Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-GA) message in honor of Memorial Day didn’t go very well for her, and she has no one to blame for it but herself
On Monday, Greene posted this from her Twitter account:

Greene’s message contained a version of the U.S. flag with just 18 stars.
PatriotTakes, which monitors right-wing media, and several other critics spotted the error of the conspiracy theorist lawmaker, who has called for a “national divorce” and spoke last year at a white nationalist event:
There has never been an official U.S. flag with 18 stars.
It didn’t take long before Margie got lit up on social media, both for her incorrect flag and the times she’s voted against veterans.
