Donald Trump hates the United States, and he proved it Thursday evening with comments he made during a campaign rally in Tempe, Arizona.
Speaking to his supporters, the disgraced ex-president claimed Vice President Kamala Harris had filled the country with human “garbage” by deliberately orchestrating “an invasion of criminal migrants.”
“When Kamala came in, she dismantled our border and threw open the gates to an invasion of criminal migrants,” Trump angrily declared. “We’re a dumping ground. We’re like a garbage can for the world. That’s what’s happened. That’s what’s happened to our … We’re like a garbage can.”
“It’s the first time I’ve ever said that,” he continued. “Every time I come up and talk about what they’ve done to our country, I get angry and angrier. First time I’ve ever said garbage can, but you know what? It’s a very accurate description.”
This guy wants to be president? Why? If the country is so terrible, why doesn’t he just retire and play golf? Could it be because he knows he’s going to prison if he doesn’t have the blanket of presidential immunity to protect him?
Granted, the United States isn’t perfect. It never has been. After all, we allowed for the ownership of other human beings for nearly 250 years, committed what can only be called genocide against the Native Americans who lived here thousands of years before Europeans ever landed on these shores, and have blood on our hands as a result of supporting numerous dictatorial governments over the centuries.
Trump’s latest remarks were met with anger on social media.
