Kellyanne Conway Tells Sean Hannity There Was ‘No Supply Chain Crisis’ When Trump Was President

Former Trump administration senior adviser Kellyanne Conway resurfaced Monday evening on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show to do the only thing she’s any good at: Lying.

During a discussion of President Joe Biden and the continuing delays in getting goods to market as a result of an overwhelmed supply chain in the United States and around the world, Conway insisted that there were no shortages when her boss was president:

“I worked in that White House for four years. We never even heard of a such of a thing. There was no supply chain crisis. There was no inflation.”

As HuffPost notes, the supply chain crisis during the pandemic while Trump was still president was so bad that there were times it was almost impossible to find toilet paper or other essentials:

Supply chain issues were one of the most dominant stories of 2020, when Trump was president and Conway was working in the White House as the start of the coronavirus pandemic triggered panic buying. That, in turn, caused nationwide shortages of everything from toilet paper to pasta, leading to empty shelves in supermarkets.

“During the initial months of the COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. suffered one of the worst supply chain crises in modern history,” Tinglong Dai, a professor at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, told Newswise, noting that many of the shortages lasted for months.

When supermarkets did have supplies, many enforced strict rationing of essentials such as flour and meat. The lack of food, combined with the loss of jobs due to the pandemic, led to miles-long lines at food banks.

Even the most basic items needed to help control the spread of COVID were hard to find, including masks, gloves, sanitizer, and soap.

And let’s not forget that under Trump the U.S. unemployment rate reached almost 15%.

That was all it took for Twitter to explode with reminders for Conway of just how bad things were while Trump was in the White House:

The Queen of Alternative Facts needs to sit down and shut her piehole.

Sean Hannity Says It’s Time For The US To Reinvade Afghanistan

Fox News host Sean Hannity thinks he has the perfect solution to the problem of Afghanistan, even though President Joe Biden is getting Americans and our Afghan allies out of the country by the tens of thousands each day.

According to Hannity, the only thing left to do is reinvade Afghanistan.

Yes, he really advocated that.

On his radio show Tuesday, Media Matters for America reports, Hannity told his listeners:

“Psaki claiming no Americans are stranded, but Joe Biden himself said, but we can’t guarantee the outcome. He put us in this position, it’s an impossible position. I don’t even want to have to ask our military men and women to — to go in there and go behind enemy lines to extract American citizens, but what other option do we have at this point?”

He doesn’t want to ask the military to go back in, but he just did exactly that. One of a million reasons we’re fortunate the high-school dropout Hannity isn’t president.

That’s not all Sean had to say. He continued:

“That’s not a great option, but that’s the only one we’ve got that I see. Will they do it? Will they risk their lives? Yes, they’re willing to do it. But if you don’t make the call today, it’s not going to meet the deadline that apparently you agreed to, Joe.”

Let’s see here: President Biden has access to the best and most recent intelligence on the situation. Hannity doesn’t. President Biden also knows from one minute to the next exactly how many people are being airlifted out of Afghanistan. Sean Hannity has nothing but the lies he gleans from the dumbest corners of the internet.

To hear Hannity tell it, all is lost:

“And that means that — even Adam Schiff acknowledges — Americans, you’re going to leave them behind. Behind enemy lines, hostage to the whims of a terrorist organization. What part of that are you not understanding? The magnitude of which, this cluster that you have created, and put our fellow Americans in jeopardy for no reason. Totally, completely preventable.”

Actually, what Congressman Schiff said is that we may not be able to get all of our Afghan allies out of country by the Aug. 31 deadline. That deadline, of course, could always be extended by the president.

Leave it to Sean Hannity to call for another endless occupation right as 20 years of that nightmare are coming to an end.

If Hannity wants to invade Afghanistan again, let’s see him put his money where his mouth is and suit up with the Marines. He wouldn’t last 30 seconds in battle before he crapped himself and started begging for his mommy.

Hack Hannity Turned An Attack On Biden’s Foreign Policy Into A MyPillow Ad

The Taliban takeover of Afghanistan continues to raise questions about how we got to this point and what the future may hold for long-persecuted groups such as women, but to hear Fox News host Sean Hannity tell it, all will be right with the world if you’ve got yourself a good pillow.

Media Matters For America reports that on his daily radio show, Hannity was slamming President Joe Biden for his foreign policy and what’s transpiring in Afghanistan at the moment:

“How would you like to be in Kabul today, as an American, and you can’t get to the airport? Where are you thinking your life is headed?”

OK. That’s a fair point. Any American who’s still in Kabul would indeed be wondering how they were going to get out of the country and whether or not they’re going to be safe until they can get to the airport and leave.

But then Hannity went from making a point to hawking an overpriced pillow that isn’t worth a damn:

“If you’re one of those family members, I bet you’re not sleeping. I don’t even think My Pillow can do it. That’s where I go. I fall asleep faster, I stay asleep longer. These are going to be a lot of sleepless nights for so many of our fellow Americans. We’ve got to get them home.”

It’s odd to hear Hannity giving a plug for MyPillow because the company’s CEO, Mike Lindell, has soured on Fox recently, HuffPost notes:

“Interestingly, the MyPillow shout-out follows Lindell lambasting Hannity and fellow Fox News host Laura Ingraham on the right-wing OAN network for not featuring him or his bogus ‘evidence’ that the 2020 election was stolen.

“‘The truth is [Sean], you’re not saying anything on your show,’ Lindell ranted at Hannity on Monday. ‘Neither are you, Laura.'”

Crime Donald Trump Fox News Media in America

Hannity Is Panicking – Is It Because He’s A Co-Conspirator In Trump’s Crimes?

Sean Hannity is acting stranger than usual these days, and the reason may well be because he knows his orange lord and savior, Donald Trump, is on the verge of being indicted and he’s terrified his name will be listed on the indictments as a co-conspirator.

Too far-fetched, you say? Consider the following:

  • Hannity — just like Trump — also employed Michael Cohen as his attorney, and Cohen is known to be cooperating with prosecutors in the Manhattan DA’s office.
  • It has long been reported that Hannity is an unofficial adviser to Trump, even during the failed former president’s disastrous term in the White House

On his show Monday evening, Hannity went on an extended rant against the New York Times and reporter Maggie Haberman because they’re still reporting on Trump and his legal problems, telling viewers:

“Maggie, I’ll ask again, when are you going to admit your mistakes, correct the record, return your fake Pulitzer, and admit who you are: you’ve now become a full-time Donald Trump stalker. You’re not covering Joe Biden the way you covered Donald Trump. You’re not capable of it. She stalks Trump, gives Biden a pass.”

There’s a subtle hint of fear in Hannity’s words in that clip, and he must be sweating as he sees prosecutors in Manhattan convening a special grand jury to look at Trump’s alleged crimes. Since Sean is such good buddies with Trump, there’s a good chance the ex-president has discussed plenty of interesting (and potentially illegal) things with the Fox host. That would make Hannity a co-conspirator and also guilty of not reporting a crime (which is called misprision of felony), which could send Sean to prison along with the Donald.

Something is going on with Hannity, and if he did indeed play a part in or even discuss crimes with his buddy Trump, both of them could be facing imprisonment.

Multimillionaire Sean Hannity Says Americans Need To Work Two Jobs Instead Of Accepting Government Assistance

Fox News host Sean Hannity — who has a net worth of approximately $250 million and earns an annual salary of over $40 million — has a message for anyone who’s struggling to make ends meet or put food on the table for themselves and their family: Get a second job and don’t you dare accept any food stamps or other government assistance.

According to Media Matters For America, Hannity made the remarks about refusing government assistance on the Thursday edition of his radio show:

“Socialism will always end this way — with unfulfilled promises, lofty promises. You — you think it’s a great thing, ‘I don’t have to worry about these things anymore. Ah, thank goodness. Alright, I don’t have to worry about getting a college fund for my kids. I don’t have to worry about my healthcare. I even have government guaranteed retirement — I’m gonna have — I’m gonna have daycare if I have kids,’ blah, blah, blah.

“Sounds great — they’ll never pull it off because they can’t afford it. Socialism’s great until you run out of other people’s money.”

But the Fox host was just getting warmed up, giving a full-throated endorsement of predatory capitalism that creates billionaires but leaves children and veterans starving and homeless:

“And then after the promises are unfulfilled, then the next problem occurs — and that is — it results in dependency and more poverty.  And the last thing that you gotta calculate – depending on what manifestation this fully takes on in the end: How much freedom did you give up in the name of false security created by people that when you look deep inside, didn’t really want to promise anything. They wanted to make you dependent on them so they can stay in power. It’s that simple. That’s what is — that’s the game that they play. It sounds appealing.”

Yeah, freedom is so much more important than a roof over your head or something to eat. Sure, you’re starving and living in a cardboard box, but at least you have you FREEDOM! Try paying your bills with a big batch of American freedom and see how that turns out.

The solution, according to Hannity, is working two jobs. Because who needs sleep, right?

“Here’s my unsolicited advice to all of you, my wonderful radio family. Can’t do this show without you.

“Don’t rely on the government for anything. Rely on yourself. Go out, work hard. Work two jobs, like my parents did. Save as much as you can so you can make choices down the road.”

So let’s take a closer look at Hannity’s math regarding the working two jobs suggestion:

You have two full-time (40 hours a week) minimum wage jobs that pay $7.25 an hour. That means you’ll earn $2320.00 a month. After taxes, you might see $2000 of that.

Multiply $2,000 by 12 and you wind up with $24,000, which is what you’re supposed to pay rent, buy groceries, and use for utilities, clothes, etc. with. How long is that going to keep your family afloat? And how long can most people work two jobs before they collapse from exhaustion?

Here’s a better idea: Tax rich assholes like Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Rupert Murdoch, etc. at a 50% rate. Then take that money and invest in things like infrastructure, schools, health care, and food security.

Hannity is a greedy douchebag. He’s got his millions, and the rest of us can starve for all he cares.
