth of photo weight to his already obese frame) and ridiculous blue stocking cap.

As Trump was posing for the photo op in Scotland, a defamation trial brought by writer E. Jean Carroll was taking place in a New York courtroom. Carroll alleges that Trump raped her and then defamed her when she made her accusation public.

But it was the photo itself that set off the most chatter on social media, with Twitter users speculating what the real purpose of that shovel Trump was holding could have been and also noting that he looks like he’s getting fatter by the day.
