Veterans WTF?!

Donald Trump Told A Group Of Vets That Those With PTSD Are Weak (VIDEO)

As part of a Q&A session with retired veterans held in Herndon, Virginia, Donald Trump was asked about the problem of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), which is one of the most frequent problems experienced by bets when they return from combat duty. Yet what Trump said seems to imply that those with PTSD are somehow weaker than other vets:

“When you talk about the mental health problems, when people come back from war and combat, and they see things that maybe a lot of the folks in this room have seen many times over and you’re strong and you can handle it, but a lot of people can’t handle it, and they see horror stories, they see events that you couldn’t see in a movie… we need mental health help and medical.”

This man wants to be Commander-in-Chief? He used the excuse of heel spurs to avoid serving in Vietnam and later commented that the danger of his possibly getting a sexually-transmitted disease was his “personal Vietnam.”

And as if what Trump said wasn’t bad enough, then he tried to use it so he could pivot to an attack on his opponent, Hillary Clinton, telling the veterans:

“To truly make America safe we must make cybersecurity a major priority, which I don’t believe we’re doing right now. Hillary Clinton’s only experience in cybersecurity involves her criminal scheme to violate federal law, engineering a massive cover-up and putting the entire nation in harm’s way.”

At last week’s debate, Trump proved just how clueless he is about issues related to cybersecurity, commenting:

“So we have to get very, very tough on cyber and cyber warfare. It is — it is a huge problem. I have a son. He’s 10 years old. He has computers. He is so good with these computers, it’s unbelievable. The security aspect of cyber is very, very tough. And maybe it’s hardly doable. But I will say, we are not doing the job we should be doing.”

Sounds pretty weak to me, Donald. Then again, you are the King of Weakness, so no one is surprised.
