Insider Says Michael Cohen’s Book Is So Damning It Could Doom Trump’s Chances Of Reelection

On Thursday, President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney and “fixer,” Michael Cohen, shared the foreword from his book, Disloyal: A Memoir. The true story of the former personal attorney to President Donald J. Trump online, setting off debate about how damaging the book — which will be released on October 6 — would be to Trump’s chances of reelection.

One former member of the Trump administration has weighed in on the matter and believes Cohen’s book could wind up being the ultimate “October surprise” that sinks the incumbent president.

Anthony Scaramucci, who was briefly White House Communications Director, said Sunday on MSNBC he thinks Cohen’s tome may indeed be a big problem for the president:

“That book is going to be very honest. There’s documentary evidence, he [Cohen] was the president’s lawyer; there’s tons and tons of back pages that he’s going to supply once that book is published and so, I think people are going to be shocked at the level of criminality and shocked at the amoral behavior.”

Consider for a second what we do know about what Cohen will catalog in his book. He laid it out in one paragraph of the foreword:

“From golden showers in a sex club in Vegas, to tax fraud, to deals with corrupt officials from the former Soviet Union, to catch and kill conspiracies to silence Trump’s clandestine lovers, I wasn’t just a witness to the president’s rise—I was an active and eager participant.”

That’s one hell of an opening for a book! It also likely contains information about:

  • Trump’s sexual exploits, which reportedly include the violent rape of a 13-year-old girl with his longtime friend, the late Jeffrey Epstein
  • How Trump avoided paying taxes on his income
  • Possible money laundering for organized crime figures and Russian oligarchs
  • The full extent of whatever kompromat (compromising material) foreign governments may have on the president

You’ve heard of an “October surprise” in a presidential campaign? It sounds like Michael Cohen has exactly that.

Here’s Scaramucci on MSNBC this afternoon:
