Texas Democratic Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett has seen more than enough of what Bigot-in-Chief Donald Trump and his Republican minions in Congress have to offer the country, and she’s calling them out as the racist pieces of crap they are.
During an appearance on CNN yesterday, Crockett was asked by host Laura Coates about the recent appointment of Darren Beattie to serve under Secretary of State Marco Rubio despite having written in 2024, “Competent white men must be in charge if you want things to work. Unfortunately, our entire national ideology is predicated on coddling the feelings of women and minorities, and demoralizing competent white men.”
Crockett replied, “He needs to go. Right now we have a white supremacist that is sitting in the White House. He is backed up by other white supremacists.”
The congresswoman also noted that a high percentage of white supremacists resort to violence and yet “for whatever reason sit and they serve at the pleasure of the president. … They were the ones there on Jan. 6 tearing our democracy down physically and now we have them tearing us down from within.”
Coates noted that Trump had denied being a white supremacist, which led Crockett to respond, “I don’t care what he said.”
The Texas Democrat added, “When you look and you compare me to [GOP Georgia Rep.] Marjorie Taylor Greene or me to [GOP Colorado Rep.] Lauren Boebert, there is no comparison. The only people that are crying are the mediocre white boys that have been beaten out by people that historically have had to work so much harder.”
Trump and his GOP allies, Crockett claimed, want to deny people of color an education “because they don’t want any more Kamala Harrises, they don’t want any more Jasmine Crocketts.”
For future reference, if you want to know what American political figures are white supremacists, you don’t have to look any further than today’s GOP. They are actively working to try and drag the United States back to a time when only wealthy white men had rights the rights guaranteed to us all by the Constitution, a document they’d love to rip up and replace with Mein Kampf.
