Adam Kinzinger Puts Elon Musk On Full Blast For Spreading Lies – And He Brought The Receipts

Former Illinois Republican Adam Kinzinger is calling out Twitter CEO Elon Musk for repeatedly telling lies about the horrific attack on Paul Pelosi, the husband of former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and he’s making sure to bring the receipts incase Musk wants to deny his remarks.

The Independent reports that Kinzinger went after Musk shortly after police bodycam video of the Pelosi attack was made public on Friday.

The graphic clip showed a suspect identified as David DePape, 42, wildly strike the 82-year-old husband of Nancy Pelosi over the head at his San Francisco home on 28 October last year.

In the aftermath of the assault, Mr Musk amplified a “deranged” conspiracy theory that the two men were romantically involved.

“There is a tiny possibility there might be more to this story than meets the eye,” Mr Musk tweeted, before quietly deleting the post days later.

Shortly after that bodycam footage was released, Kinzinger posted on Twitter:

“Hey @elonmusk care to react to the Pelosi video? You spread the big conspiracy.”

That led Musk to respond that he was merely attacking media outlets for “misleading the public.”

But Kinzinger was far from finished with Musk, and he laid out the receipts proving the Twitter boss was lying his ass off, along with members of the GOP who consider Musk to be a hero.

Twitter has gone to shit since Elon Musk took over. Now he’s trying to rewrite history to serve his own purposes. But thanks to people like Adam Kinzinger, he won’t be allowed to.

Matt Gaetz Attempts To Troll Adam Schiff And Only Succeeds In Owning Himself

Even though he isn’t the least bit skilled at online trolling, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) decided he’d try to do so at the expense of Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), who wasn’t reappointed to the House Intelligence Committee by Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy simply because Schiff speaks his mind and was the lead House manager for the first impeachment of disgraced, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) let McCarthy know what he thought of his refusal to appoint Schiff and Eric Swalwell (D-CA) to the Intelligence Committee in a letter, noting:

“It is my understanding that you intend to break with the longstanding House tradition of deference to the minority party Intelligence Committee recommendations and deny seats to Ranking Member Schiff and Representative Swalwell. The denial of seats to duly elected Members of the House Democratic Caucus runs counter to the serious and sober mission of the Intelligence Committee.”

McCarthy’s recalcitrance is bad politics, bad optics, and bad for the national security of the United States.

Gaetz, however, who remains under investigation for allegedly taking an underage girl across state lines, having sex with her, and then paying her to remain silent, couldn’t resist adding his voice to the matter, posting this in response to a tweet asking what Schiff’s pronouns are.

If Gaetz had bothered to do a simple Google search, he would have learned that “removed” isn’t a pronoun. According to Dictionary.com, it’s a verb. In some instances, it can be a noun or an adjective, but it’s not a pronoun and never will be. But hey, why let basic knowledge of the English language stand in the way of a social media burn?

But that’s not all Rapey McForehead (a.k.a. Gaetz) neglected to take under consideration before he completely owned himself for the entire internet to see. And it didn’t take long before others have Gaetz a dose of his own medicine.

Twitter Brings Down The House With Hilarious Kevin McCarthy Jokes: ‘Best Season Of C-SPAN…Ever’

It’s been an abysmal week for House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), who is trying to become the next Speaker of the House.

By extension, it’s also been a bad week for all House Republicans because they’re making the Keystone Cops look competent.

At last count, McCarthy had lost 10 straight ballots for the Speaker’s chair, with Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) getting the most votes, which is humiliating for the GOP when you consider they have the majority of the votes in the chamber.

According to The Hill, here’s the latest update on the search for a Speaker:

Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) appears to have lost the 10th vote for Speaker of the House.

The preliminary results were largely unchanged from all three of Wednesday’s and Thursday’s first three votes, with McCarthy garnering 200 votes, 20 Republicans voting for another candidate and one voting “present.”

Lawmakers are still in negotiations but are touting progress.

This will send the Speakership fight to a 11th ballot for the first time since before the Civil War. It’s unclear if that vote will happen tonight.

Long story short: It’s a clusterfuck.

However, despite all the chaos, one good thing has come out of this: Humor. Specifically, internet humor. Take a look:

Kickboxer Tries To Troll Greta Thunberg And Gets His A*s (And Other Body Parts) Handed To Him

Swedish environmentalist Greta Thunberg laid one hell of a nasty burn on kickboxer Andrew Tate, and the internet is cheering her brilliant clapback to his pathetic attempt at trolling.

Tate, it should be noted, started the dustup with Thunberg, HuffPost notes.

Tate tweeted Thunberg directly on Tuesday to tell her: “I have 33 cars.”

He then explained in detail how large his car engines are, before adding: “This is just the start.

“Please provide your email address so I can send a complete list of my car collection and their respective enormous emissions.”

It probably won’t surprise you to learn that Tate is a misogynistic jerk, as The Guardian recently reported.

Andrew Tate says women belong in the home, can’t drive, and are a man’s property.

He also thinks rape victims must “bear responsibility” for their attacks and dates women aged 18–19 because he can “make an imprint” on them, according to videos posted online.

In other clips, the British-American kickboxer – who poses with fast cars, guns and portrays himself as a cigar-smoking playboy – talks about hitting and choking women, trashing their belongings and stopping them from going out.

“It’s bang out the machete, boom in her face and grip her by the neck. Shut up bitch,” he says in one video, acting out how he’d attack a woman if she accused him of cheating. In another, he describes throwing a woman’s things out of the window. In a third, he calls an ex-girlfriend who accused him of hitting her – an allegation he denies – a “dumb hoe”.

Thunberg had the perfect comeback to Tate, and she shared it so the entire internet could enjoy.

Judging by the responses, the vast majority of Twitter users loved it.

Fauci Claps Back At Musk And Provides A Withering Description Of Twitter Since Elon Took Over

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the outgoing director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, is not impressed with Twitter CEO Elon Musk, and he’s making it clear that the social media platform under Musk’s so-called leadership leaves a lot to be desired.

Fauci was responding to a tweet sent out by Musk on Sunday in which he suggested that the doctor needs to be put on trial, posting, “My pronouns are Prosecute/Fauci.”

Fauci was asked about Musk’s tweet by former Obama administration official David Axelrod on his podcast. The doctor remarked:

“I don’t respond to him. I don’t pay any attention to him because that’s merely a distraction.”

Fauci also took a swipe at Twitter under Musk’s ownership:

“And if you get drawn into that and, I have to be honest, that cesspool of interaction, it’s … there’s no value added to that, David, it doesn’t help anything.”

Axelrod was asked about his interview with Fauci by CNN host Erin Burnett Monday evening on her show.

“Pretty remarkable comment referring to Twitter, what else did Fauci tell you in response to Musk?”

Axelrod:

“Well, he clearly was eager, as he said, not to engage with Musk directly. But he did say, Erin, and it was really interesting, reflecting on his over half century of work that this has been a half century of extraordinary progress in science, in public health. But when it came to the political discourse, he said there’s been an erosion. And he lays a lot of it on social media.”

He added:

“And, of course, he’s been in the middle of this. He’s been — he was targeted all throughout the pandemic for the decisions that he advised and the advice he was giving to policymakers about how he should proceed to deal with that pandemic, and to the point where he had significant security threats that required round-the-clock security, which he says in his podcast that is going to have to continue after he leaves his post at the end of this month.

“So, you know, he has pretty strong feelings about the erosion of our public discourse and the role social media has played in it.”
