Charlie Kirk, the CEO and founder of the pro-Trump student group Turning Point USA, spent the holiday honoring the late civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. attacking Dr. King and trying to sully his memory.
On Twitter/X, Kirk wrote:

Just last week, William Turton of Wired reported that Kirk was planning “to launch a campaign against MLK,” which didn’t exactly make sense.
Even for Kirk and Turning Point USA, the attacks on King represent a dramatic shift. The group has profited from the use of King’s image. Turning Point USA’s website sold a $55 T-shirt with MLK’s name and stickers of King that say ‘Let freedom ring.’ After an inquiry from WIRED, both products were removed from TPUSA’s store.
Kirk should have kept his big mouth shut, according to nearly everyone who responded to his tone-deaf tweet.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre schooled Fox correspondent Peter Doocy during the daily press briefing today, and while he tried to suggest the Biden administration hasn’t been vocal condemning anti-Israel demonstrations in the United States, Jean-Pierre made it clear he was wrong and trying to push a narrative that simply doesn’t exist.
Doocy began by asking, “Does President Biden think the anti-Israel protesters in this country are extremists?”
The press secretary responded, “What I can say is that we’ve been very clear about this,” Jean-Pierre explained. “When it comes to anti-Semitism, there is no place. We have to make sure that we speak against it very loud and be very clear about that.”
Jean-Pierre then added that Biden had decided in large part to run in 2020 after seeing white supremacists marching in Charlottesville, Virginia as they chanted, “Jews will not replace us!”
“He saw neo-Nazis marching down the streets of Charlottesville with vile, anti-Semitic hatred.”
Doocy, however, wasn’t content with that answer, so he continued to push:
“We hear you guys talk about extremists all the time. It is usually about MAGA extremists. So what about these protesters who are making Jewish students feel unsafe on college campuses? Are they extremists?”
Jean-Pierre reiterated that the administration was “calling out any form of hate.”
“Does President Biden look at these anti-Israel protests on college campuses and think it’s nice to see that the country’s youth are so involved, or does he think the next generation is doomed?” Doocy asked.
“Here’s the thing, there’s no place for hate in America,” Jean-Pierre replied, only to be interrupted by Doocy.
That’s when the press secretary dropped the hammer on Doocy.
“No, no, no, no. I’m telling you! There’s no place for hate in America, and we condemn any anti-Semitic threat or incident in the strongest terms.”
That’s a stark contrast with failed one-term former president Donald Trump, who insisted there were “very fine people” on both sides of what transpired in Charlottesville.
There is no such thing as a “fine” anti-Semite, bigot, or racist. They’re a stain on this country and they deserve to be called out and shamed in the strongest terms possible.
Georgia Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene got an earful from one of her constituents at town hall she held in her district, and it all had to do with comments Greene made about Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY).
According to Radar Online, the black constituent asked Greene, “Do you know who Carolyn Donham is?”
When Greene admitted she didn’t, the woman continued.
“She was the woman who said that Emmett Till looked at her the wrong way, or said something to her, the way you did Jamaal Bowman,” she said. “You were on the steps of the Capitol talking about gun violence…”
The woman added, “I think you’re reckless. I think you’re reckless. You had no business saying, ‘Oh, he’s so big. Oh, I feel so, like, he’s gonna hurt me.’ It’s the same thing Carolyn Donham said that got Emmett Till killed, and that was reckless, and you did a reckless thing. And if anything happens to Jamaal Bowman, it’s going to be on your hands.”
Clearly taken aback by the woman’s comments, Greene finally responded.
“Let me ask you, were you in New York when he stood outside my car… and he brought a crowd around me? Were you there?” Greene asked. “No, you were not in New York City when that happened. It’s on video, it’s on video, and you may watch the video. And you can see how he cussed…That’s wrong. This isn’t about skin color. I refuse, I refuse for you to do that.”
After a few more seconds of back and forth, the majority of the audience stood and applauded Greene.

MTG mentions some Bowman video, forgetting that she herself was on video as an adult screaming about guns and accosting a child victim of mass gun violence.
It remains a mystery why some white men are so threatened by strong, successful black women, but there are millions of them across this country (and globe) who seem to feel that if things are going well for women of color, it lessens men as human beings.
That, of course, is complete nonsense, and yet it’s still a major tenet of the so-called “MAGA movement” that was spawned by disgraced, one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump. The ex-president has been a bigoted piece of crap his entire life, and he’s only gotten more racist as he’s grown older.
His son, Donald Trump Jr., however, is young enough to know better, yet he’s only too happy to traffic in racist tropes and suggest that white heterosexual men in the United States are somehow an endangered species.
For example, consider this utterly disgusting meme Junior posted on social media:
What is that about? Obviously, it’s meant to try and flip what has been said about the MAGA faithful (probably because it happens to be true), but it’s actually nothing more than a whiny demand to be recognized and appreciated by Don Jr., who has clearly never felt loved a day in his life, most certainly not by his father, who is a cold fish and malignant narcissist.
Consider for just a moment what has been said about such insecure white men as the former president and his namesake son:

Twitter users, however, were not willing to extend such a scientific take on the matter, and they destroyed Don Jr.
Even though she swears she’s not a bigot or a racist, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is absolutely apoplectic that President Joe Biden has promised to nominate a black woman to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.
Greene made an appearance on the “War Room” podcast of indicted former Trump administration official Steve Bannon on Monday, and she immediately began whining about Biden and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), who has said he welcomes the nomination of a black woman to the high court:
“We want leaders in Washington that are actually going to do the job instead of beg and cry on television for small dollar donations when someone is actually trying to get them out of office. And so for Lindsey Graham to stand there on television and defend Joe Biden’s pick for a Black justice on the Supreme Court, which is the most racist thing — I thought we were done with racism in this country — we should look at character, accomplishments, and he ability to do the job.”
Greene then added that all Graham is doing is “helping Biden’s agenda” and “doesn’t care about the two-tier justice system in America because he feels he was a victim of the riot at the Capitol right along with Nancy Pelosi…”
Did Marjorie have a problem with any of the SCOTUS nominees from failed, one-term former President Donald Trump? Of course not; they were all white and right-wing extremists.
The fact that Greene would dare to say, “I thought we were done with racism in this country” proves just how dangerously out of touch she is. It also suggests that she feeling aggrieved by the idea of a black Supreme Court justice because her bigotry cannot allow her to consider the idea without it arousing anger in her tiny cinder of a heart.
