On Monday, a new AP-NORC poll showed that President Joe Biden has a 63% approval rating, which is significantly higher than the approval ratings failed, one-term former President Donald Trump was getting at the same point in his pathetic presidency.
That wasn’t all the good news in the poll, which also showed that 71% of Americans approve of Biden’s handling of the pandemic, including 47% of Republicans. Additionally, 54% said the country is now on the right track, which is the highest that number has been since 2017.
Despite that, Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel was on Twitter making it sound like the world was ending, probably because she knows the GOP is fading fast and is viewed by most Americans as having no solutions to any of the problems facing the nation:
Democratic National Committee Chairman Jaime Harrison called McDaniel out and used facts to shut her down, counter tweeting at her with this reminder:
Now that’s how you silence a braying hypocrite like Ronna McDaniel, and it’s also why Republicans are terrified of just how much success Biden is having when it comes to addressing the needs of the American people.
Perfectly played, Mr. Harrison.
