According to convicted felon Donald Trump, Milwaukee — which happens to be the host city for the 2024 Republican National Committee next month — is “horrible.”
Trump made that comment Thursday to House Republicans as they were bowing, genuflecting, and kissing his fat ass, telling them, “Milwaukee, where we are having our convention, is a horrible city.”
Afterwards, numerous Republicans tried to suggest Trump was talking about how bad crime and voter fraud is in the city.
But the firestorm had already started, and it resulted in many residents of the city lambasting Trump and pointing to the irony of a man with 34 felony convictions complaining about crime.
One of the best rejoinders came from Rep. Gwen Moore (D-WI), who appeared on MSNBC’s “The Last Word With Lawrence O’Donnell” Thursday evening and noted that Trump was a “horrible person.”
Moore added, “I don’t know many people in Milwaukee who have 34 felony counts against them. So our crime rate sure is going to go up when he joins us in Milwaukee.”
Moore also hit the disgraced ex-president hard on Twitter.
Others on social media also joined the debate.

Just like every single day when Trump was in office, a bunch of corrupt Republicans and professional liars have to rush in and explain that he didn’t really say what he said.
