Twitter Had A Field Day With ‘Soulless’ Ivanka’s Video Deposition To The January 6 Committee

If you watched the first half-hour or so of Thursday evening’s public hearing of the House Select Committee investigating the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol, then you saw a clip from a video deposition from Ivanka Trump, daughter of failed, one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump in which she made it clear she didn’t think her father had been cheated out of a second term in office.

Specifically, Ivanka said when former Attorney General Bill Barr stated there had been no voting irregularities in the 2020 presidential election, that sealed the deal for her:

“It affected my perspective. I respect Attorney General Barr. So, I accepted what he said and what he was saying.”

What struck many people about that clip, however, was how completely empty Ivanka looked. Her eyes appeared to have no light to them. It was like watching a zombie testify, and it was downright creepy.

Of course, when you consider that the entire Trump family has always had a supreme sense of entitlement, it makes sense that Ivanka would look hollow and sullen. After all, her dream of a Trump political dynasty has been irreparably smashed and now she and her brothers will be lucky if they can even manage to grift enough money to keep them ensconced in the luxury they’ve grown accustomed to. They might even have to go out and (gasp!) work for a living.

It didn’t take long before Twitter was alight with all sorts of remarks about Ivanka’s appearance:

Marjorie Taylor Greene Falls For Post From Fake Twitter Account And Humiliates Herself

Georgia Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene got on her soapbox and was quickly knocked off it when it turned out she had fallen for a fake Twitter account that disseminated false information about vaccines.

The tweet Greene referenced alleged that most of the pregnant women who took the Pfizer COVID vaccine lost their babies as a result.

That was fake and Twitter flagged it as such, which enraged Greene.

Specifically, right-wing host Jesse Kelly interviewed anti-vaxxer Noami Wolf, who told him:

“In the internal documents, it shows that babies are getting sick and dying from vaccinated mothers. It shows that 270 women … got pregnant during the period that they were being followed by Pfizer […] Thirty-six pregnant women were followed. They gave birth – vaccinated women. Twenty-eight of those women lost their babies.

“There is a baby die-off. And now we know why.”

That’s complete bullshit, but Greene fell for it hook, line, and sinker.

Be sure and note the name associated with the Twitter account that shared the fake story: Dr. Lyle P. Lysol, MD. How in the world could any sentient human being see that and not know it’s fallacious?

Of course, that assumes that you have a brain, and Greene has yet to prove she even has two brain cells in that empty skull of hers.

That was all it took to unleash a torrent of mockery. Take a look:

Voters in Greene’s district should just elect a bag of hammers. It’d be a hell of a lot smarter than Margie.

Twitter Explodes With Laughter When Eric And Lara Trump Say Their 4-Year-Old Son Is A ‘Hyper-Savant’

Eric Trump and his wife, Lara, are convinced that their 4-year-old son is a “hyper-savant” and destined to the next Elon Musk.

Lara was speaking with her husband and brother-in-law, Donald Trump Jr. as part of her podcast, “The Right View” when she began to rave about her son, remarking:

“I feel like our son could almost be like an Elon Musk type. Because he looks at things in a way…The things he observes when he looks at like a video or picture, I’m like, ‘Wow, you’re looking at that in a way I never even thought of.’ That’s Elon Musk.”

So her son is going to be an egotistical asshole who takes advantage of others, makes billions off the labor of others, and lies incessantly? If so, he’ll not only be a lot like Musk; he’ll also be just like his grandfather, failed, one-term, twice-impeached former President Donald Trump, who has been screwing people over for decades and is admired by Musk, a predatory capitalist who only cares about himself.

It didn’t take long before social media exploded with laughter and mockery for Lara and the way she had just managed to denigrate her son and own herself.

Paul Gosar Tweets And Then Deletes Lie That The Texas Shooter Was A ‘Transsexual Leftist Illegal Alien’

While we already knew that Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) is one of the most bigoted and disgusting people currently serving in Congress, something he tweeted shortly after a mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas, killed 21 people was so tone-deaf (and completely incorrect) that he felt a need to delete the tweet a couple of hours later.

HuffPost notes:

Extremist Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Arizona) deleted a disturbing and offensive tweet Tuesday that falsely claimed the gunman who killed more than 20 people at a Texas school was a “transsexual leftist illegal alien.”

The lawmaker wrote the message in response to a Twitter user who wondered if the shooter was a member of the far-right, “the kind of trash that” Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and Gosar “travel to speak to?” before deleting their tweet.

Gosar’s conspiracy theory about the shooter was also widely disseminated on right-wing media, despite its factual inaccuracy:

Gosar, an anti-immigration hardliner who routinely cozies up to white nationalists, was apparently promoting a false claim circulating on right-wing networks. Users shared images of a trans person unrelated to the attack claiming they were the shooter.

Who needs facts when you’re trying to spread a lie? Right, Paul.

Gosar is such a sorry excuse of a human being that his own family members have urged voters in his district not to support him. They have also suggested he should be held responsible for his role in the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Twitter Erupts With Laughter In Response To MT Greene Saying ‘If I Were President Right Now’

Based on a posting she made today on Twitter, it appears that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) does indeed have presidential ambitions, despite the fact that she isn’t even assured of winning next Tuesday’s GOP primary in her home state.

Be sure and note that Marge conveniently neglected to mention how she would “rip the noose” off American business, but it’s probably safe to assume that worker protections and workplace safety rules would be long gone so that employers could place their workers in the most hazardous situations imaginable without facing any legal or financial liability. It’d be America circa 1910, with predatory capitalists treating their employees like slaves and even insisting that children need to be employed, too. But don’t worry. They promise to pay the kids at least 50 cents a day for a good 10 hours of hard labor.

If Marjorie Taylor Greene was president, the United States would be the biggest shithole country (to borrow a phrase from Marge’s lord and savior, Dotard Don) on the face of the planet.
