Prosecutors Focusing On Ivanka For Committing Massive Fraud At The Trump Organization

While it’s long been known that Ivanka Trump is her father’s favorite child, it’s beginning to look like she’s almost as big of a liar and crook as her old man, too.

According to the Washington Post, New York Attorney General Letitia James suspects that Ivanka, acting on behalf of the Trump Organization, inflated the valuations of properties and other assets in order to bolster the company’s bid to lease the old Washington, D.C. Post Office and convert it to a Trump branded hotel:

As part of his bid for the GSA lease, Trump submitted statements of financial condition, according to a recent filing from James’s office and documents released by the House Oversight Committee. James alleged that in doing so, Trump and his daughter Ivanka — at the time an executive at his company who oversaw the project — won the hotel lease in part by providing the government with false financial information.

Ivanka Trump submitted the Trump Organization’s proposal and presented it on behalf of the company. James’s office noted in its filing that that “presentation and the associated bid explicitly incorporated the Statement of Financial Condition of Donald J. Trump.”

Rachel Maddow has now taken the Post’s reporting further, revealing that one of the properties under investigation as part of the fraud is a luxury apartment owned by Ivanka, as she explained on her show:

“Under her rental agreement, she apparently had the option to buy that apartment if she wanted to, for the cost of $8.5 million. But in the forms that were submitted to get the loans for the DC hotel, that very same apartment was listed as being worth more than $20 million. Then a few years later, they listed it as being worth $25 million — even though they knew there was an option to buy it for just $8.5 million. Attorney General James is looking into exactly that type of potentially illegally inflation of the Trump family and Trump Organization’s financial situation for a whole bunch of Trump properties.”

Since we know that the Trump Organization is already being investigated for such valuation lies (raising values to get bigger loans and then devaluing those same properties when it came time to pay taxes), it would seem that Ivanka was one of the masterminds behind the entire shell game the ex-president’s company was playing in order to gain a financial advantage, even though such actions are illegal.

If James has the evidence to support such a charge (and she has volumes of financial records and tax returns from the Trump Organization), then the best attorneys in the world won’t be able to save Ivanka or her old man from the legal hammer that’s about to come down on them.

New York Attorney General Tish James Lays A Nasty Burn On Don Jr. And Ivanka

 

It was recently revealed that New York Attorney General Letitia James has subpoenaed Don Jr. and Ivanka, the two eldest children of failed, one-term former President Donald Trump, for testimony as part of an ongoing financial fraud investigation being conducted by her office.

As you’d expect, the two Trump kids say they won’t comply with the subpoenas and have gone to court to have them quashed, according to ABC News:

Former President Trump’s eldest son and daughter have refused to comply with subpoenas issued by the New York State attorney general’s office as it conducts a civil investigation into the way the family real estate business valued its holdings.

“A dispute has arisen between the OAG and the Individual Trump Parties regarding the Subpoenas,” a document filed Monday said.

Despite the attempt to have the subpoenas quashed, most legal experts say courts will rule in favor of AG James because she’s investigating possible criminal behavior.

James also made it clear that all the stonewalling in the world won’t keep her from moving forward, sending out this tweet aimed directly at Don Jr. and Ivanka:

Sounds like Junior and Vanky had better start prepping for their depositions, and they’d better make damn sure they don’t lie under oath.

New Questions Arise After Lindsey Graham Implicates Ivanka Trump In The Jan. 6th Insurrection

We’ve known for a few weeks now that one-term former President Donald Trump’s oldest son, Don Jr., was in frequent contact with then-White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows on January 6, 2021, urging Meadows to tell the ex-president he needed to call off the dogs and urge his supporters to vacate the Capitol where they were rioting.

Now, however, we know that the former president’s favorite child, Ivanka, was acting as a conduit for messages traveling from supporters to the Donald and others in the White House on the day of the insurrection.

Oddly enough, Ivanka’s involvement has become public knowledge thanks to one of the most sycophantic Trump supporters in Congress, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), who told CNN’s Manu Raju what he conveyed to the former president’s daughter:

Sen. Lindsey Graham said he didn’t text with Meadows on Jan. 6 —- but told me he spoke with Ivanka Trump to deliver a message to her dad. He said he wanted then-President Trump to “tell his people to leave.”

The Washington Post confirmed Raju’s reporting and added that Graham also told Ivanka:

“You need to get these people out of here. This thing is going south. This is not good. You’re going to have to tell these people to stand down. Stand down.”

Ivanka sent out a tweet on the day of the Capitol insurrection which read:

“American Patriots – any security breach or disrespect to our law enforcement is unacceptable,” she posted at 3:15 p.m. on January 6th. “The violence must stop immediately. Please be peaceful.”

That tweet was later deleted after a wave of criticism because Ivanka had referred to rioters as “Patriots.”

All of this is leading to an inevitable nexus: The Jan. 6 Select Committee will no doubt be demanding all text messages and other communications that were sent by both Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner.

With each day it becomes clearer that many in the Trump family were part of a larger conspiracy which was carried out on Jan. 6 at the Capitol. And if it can be proven they broke the law, they need to be referred to the Justice Department for criminal charges.

Ivanka Trump Brags That She Spends 30 Minutes A Day With Her Children

Now that she’s no longer busy advising her father on the best ways to screw over the American people and steal money from the U.S. Treasury, Ivanka Trump is pretending to be a good mother while she secretly schemes a way to get either her daddy or herself back in the White House.

Just how great of a mom is Ivanka? According to her, she spends a whopping 30 minutes a day with each of her three kids:

“I make sure each day I spend like 30 minutes doing something with each kid.”

30 minutes with each kid, huh? Are we supposed to be impressed with that? There are 24 hours in each day. Most of us are awake and active for 16 to 18 of those hours. And yet, Ivanka only has a measly 90 minutes of each day to give to her children? Can you say neglect? Ivanka sure as hell can, because she puts it into practice each and every day.

Vanky also showered her old man — failed, one-term former President Donald Trump with compliments, saying how great he is as a granddad:

Ivanka’s father, Donald Trump, has a close relationship with his grandchildren as they “adore” one another.

She added: “They spend a lot of time rolling around with him on golf carts.

“They adore him.”

Ivanka said her father was an “exceptional leader and “unbelievable” parent. 

She says becoming a parent to three children has made her appreciate her own parents even more.

“I think now, more than ever, having children of my own, I think, you know, when I was 15, I was a little less appreciative. 

“Now I realize, it’s really hard. It’s really hard to raise your kids with the right values and to give them the right moral compass and to instill in them a sense of drive and work ethic and passion for whatever it is that they want to do.

“So I feel very grateful to have had the parents I had. I’m amazed by him.”

She’s amazed by him? Was she amazed when she found out her father was cheating on her mother with a much younger woman? Does she allow her father to have unsupervised visits with her children even though he’s been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with the late financier/sex trafficker Jeffrey Esptein?

As usual, Ivanka Trump proves she’s just like her old man: An empty vessel devoted to nothing but greed and self-aggrandizement.

Michael Cohen Just Directly Implicated Don Jr., Ivanka, And Eric In Their Daddy’s Crimes

Michael Cohen, who worked for many years as failed, one-term former President Donald Trump’s personal attorney and fixer, says the three eldest Trump children — Don Jr., Ivanka, and Eric — were also intimately involved in their father’s many crimes.

Appearing on CNN, Cohen also predicted that more indictments are about to be handed down against the Trumps, telling host Alisyn Camerota:

“I do want to make this promise to you and all of your viewers: I may have been prosecuted and right now am the only one, but I will not be the only one at the end of the day.”

Camerota asked Cohen if the former president and his kids would be indicted for the same thing he went to prison for: Illegal hush money payments to Stormy Daniels. He responded:

“For this crime and for others.”

And then Cohen directly implicated the Trump children:

“There were quite a few people who were involved,. Eric Trump was involved. Obviously Allen Weisselberg, who’s already under indictment. Don Jr., Ivanka — there were a slew of people who were involved in this.”
