Things are going very badly for the Trump-Pence 2020 campaign. The polls show them losing in key battleground states like Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. And the announcement on Tuesday that Kamala Harris will be Joe Biden’s running mate not only excited the Democratic base, it also led to the Biden-Harris campaign raking in a cool $26 million of campaign contributions in just 24 hours.
But perhaps a better barometer of just how moribund things are among the incumbent president and his Veep can be found in a speech that Pence gave Tuesday in Arizona during a “Cops for Trump” event.
As you’d expect, Pence laid the flattery on thick as he spoke to the police officers, lying about all sorts of things and trying to make it sound like only he and his boss can possibly restore “law and order” to the country, even though Donald Trump himself has managed to break almost every law on the books over the past four years.
But near the end of his remarks, Pence actually told the audience that he and Trump plan to “make America great again, again.”
Just in case you think the VP might have made a verbal gaffe and didn’t even realize it, take a look at another video from July 19, when Pence said the same damn thing to a group of farmers in Wisconsin:

So, apparently, the 2020 campaign promise for the Trump reelection effort is that they’re going to make America great again, again. Problem is, that suggests that it hasn’t been made great and these two clowns need another four years to correct all of their fuck ups from the first four. Yeah, that’s sure to inspire confidence in voters!
Maybe soon we’ll even see those signature red MAGA caps (made in China, of course) reading MAGAA. Sounds kinda like something a sheep might bleat out. And when you’re talking about Trumpers, that’s certainly the right animal and the right brain dead sentiment for them.
