MTG Launches Disgusting Attack On Democratic Colleague And Winds Up Humiliating Herself

A day after she went on an unhinged shouting match at her Democratic colleagues on the steps of the U.S. Capitol, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) went on Twitter and called a Democratic House member a piece of shit.

That Friday confrontation was filmed by people on the scene and involved Greene and Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI):

Dingell later told USA Today she felt a need to clap back at Greene:

“She was screaming at all my colleagues… I said, ‘Can’t you be civil to your colleagues?’ She was yelling at them… She was trying to be disruptive and rude to all my colleagues. She was trying to bully and disrupt (my) colleagues. We’re already on edge. We can disagree agreeably. She doesn’t have to go and yell and cause a scene at a press conference.”

Rather than engage in a civil debate with Dingell, Greene posted this on Saturday morning:

Be sure and note that Greene referenced her chief of staff. He resigned Friday shortly after his boss had that screaming match with Dingell, according to CBS46:

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene tweeted Friday that her Chief of Staff, Patrick Parsons, would be resigning to focus on other political ventures.

Rep. Greene’s tweet also included a statement from Parsons, wherein he reflected on his work alongside Greene and what his upcoming plans entail.

Reaction to Greene’s tasteless attack on Congresswoman Dingell was immediate and resulted in humiliation for the Georgia Republican:
