Fox News GOP Whining Ron DeSantis

Fox News Is FURIOUS Because Casey DeSantis Has Been Dubbed The ‘Walmart Melania’

Proving yet again that the biggest snowflakes on the planet are those on the political right end of the spectrum, they’re in full meltdown mode over at Fox News because an article from the Daily Beast dared to refer to Casey DeSantis, wife of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis who is also seeking the 2024 GOP Presidential nomination as “Walmart Melania.”

Katie Baker wrote this about Mrs. DeSantis, and quite frankly, it’s on-point in more than a few ways:

The First Lady of Florida showed up on the campaign trail in Iowa this weekend wearing a ghastly black leather jacket—American flag on the front, an alligator and the silhouette of her state on the back, with the sneering words, “Where Woke Goes to Die”—that brought to mind nothing so much as the racks of a Red State big-bin store where it would be retailing for $24.99.

To be fair, Casey DeSantis wore the bomber to a charity biker rally and I’m sure the campaign intended it to be a viral moment, like Melania Trump’s infamous “I Really Don’t Care” coat that the former First Lady donned to check out the border crisis.

But it was the title of Baker’s article, “Casey DeSantis is the Walmart Melania” that drew the ire of the gang at Fox’s “Outnumbered,” where the discussion soon turned to how it was yet another attack on average Americans, though they failed to explain what’s “average” about either Ron or Casey DeSantis.

According to Emily Compagno, who was one of the guests on “Outnumbered,” Baker’s article was a slap at every American who struggles to make ends meet and therefore shops at Walmart.

“This is why it is so repetitively disheartening to open up the paper and read what people actually think of us. Us. We are the ones who put food on our table. We earn our income. We fly the American flag. We wear clothes from where we can afford proudly, and rightly so.”

….

“We disgust the elitist left. We disgust them by existing and by being proud of being American, being proud of being modest and humble and coming from humble beginnings and moderate ends.”

We? Who in the hell is Compagno trying to pretend she is? Because the truth is that she’s a wealthy attorney and TV host who can afford to shop anywhere she wants and probably doesn’t hang out around Walmart very much. After all, she has a net worth of millions.

Casey DeSantis, by many reports, is a conniving and cutthroat spouse who protects her husband because she sees herself getting ahead as a result of being his wife.

But here’s some free advice for Casey, Ron, and the gang at Fox: You’d better grow some thicker skin because the barbs are only going to get sharper from this point forward.

Or, as Harry Truman once wisely advised, If you can’t stand the heat, get the hell out of the kitchen.

Lindsey Graham Pitches A Hissy Fit Over The House Debt Ceiling Deal: ‘I Will Not Be Intimidated!’

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has long been known as one of the biggest whiners in Congress, but he really outdid himself Sunday during an appearance on Fox when asked the debt ceiling agreement worked out between Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and President Joe Biden.

Graham’s main beef with the proposed legislation is that he claims it cuts military spending.

The South Carolina Republican told host Shannon Bream, “You know, number one, I respect Kevin McCarthy,” Graham said. “I want to raise the debt ceiling; it’d be irresponsible not to do it.”

“And I know you can’t get the perfect, but what I will not do is adopt the Biden defense budget and call it a success,” he complained. “Kevin said that the defense is fully funded. If we adopt the Biden defense budget, it increases defense spending below inflation. 3.2% increase in defense is below inflation.”

Graham then accused GOP supporters of the bill of “doing a great disservice to the party of Ronald Reagan.”

“I like Kevin a lot, but don’t tell me that the Biden defense budget fully funds the military,” Graham bristled. “So I look forward to the details, but if you send me the Biden defense budget to the United States Senate and declare it to the people of the United States, you will have a hard time with me.”

Unless spending on defense is increased, Graham insisted, he will not vote for the bill when it comes before the Senate.

“If you ask me now to swallow it because of the debt ceiling, you can forget it,” he remarked. “In 2011, my good friend Mitch McConnell negotiated to deal with Joe Biden that virtually destroyed the Defense Department in the name of raising the debt ceiling. Another round of sequestration, not only will I vote no, I will not be intimidated by June 5th.”

Virtually destroyed the Defense Department? Is that supposed to be some sort of joke? The one thing this country always funds above and beyond all other priorities (including children, education, food, and housing) is defense. For Graham to suggest otherwise is proof that he’s just as clueless and histrionic as ever.

Here’s the video of Lindsey clutching his pearls:

Marco Rubio Gets Pilloried On Twitter After Whining ‘They’ Haven’t Fixed Florida’s Gas Shortage

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) decided he’d post a video of himself on Twitter whining about the four-day gas shortage in the Sunshine State that has been caused by the torrential rains that have led to widespread supply chain issues in portions of the state.

However, in his video, Rubio suggested that he didn’t understand why “they” haven’t fixed the problem, even though he’s a senator and has major pull in Florida. Oh, and he’s also buddies with the state’s governor, Ron DeSantis, who has been on an extended out of state publicity tour for his new book and expected run for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination.

In the video, Rubio says:

“What’s happening right now in Miami and to Fort Lauderdale with gasoline is crazy. You can’t find gasoline anywhere.”

Rubio also remarked, “This has been going on since Sunday. And they’re blaming it on the floods that impacted the ports, and I know that was a factor but it’s been four days. This should have been figured out by now. “They keep saying it’s going to get better but it’s not. They got to get this thing fixed. This is crazy.”

Can’t find gasoline anywhere? That’s a lie, according to Patrick De Haan, head of Gasbuddy’s petroleum analysis, who notes there are “millions of gallons of gasoline still waiting to be delivered.” However, CBS News reports that it will “take about a week for things to get back to normal.”

DeHaan also mocked Rubio and his absurd video.

“glad there’s no denial here that there’s a *lot* of stations without gasoline in SE FL. yes, pumps should have been put back in order by now and facilities brought back. but unfortunately that hasn’t happened yet. we have data and insights, but no one in Florida has asked for it.”

But it was the reference to “they” that drew the most comments on social media, where the Florida senator was reminded that “they” are him and DeSantis.

Crime Donald Trump GOP Whining WTF?!

Josh Hawley: ‘The Entire Clinton Family’ Should Be Imprisoned As Retaliation For Trump’s Indictment

In what may well be one of the most absurd statements made since failed one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump was indicted in Manhattan late last month on 34 counts of falsifying business records, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) is now suggesting that every member of the Clinton family should be put in prison.

Hawley made his ridiculous comments Tuesday evening while speaking with Fox News host Sean Hannity.

“Look at what Hillary Clinton did setting up a server in her own home with the deliberate purpose of concealing thousands of emails that were classified if we’re going to prosecute based on that, Hillary should have been in jail a long time ago. Bill Clinton, you talk about buying off people this is a guy who spent money to buy off numerous individuals who had incriminating information against him Paula Jones others I mean these people have made a career of this stuff you talk about a double standard.”

The only solution, according to Hawley, is to imprison “the entire” Clinton family.

“The entire Clinton family ought to be in prison on the basis of these charges now against Donald Trump which appear to be totally made up to me. it’s a totally fake crime nobody’s ever heard of before. No it’s a two-tiered system of justice it’s an assault on the rule of law and whether we’re talking about targeting Christians or going after Republicans and conservatives this administration will do anything to hold on to power.”

Do anything to hold on to power? Project much, Josh?

Hawley’s lord and savior, Donald Trump, literally tried to overthrow the government so he could remain in office. Oh, and Hawley was part of that conspiracy, too, refusing to certify the electoral votes making Joe Biden president.

If anyone belongs behind bars, it’s Donald Trump. If Sen. Hawley doesn’t like it, he can do one of two things: Go to prison with Trump in protest or pack his shit and move to Russia where he belongs.

Here’s the video from Fox News:

Marjorie Taylor Greene Claims Guests On ‘The View’ Want To Assassinate Her

Georgia GOP Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene is furious with guests who appeared on Friday’s episode of “The View” and believes they want to assassinate her.

Actresses Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin were the guests Friday, and co-host Joy Behar asked Fonda what she thought could be done beyond marching and protesting in response to the Supreme Court’s decision last year in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

Fonda replied, “Well, I’ve thought of murder.”

Tomlin asked, “What did you say?”

Clearly referencing the theme of the new comedy, “Moving On,” that she and Tomlin star in, Fonda repeated, “Murder.”

Behar then interjected, “She’s kidding, she’s just kidding. They’ll pick up on that and just run with it.”

And Greene did indeed run with it, posting a response on Twitter.

“Unapologetic Pro-Life Politician here,. I routinely get death threats because of the nasty women on The View and the things they say about me. But calling for us to be assassinated makes The View, the hosts, the producers, the network, the advertisers, and everyone involved responsible for death threats, attacks, and potential murders of Pro-Life politicians and activists. I am reporting this.”

“By the way @Janefonda your eggs are dried up so you don’t have to worry about getting pregnant anytime soon, so you can retire from demanding baby murder now.”

Greene was then reminded of times she called for the death of people online and how her histrionics were beyond hypocritical.
