Now that Felon-in-Chief Donald Trump has made it clear that he thinks Ukraine is at fault for their ongoing war with Russia (even though the Russians launched an unprovoked attack on Ukraine three years ago), some American allies are making it clear they aren’t about to sit silently and allow him to slag the Ukrainian people.
Charlie Angus is a member of the Canadian parliament, and he spoke with Ben Meiselas of the MeidasTouch Network, remarking, “To attack a leader like Zelenskyy, who has more moral fiber in his little toe than Donald Trump has in his entire body and his entire cabinet, is outrageous.”
“Volodymyr Zelenskyy has shown the world what democracy means, Donald Trump is a convicted felon and a sexual pervert. Those two men shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same sentence,” Angus added.
Angus said he finds it disgusting that Trump would side with a “gangster” like Russian President Vladimir Putin and confided that an unnamed Eastern European colleague had also slammed the Donald.
“She said to me, ‘The Ukrainian people survived the Holodomor. The Ukrainian people survived Stalin. The Ukrainian people survived Chernobyl. They’ve survived Putin. Do you think that Donald Trump is going to break the Ukranian people?’” Angus said
“So Donald, just put a sock in it for now.”
Trump, Angus warned, is doing “enormous damage to democracy” by helping his “criminal buddy” Putin.
“And the world will be forced, now, to treat America the way we treat Putin, and we are going to all have to pick up our game dramatically to defend democracy whether it’s in Ukraine or whether it’s in our own countries.”
Trump’s perpetual hard-on for Putin is based on the fact that the Russian dictator has absolute control and anyone who disagrees with him soon winds up “falling” from a great height or being shot down outside the Kremlin.
Donald Trump would love to be an American Ceasar, but all he’ll ever achieve is being the living embodiment of Archie Bunker.
