If you watched any of the 2024 Republican National Convention (a.k.a. GOP Nuremberg rally) on Tuesday evening, you may have noticed that many delegates were wearing bandages on their right ear, a sign of loyalty to convicted felon Donald Trump, who survived an assassination attempt over the weekend during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania.
According to Newsweek, “Arizona delegate Joe Neglia, 63, told CBS News that the prop, which he said he made on the bus to the convention, was an homage to the Republican nominee. He called it ‘the newest fashion trend.'”
“It’s just in sympathy with Donald Trump,” Neglia told U.K. newspaper The Guardian. “I saw that man get shot. I thought that man has almost given his life for his country. He deserves some respect for that.”
While it’s been clear for quite some time now that convicted felon/2024 Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is one of the most insecure and malignantly vain human beings to ever trod the planet, a new video taken the day he was shot at in Pennsylvania seems to prove what many have suspected: Donnie wears lifts his shoes to make himself appear taller than he is.
The New York Post reports that Trump’s shoes did indeed come off in the mayhem that took place when he was shot.
He also cleared up a mystery about his shoes. On the video of the shooting and aftermath, as the burly agents tried to rush him off the stage for safety, he can be heard saying, “Wait, I want to get my shoes.”
As he explained in the interview, “The agents hit me so hard that my shoes fell off, and my shoes are tight,” he said with a smile.
Yes, the shoes did indeed fall off, though it’d be more accurate to say they quite literally flew off, careening off the stage and into the nearby grass, as you can see in this video:

The 2024 Trump for President campaign needs to do some basic proofreading when it comes to their official website, because they seem to think that it’s a big deal that they’re going to be tough on “violet” offenders if convicted felon Donald Trump wins in November.
Under the heading of Trump’s core promises is the vow to “lock up violet offenders.”
Violet? Pretty sure that’s supposed to be “violent offenders,” but you never know with the Donald.

Despite calls from both Democrats and Republicans to tamp down the incendiary rhetoric that may have contributed to the attempted assassination of disgraced former president Donald Trump, GOP Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA) decided she would escalate the issue by saying on Twitter that Democrats are “flat out evil” and attempted to “murder” Trump.
“We are in a battle between GOOD and EVIL,” Greene said over the weekend. “The Democrats are the party of pedophiles, murdering the innocent unborn, violence, and bloody, meaningless, endless wars.”
She then added, “They want to lock up their political opponents, and terrorize innocent Americans who would tell the truth about it.”
“The Democrat party is flat out evil, and yesterday they tried to murder President Trump.”

With reports now coming from the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee that Trump will call for “unity” when he speaks on Thursday evening, Greene’s posting was not well-received on social media, where she was pelted with derision.

During a campaign rally at his Doral golf resort on Tuesday, convicted felon and 2024 GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump reached a new low, according to a report from Shawn McCreesh of the New York Times.
Though everything was going his way, he struck familiarly paranoid notes, telling his listeners (who included several of his grandchildren) about a “sinister plot to defraud the American public” that was being woven by a shadowy establishment that hated them.
And, while calling for the death penalty for drug dealers, he did a histrionically singsong impression of a mother watching her “child hopelessly dying in their arms, screaming, ‘What can I do, what can I do? Help me, God, what can I do?’”
That callous and heartless comment from Trump was the topic of discussion on “Morning Joe” today, with host Joe Scarborough remarking, “Mocking a mother who was holding a dying child in their arms, Katty Kay. We hear this is the new and improved Donald. I’ve been hearing it for the past week — this is the new and improved Donald Trump.”
“He’s positive, he is happy, he is not the old Donald Trump, he’s really been liberated,” Scarborough added. “And there we have Donald Trump calling people fat pigs. Donald Trump mocking others. Donald Trump mocking a mother holding her dying child.”
That led co-host Mika Brzezinski to ask, “I mean, is he mentally fit?”
Scarborough continued.
“It doesn’t sound like the new and improved Donald that, I swear, it’s all you hear from Trump people. ‘Oh, you know, he’s changed. He’s not the Trump of three years ago. He’s not the Trump of three months ago.’ Here he is, he’s actually taking great joy in a mother’s child dying in her arms.”
Kay noted, “Yeah or writing on Truth Social that Vice President Kamala Harris, in a clear dog whistle, should caddie for him in a golf tournament against Joe Biden. This is the Donald Trump that his campaign does not want particularly out there in public. It is not the Donald Trump who showed up to that debate; that was the more disciplined Donald Trump. As we have always said, that doesn’t last very long with the former president and he is out there again.”
The “new and improved” Donald Trump is the same cruel, disgusting, and perverted sack of human excrement he’s always been, and his comments about the dying child are proof that he’s getting more evil with his every utterance.
