JD Vance Blasted As The ‘KKK Whisperer’ For Refusing To Condemn Racist Remark From Laura Loomer

Republican vice presidential nominee JD Vance has once again managed to step into a controversy that is getting him blasted on social media as the “KKK whisperer” and could do further damage to the GOP ticket.

NBC News asked Vance about remarks made recently by right-wing conspiracy theorist Laura Loomer, who wrote on Twitter/X that if Kamala Harris is elected president, the White House “will smell like curry & White House speeches will be facilitated via a call center.”

According to journalist John Harwood, Vance refused to condemn Loomer and her disgusting comment, instead suggesting that he preferred fried chicken.

“Whether you’re eating curry at your dinner table or fried chicken, things have gotten more expensive thanks to her policies,” Vance said.

Vance’s cowardice set off a wave of ridicule and revulsion, with some commenters suggesting he’s just as bigoted as Loomer.

This Southern State Could End Donald Trump’s Political Career

When you watch the returns begin rolling in on election night, there’s one state you might want to keep an eye on if only because the way it goes could be a harbinger of big trouble for Donald Trump’s dreams of winning another term in office.

As Jennifer Rubin of the Washington Post notes, North Carolina is ground zero for both Trump and the campaign of Vice President Kamala Harris because if Harris secures the state, it would be nearly impossible for Trump to find enough electoral votes to win.

“North Carolina polls close early, at 7:30 p.m. Moreover, state law allows processing of mail-in votes well before Election Day, making an early count possible. (Some states, including Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, cannot start processing until Election Day, which could result in delays of several days before a winner is determined.) Should Harris win North Carolina’s 16 electoral votes, Trump’s chances of victory diminish greatly. He would need a virtual sweep of other battleground states (and likely all of the blue-wall states).”

Earlier this month, North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper (D) hinted that his state would indeed be a key to Harris winning the election, remarking, “It’s close here in North Carolina. It always is. This was Biden-Harris’s closest loss in 2020, only 1.3 percent. So the fact that Kamala Harris, as vice president of the United States, has been to North Carolina 17 times shows that she cares about our state. She knows that we are in play. And she knows that if she wins North Carolina, she is the next president of the United States, because Trump has no other pathway.”

Even worse for Trump, Rubin adds, is that an early victory in North Carolina could depress turnout in Western battleground states (i.e. Arizona and Nevada), which would hand those electoral votes to Harris, too, meaning she’d not only win, but win in a landslide that could not be denied or contested, no matter what the GOP’s plan is for court action.

How close is the race in North Carolina at the moment? Recent polls show it’s dead even or give Harris a slight three-point lead, which is within the margin of error.

But the good news for Democrats is that voter registration is way up for likely Harris voters, according to Target Smart, which recently reported that registration by Democrats is up significantly since President Joe Biden left the race, especially among two key demographic groups, women and African-Americans. This is especially true since pop superstar Taylor Swift publicly endorsed Harris, which is causing young voters to get involved.

“The week of July 21, Democrats registrations were up 31 percent from 2020 while GOP registrations were up that week just 5 percent, and that does not include the unaffiliated voters,” according to The Daily Mail. “Among black voters, [registration] was up 124 percent, among Latinos registrations were up 101 percent. Among black women, they were up 130 percent while young black women registering to vote was up 231 percent.”

Such increases in registration are the worst possible news for Trump, who is seeing his margins shrink, even among independent voters who cast a ballot for him in 2016 but switched to Biden four years later. A shrinking voter base is the very last thing Trump and Republicans want to see as it could cost them control of the White House and both houses of Congress.

Bottom line: The electoral map is “expanding” for Harris, Rubin concludes while at the same time it’s “contracting” for Trump. And that spells landslide and an undeniable mandate for Democrats.

Elon Musk Trashed For Dangerous Tweet: ‘No One Is Even Trying To Assassinate Biden/Kamala’

Twitter/X CEO Elon Musk is being pelted with online anger and ridicule after he posted (and later deleted) a tweet in which he suggested that it was odd no one was trying to assassinate President Joe Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris.

Musk’s posting came just hours after another alleged attempt on the life of disgraced ex-president Donald Trump, who was golfing on Sunday when a man was apprehended for allegedly carrying an AR-15 rifle near the golf club where Trump was playing.

According to federal authorities, Ryan Wesley Routh, 58, was taken into custody and is facing several serious charges. He is expected to appear before a federal magistrate today.

This led Musk to post, “And no one is even trying to assassinate Biden/Kamala.”

As if attempting to defend the post, Musk sent out other tweets after he deleted the first one.

Despite Musk’s attempts at walking back the first posting, other social media users weren’t buying his bogus excuses.

Anxious Trumpers Lash Out At Donnie After He Angrily Declares ‘I Hate Taylor Swift!’

Failed one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump couldn’t resist poking the proverbial bear today, posting on social media that he hates pop music superstar Taylor Swift, which led many of his supporters to question the wisdom of such an attack and warn it could well well cost him the 2024 election.

On his failing Truth Social site, Trump posted, “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!”

The disgraced ex-president also attacked wealthy donors to the campaign of Vice President Kamala Harris.

“All rich, job creating people, that support Comrade Kamala Harris, you are STUPID. She is seeking an UNREALIZED TAX ON CAPITAL GAINS. If this tax actually gets enacted, it guarantees that we will have a 1929 style Depression. Perhaps even the thought of it would lead to calamity – But at least appraisers and accountants would do well!”

The cheap shot at Swift, however, was a bridge too far for some members of the Trump cult, and they pounced, slamming him for such a stupid and counterproductive move. Here’s some of the reaction:

Why are you doing this? I doesn’t help you. Just ignore her. Focus on Kamala’s agenda.”

“The less he talks about someone, the less the news reports about them. He’s actually calling attention to her and giving her more press. Im disappointed President Trump even said this. It makes him look like he’s 13 – and I Iove the man! Trump 2024!”

“Maybe Delete this one Boss.”

“Don’t pick a fight with swifties. That’s a losing message. Just ignore and move on. I would take down that post asap.”

Is Trump trying to lose the election? That seems an odd proposition when you consider that if Harris wins, he’ll likely be headed to prison. Whatever is going on in his otherwise empty skull, Donald seems to require an intervention.

Trump Campaign Official Suggests Ted Cruz Is About To Lose His Senate Seat

Could Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) be on the verge of losing his Senate seat in November? Such a question might seem absurd considering how conservative the Lone Star State has historically been when it comes to the people it sends to the upper chamber of Congress, but a top adviser to former president Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign is suggesting that Cruz is in trouble and could be beaten by his Democratic opponent, Rep. Colin Allred.

Chris LaCivita, a senior campaign adviser to Trump, shared his concerns on social media for the entire internet to pick over, posting on Twitter/X, “What the hell is wrong with the Senate race in Texas ? I think i know …and i think i know his name ….time to get some real professionals in to save @tedcruz.”

According to HuffPost, LaCivita’s tweet suggests growing GOP concern over Cruz’s flagging campaign, with a recent poll showing a four-point lead for Cruz 47%-43%, well within the poll’s 3.5% margin of error.

Keep in mind that Trump himself has yet to endorse Cruz in his race against Allred, which seems odd considering that the Texas Republican has staunchly defended Donald no matter what disgusting things he says or does.

LaCivita’s tweet led to plenty of social media discussion and mockery.

If Cruz does go down to defeat in November, it’s likely to be part of a larger blue wave that would see Democrats controlling the White House and both houses of Congress.
