Proving yet again that she’s nothing but a publicity whore who doesn’t give two hoots in hell about anyone but herself, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) posted a video online that she probably thought would be great PR for her but only served to highlight her selfishness.
In a video she posted on social media today, Greene stands in front of pallets of bottled water as some of her constituents from Chattooga County drive up to receive emergency supplies due to recent flooding in the area.
Greene doesn’t lift a hand to help anyone, but she still manages to make the video all about herself, exclaiming:
“These kids don’t have school and the reason why they don’t have school is because the schools have been shut down because of the flooding. And so they’re here volunteering with no school and they’re loading up cars with water.
“And this is so great! This is so much fun to see kids doing stuff like this.”
Yeah, the kids are doing all the work while you take all the credit, Marge. How classy! The least she could have done is mention some of the students by name and give them the recognition they deserve. Instead, she just stands and makes it all about herself. Typical narcissist.
Greene was promptly mocked and ridiculed on Twitter:
