Liz Cheney Claps Back At Elon Musk After He Posts Hateful Online Criticism Of Her

When he’s not storming into federal government offices and doing God only knows what with sensitive data contained in agency computers, Twitter/Tesla CEO Elon Musk still finds time to engage in online trolling.

But Musk met his match when he attempted to aim a hateful criticism at former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY). who was more than equal to his snarky post.

Specifically, Musk reposted a slap at Cheney that was originally seen online back in December from Mike Benz, executive director of Foundation For Freedom Online. Here’s the post, along with an updated comment from Benz:

Musk shared Benz’s post, along with a single word of commentary: “Interesting.”

Cheney fired a shot back at Musk and Benz.

“Damn right, @Elon. I’m proud of what America did to win the Cold War, defeat Soviet communism, and defend democracy. Our nation stood for freedom. You may be unfamiliar with that part of our history since you weren’t yet an American citizen.”

The Musk-Cheney exchange comes as an executive order from Arsonist-in-Chief Donald Trump has shut down USAID’s bipartisan mission to deliver humanitarian aid to other countries.

It seems more than a bit ironic that the world’s richest man thinks it’s necessary to weigh in on an agency that he’s hellbent on destroying. If he’s certain that he’s in the right, why does he feel a need to attack those who disagree with him? Could it be that he knows he’s deliberately violating the law and subverting the will of Congress, which appropriates money for various programs?

Or could it be that Musk is letting us all know he’s the one currently serving as president? After all, he’s the one who bought a second term for Trump, and he’s also the one who’s trying to bring the United States to a crashing end.

Here’s a suggesetion for Elon Musk: Take your sorry ass back to South Africa and leave the United States alone. We’ve survived for nearly 250 years without you and we’re sick of your meddling.
