Melania Trump ‘Knew Something Was Going To Happen’ On January 6: Report

As the Justice Department decides whether or not to file criminal charges against one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump, they may also want to take a close look at his wife, Melania, who clearly knew that something bad was going to take place on January 6, 2021.

According to a transcript released Thursday by the House Select Committee investigating the Capitol insurrection, Stephanie Grisham, a former close aide to Ms. Trump, has testified under oath that Melania “knew something was going to happen” on Jan. 6.

Specifically, Grisham recalled that she had suggested Melania send a condemnation of the Jan. 6 violence via tweet, but was rebuffed by the former first lady. She later shared that text message between her and Melania on social media.

“She just says no with no explanation. You know, by that point, again, she had been starting to change and evolve over that 2 or 3 weeks. And, again, she had started to say, like, something’s not right here and let’s listen to the West Wing. And she had started to, in my opinion, drink somebody’s Kool-Aid that perhaps this election was stolen.

“And because I knew she was up there with the carpet and I was watching violence take place at our Capitol, and she just literally said no to me with no explanation, I just — I mean, I kind of was like just f–k you.”

Grisham also said she was extremely disappointed and upset that Melania chose not to speak with the president regarding the violence taking place at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6:

“He really did listen to her all the time. And so, while I don’t know this for a fact, I know from experience with her something had gotten to her. And she – – I feel like she knew about this protest. I feel like she knew something was going to happen. Otherwise, she would have given me an explanation.”

Sounds like the Justice Department needs to have a long talk with Melania.

Federal Judge Says Jan. 6 Report Proves Trump Urged Capitol Rioters To Break The Law

A federal judge said this week in a ruling that former president Donald Trump clearly encouraged his followers to break the law on January 6, 2021 when he urged them to march on the U.S. Capitol, which led to an insurrection and rioting that left five people — including a police officer — dead.

Citing the recent report from the House Select Committee investigating Jan. 6, U.S. District Court Judge John Bates used their findings to knock down a rioter’s defense that Trump had given him “legal permission” to attack and enter the Capitol, according to Politico.

Bates cited the select committee’s report and criminal referrals to swat down a Jan. 6 defendant’s claim that he believed Trump had authorized him and other rioters to enter the Capitol when he urged the crowd to march down Pennsylvania Avenue.

Bates, an appointee of President George W. Bush, ruled that defendant Alexander Sheppard should be prohibited from making the “public authority” defense because there’s simply no evidence Trump told his followers that entering the restricted grounds of the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, was legal. In fact, his incendiary rhetoric — especially telling his supporters to “fight like hell” — may suggest Trump was asking them to break the law, Bates said.

His words “could signal to protesters that entering the Capitol and stopping the certification would be unlawful,” Bates found.

Bates’ ruling also supports the committee’s finding that Trump committed at least four crimes with his attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. The committee has referred Trump to the Justice Department on charges of obstructing an official proceeding, conspiracy to defraud the government, making false statements to the federal government, and inciting or assisting an insurrection.

Many of the Jan. 6 defendants have tried to argue that Trump gave them the legal right to attack the Capitol with his remarks prior to the rioting. Those defenses have repeatedly been unsuccessful, as courts have ruled that grown men and women are supposed to know that they don’t have any legal permission to engage in a violent uprising against the government, no matter what any public official tells them.

Ironically, Judge Bates noted in his ruling that Trump’s words on Jan. 6 did quite the opposite of providing legal protection from being charged with crimes:

“Thus, the conclusions reached here — that even if protesters believed they were following orders, they were not misled about the legality of their actions … is consistent with the Select Committee’s findings.”

Kickboxer Tries To Troll Greta Thunberg And Gets His A*s (And Other Body Parts) Handed To Him

Swedish environmentalist Greta Thunberg laid one hell of a nasty burn on kickboxer Andrew Tate, and the internet is cheering her brilliant clapback to his pathetic attempt at trolling.

Tate, it should be noted, started the dustup with Thunberg, HuffPost notes.

Tate tweeted Thunberg directly on Tuesday to tell her: “I have 33 cars.”

He then explained in detail how large his car engines are, before adding: “This is just the start.

“Please provide your email address so I can send a complete list of my car collection and their respective enormous emissions.”

It probably won’t surprise you to learn that Tate is a misogynistic jerk, as The Guardian recently reported.

Andrew Tate says women belong in the home, can’t drive, and are a man’s property.

He also thinks rape victims must “bear responsibility” for their attacks and dates women aged 18–19 because he can “make an imprint” on them, according to videos posted online.

In other clips, the British-American kickboxer – who poses with fast cars, guns and portrays himself as a cigar-smoking playboy – talks about hitting and choking women, trashing their belongings and stopping them from going out.

“It’s bang out the machete, boom in her face and grip her by the neck. Shut up bitch,” he says in one video, acting out how he’d attack a woman if she accused him of cheating. In another, he describes throwing a woman’s things out of the window. In a third, he calls an ex-girlfriend who accused him of hitting her – an allegation he denies – a “dumb hoe”.

Thunberg had the perfect comeback to Tate, and she shared it so the entire internet could enjoy.

Judging by the responses, the vast majority of Twitter users loved it.

Deranged Marjorie Taylor Greene Urges President Biden To ‘Bomb’ Mexico

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) said Wednesday that President Joe Biden should begin bombing Mexico in order to stop the flow of drugs across the U.S.-Mexico border.

Greene said on Twitter that the time had come to do what her political hero, one-term, twice-impeached former president Donald Trump had once called for: A direct military attack on Mexico.

“President Trump was right.

“We should bomb the cartel’s because they are an international criminal organization murdering our people by lacing deadly fentanyl from China in drugs they illegally sell across our border to US citizens.

“Not Mexico or it’s great people, the cartels.”

The Georgia Republican suggested President Biden wants to see drugs imported into the United States.

“Washington always has a lust for war.

“If that’s the case, they need to turn their lust towards a war that actually defends America’s borders and the American people’s lives.

But Joe Biden is the best business partner the cartels have ever had and Joe keeps the drugs flowing.”

She finished her Twitter rant by slagging members of the president’s family.

“And young Americans, teens to 45, are dying of fentanyl more than covid, cancer, heart disease, and all other deaths combined.

” Joe doesn’t seem to mind drug abuse bc he campaigned for POTUS while his daughter Ashley was in drug rehab writing about inappropriate showers w/ Dad.”

“And we all know the depravity of Hunter’s drug habit, unfortunately we all had to see it on his laptop from hell.

“But just bc Joe Biden doesn’t care how many Americans die from fentanyl, why don’t the rest of the Democrats care?

“And some Republicans Senators?

Depravity? How many men did Ms. Greene sleep with while she was still married? Isn’t that the main reason her husband is divorcing her?

Here’s a suggestion: Let’s give Margie some fireworks and send her to the southern border. She can celebrate New Year’s and pretend she’s attacking our allies at the same time.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Defends George Santos For Lying And It Doesn’t End Well For Her

Even though she supports the biggest liar to ever run for any office in this country, Donald Trump, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is now eagerly defending Congressman-Elect George Santos (R-NY), who appears to have fabricated nearly every “fact” he told voters in the midterm election.

Newsweek reports that Santos has repeatedly been caught in one lie after another.

Santos, who was elected to represent New York’s 3rd Congressional District in November’s midterms, admitted in a Monday interview with the New York Post to “embellishing my résumé.” He confirmed previous reporting by The New York Times that he did not graduate from college or work for Citigroup or Goldman Sachs, and does not own 13 properties, despite previous claims to the contrary.

Though Santos is facing resignation calls over the revelations, he said that he still plans to take the oath of office and take his seat in the House on January 3.

That led Greene to offer this defense of Santos:

“George Santos lied about his resume, and the left is demanding he resign. Ilhan Omar says she didn’t marry her brother, she lied. Elizabeth Warren said she was Native American Indian, she lied. The left said George Floyd didn’t die of a drug overdose, they lied.”

“Dr Rachel Levine says he’s a woman, he lied. Adam Schiff said he had proof of Trump Russian collusion, he lied. Eric Swalwell said he didn’t have sex with a CCP spy, he lied. Fauci said the taxpayer funded Covid-19 virus didn’t come from the Wuhan lab, he lied.”

“The science and medical ‘experts’ said the taxpayer funded covid vaccines would stop Covid, they lied, they also said they are safe, they lied again. The Democrats, J6 committee, and media say Trump and us Republicans organized an insurrection on J6, they lied.”

“The left doesn’t care about lying. The real reason they’re attacking George Santos is that he the first openly gay Republican elected and they hate him for it. I’m glad George is being honest with his district now and look forward to seeing how George legislates & votes.”

Really, Marge? Santos is being hated because he’s a gay Republican? Aren’t you the same person who has repeatedly suggested that LGBTQ Americans are “grooming” children for sex and thrown every bigoted attack possible at anyone who wants the legal right to marry whoever they want, as long as both are consenting adults?

What “the left” hates is bigotry and hypocrisy, both of which Greene is guilty of on a daily basis, as other Twitter users reminded her.
