WATCH Jim Jordan Have An Angry Meltdown When Asked About His Pro-Kanye West Tweet

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) got very upset when Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) questioned him about a tweet sent out on October 7 from the account of Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee and proceeded to have a meltdown that was captured by C-SPAN.

Swalwell asked Jordan if he would repudiate failed former president Donald Trump for saying that parts of the U.S. Constitution should be “terminated” and him returned to the presidency.

Jordan replied that Trump had “clarified” those demands, even though the ex-president has yet to stop saying that he won the 2020 election.

But when Swalwell brought up the October tweet, Jordan lost it.

Here’s the tweet, which was later deleted:

Confronted with the tweet, Jordan exclaimed, “That tweet was not on our account. That tweet was removed.”

Actually, the tweet was on the House Judiciary GOP’s Twitter account for weeks and only vanished after West made blatantly anti-Semitic comments and praised Adolf Hitler.

The tweet was on the account of Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee. Jordan, as the ranking Republican on the committee, controls that account and what gets posted on it.

Sorry, Jim, but you’re busted, and your denials confirm what we’ve long suspected about the disgusting bigotry, racism, and hatred that runs rampant in the GOP.

Sean Spicer Thoroughly Disrespects Pearl Harbor Day With A Unforgivable Mistake

For those who know American history, today has special significance: It’s Pearl Harbor Day, which commemorates the Japanese attack on the Pearl Harbor naval base by the Japanese on December 7, 1941, a day which President Franklin D. Roosevelt said would “live in infamy.”

However, former White House press secretary Sean Spicer confused today with D-Day, and shared his ignorance with the world via Twitter.

“Today is Dday. It only lives in infamy if we remember and share the story of sacrifice with the next generation #DDay.”

D-Day — which celebrates the Allied forces’ invasion of Normandy — a landmark in World War II that eventually led to the surrender of German forces and the end of the war in Europe.

Spicer, it should be noted, later deleted his post and did a mea culpa apology.

But it was far too late and the internet remembers everything, as Spicer found out when reaction began pouring in.

Attorney Uses Clarence Thomas’ Own Words To Humiliate The Justice

Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas got reminded of his own absurd judicial philosophy during oral arguments on a case dealing with federal and state election rules.

The case is Moore v. Harper, which CNN reports originated as the result of a law in North Carolina.

The North Carolina GOP legislature … argues that state constitutions and state courts have little or no authority to impose limits on how state legislatures craft their rules for federal elections.

The controversial “independent state legislature” theory is being used by Republican lawmakers to argue that state courts could not redraw the congressional map the legislature sought to enact in 2021.

A version of theory was promoted by allies of former President Donald Trump during their attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

Arguing on behalf of Common Cause in opposition to the North Carolina legislature was former acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal, who noted that the high court had once ruled “states rights” on the issue of abortion and then said such a standard didn’t apply to regulations on guns.

Thomas tried to argue against Katyal:

“You said this court normally doesn’t second-guess state court’s interpretation of their own Constitution. Would you say that in the case of Baker v. Carr?”

Katyal replied:

“I don’t think you declare it unconstitutional. Any number of things. To say they got their own Constitution wrong is just a matter of interpretation.”

That led Thomas to inquire:

“Let me ask you this. It may be a bit unfair. If the state legislature had been very, very generous to minority voters in their redistricting and the state supreme court said under their state constitution that this was — it violated their own state Constitution of North Carolina, would you be making the same argument?”

Katyal:

“Yes.”

Later, Katyal again used Thomas’ own flawed reasoning to prove that conservatives on the high court talk out of both sides of their mouths:

“The North Carolina court is interpreting the elections clauses and powers and the question is whether or not they have misread it or not and so I think that’s the source of the substantive — alleged substantive violation here. The spirit of your question, for 233 years, this court’s never gotten involved and said, hey, we’re going to, you know, say the North Carolina court got it wrong or their provision was too abstract for enforcement or anything like that. Rather, this court has always stayed on the sidelines, let the state process unfold subject to that other part of the trident check, Congress, in the second half of the elections cause.”

If the six conservative justices rule in favor of North Carolina, it will be the end of free and fair elections in the United States. Each state will be able to set their own election standards and disenfranchise anyone they want. They’ll even be able to overrule the will of the voters and choose the winners and losers in each election based solely on political party.

Clarence Thomas’ bullshit is finally starting to catch up with him.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Claims Herschel Walker Lost Because She Didn’t Campaign For Him

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) says she’s insulted that the campaign of losing Georgia GOP Senate candidate Herschel Walker didn’t ask her to campaign more for him in the Peach State.

Speaking with former Trump administration adviser/convicted felon Steve Bannon on Wednesday, Greene declared that Walker’s loss to incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock (D) in Tuesday’s runoff election was a “disaster in Georgia.”

“This is for Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham and the rest of the Republican senators; you guys are the reasons why we are losing Republican races all over the country. And this is your third loss in my home state. So, let me inform you on behalf of Georgia, this is your third strike and you’re out!”

Then Greene whined about the Walker campaign not utilizing her more, as if someone as controversial, divisive, and downright disgusting as her would have helped Walker would have changed a single vote in Georgia.

“I was never asked very often by the Herschel Walker campaign to come speak at any of his campaign events. They only asked me to maybe two I think. Two or three in my own district when he was campaigning all over the state, running for Senate. But they only asked me a couple of times in my own district, which I find extremely insulting.”

She added:

“The audacity and really frank rudeness of the campaign consultants and Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham where they thought, you know, we’re going to keep Marjorie Taylor Greene away from Herschel Walker and we don’t need her voice at his campaign rallies and events where we’re campaigning all over the state, I think is really a major mistake and an insult to me and insult to people who support me and Republicans all over Georgia.”

Yeah, if only Walker had utilized Greene more, he could have lost by 10 points and they would have made the perfect one-two punch of Tweedledumb and Tweedledumber.

Here’s the video from Bannon’s podcast:

Herschel Walker’s Son Destroys Him In Brutal Twitter Thread After Senate Runoff Loss

Shortly after it became clear on Tuesday evening that Georgia GOP Senate candidate Herschel Walker had lost to incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock (D), Walker’s son, Christian, went on Twitter and eviscerated his father in a series of postings.

Walker, who had been enthusiastically endorsed by disgraced, one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump, came up almost 3 points short of Warnock, with the AP reporting that the former football star took 48.6% of the ballots cast. Warnock won 51.4% of the total vote.

Christian Walker had initially supported his father’s bid for the Senate, Mediaite notes:

But in early October, as news broke of reported abortions paid for by his father and accusations of abuse surfaced about his father, Christian broke his silence and condemned the GOP and Trump for selecting a candidate that was, in his opinion, so flawed as a father that he could not serve dutifully in Senate.

Christian Walker celebrated his father’s loss, reminding him of all the accusations against him.

“Don’t beat women, hold guns to peoples heads, fund abortions then pretend your pro-life, stalk cheerleaders, leave your multiple minor children alone to chase more fame, lie, lie, lie, say stupid crap, and make a fool of your family.. And then maybe you can win a senate seat.”

“Don’t compare Warnock running over his wife’s foot to my father holding guns and knives to my mothers throat, threatening to kill his therapist, her, and one of his adultresses in a therapy session, and telling my mom and I he was going to beat our asses. Get off my page.”

Christian also had plenty of criticism for Trump.
