Biden Puts Oz On Full Blast After Learning He Attended High School In Delaware

President Joe Biden laid one hell of a nasty burn on Pennsylvania Republican Senate candidate Mehmet Oz when he found out that the doctor had attended high school in the president’s home state of Delaware.

Speaking to a crowd at a campaign even for Oz’s Democratic opponent, John Fetterman in Philadelphia, Biden remarked:

“I couldn’t believe it. He went to high school in Delaware. But Delaware was smart enough to send him to New Jersey.”

That wasn’t all the president said about a U.S. Senate controlled by Republicans, Politico reports:

“If, in fact, we lose the Senate, say goodbye to lower medical costs. Gone,” Biden said shortly after saying Fetterman has “got to win.”

Additionally, Biden noted that Republicans want to cut all aid to Ukraine and let Russia continue its war against the Ukrainian people.

“They said that if they win, they’re likely to not continue to fund Ukraine,” Biden said. “These guys don’t get it.”

Recent polls from the Keystone State show Fetterman with a small lead over Oz, and many political observers believe the race will come down to turnout, which is always crucial for Democrats. The massive turnout in the 2020 election is one of the reasons Biden won the election and Democrats gained seats in the Senate.

Eric Swalwell Lays The Ultimate Burn On ‘Gym’ Jordan

Some people never learn, and that’s most certainly the case with Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), who seems to have a need to try and troll anyone he disagrees with.

That’s the case with a tweet Jordan sent which reads:

“Do you feel safe in cities controlled by the Left? Cities that defunded the police? Cities that ignore police staffing issues? No. No. No.”

That was simply more than Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) could take, so he fired back at Jordan with a reminder of his colleague’s ugly past.

“I feel safer than a wrestler in a locker room with you.”

For those who aren’t familiar with the checkered past of Congressman Jordan, a 2020 report from CNN explains:


Tito Vazquez says he still remembers the day three decades ago when, as a wrestler at Ohio State University, the doctor he’d gone to see about a bloody nose insisted on examining his genitals. He also recalls how one of his coaches dismissed his immediate complaint.

“‘I have nothing to do with this,’” Vazquez quoted the assistant coach saying, as he effectively ended the conversation and went on with wrestling practice.

That coach, Vazquez says, was Jim Jordan, now an Ohio congressman and an influential voice in Republican politics, perhaps best known for his pugnacious defense of President Donald Trump during the recent impeachment proceedings.

Vazquez is one of six former OSU wrestlers who told CNN in recent interviews that they were present when Jordan heard or responded to sexual misconduct complaints about team doctor Richard Strauss. Eight others say Strauss’ inappropriate behavior was an open secret in the athletic department and that Jordan, among others, must have known about it.

Others also took their turn reminding Jordan that he’s not exactly the right person to be criticizing others.

Big Loss For Lindsey – Appeals Court Says He Has To Testify In Georgia Election Rigging Trial

Despite numerous legal attempts to avoid testifying in a Georgia case investigating the attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was told Thursday by an appeals court that he must appear, be sworn, and answer the questions posed to him.

The Washington Post reports a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit ruled against Graham.

“Senator Graham has failed to demonstrate that this approach will violate his rights under the Speech and Debate Clause,” according to the six-page order.

Graham can appeal the order to the full appeals court or could ask the Supreme Court to intervene.

Graham has been subpoenaed by a grand jury impaneled by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. The grand jury is investigating possible attempts to overturn the results of balloting in the Peach State by former president Donald Trump, who called Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and asked him to “find” thousands of votes that would make him victorious in the state.

Specifically, Trump told Raffesnperger:

“So look. All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have. Because we won the state.

“So what are we going to do here, folks? I only need 11,000 votes. Fellas, I need 11,000 votes. Give me a break.”

 

Graham got involved in the case by also calling Raffensperger:

During their conversation, Graham asked the Georgia secretary of state whether he had the power to toss out all mail ballots in certain counties, Raffensperger told The Washington Post in an interview days later. He said Graham appeared to be asking him to improperly find a way to set aside legally cast ballots.

It remains unclear if Graham is suspected of possible criminal behavior in Georgia, but his testimony could prove damaging to Trump, who is already under multiple criminal investigations at both the state and federal level.

Dark Brandon Swats Down Fox’s Peter Doocy And Twitter Applauds With Delight

Thinking he could trip up President Joe Biden with a loaded question, Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy tried on Wednesday to make Biden choose which item he felt was the “top domestic issue” as the midterm elections approach: Abortion or inflation.

But Biden, in full Dark Brandon mode, swatted down Doocy and gave him a lesson in governing, telling him:

“They’re all important. Unlike you, there’s no one thing. It crosses the board. They’re all important. And we oughta be able to walk and chew gum at the same time.”

For those who aren’t familiar with the “Dark Brandon” phenomenon, HuffPost explains:

“Dark Brandon” is the meme-worthy nickname that’s turned what was once an insult into shorthand for a feisty president willing to fight back.

This isn’t the first time Biden has put Doocy in his place. The two have sparred before, CNBC notes:

President Joe Biden called Fox News White House reporter Peter Doocy “a stupid son of a bitch” Monday on a live microphone, after Doocy asked Biden whether inflation was a political liability for him.

The verbal slip took place during a White House event on Biden administration efforts to combat inflation. After the president complained that all the press questions were about the military buildup around Ukraine, Doocy shouted: “Will you take questions about inflation? Do you think inflation is a political liability ahead of the midterms?”

Thinking his microphone was turned off, Biden responded sarcastically: “No, that’s a great asset. More inflation.”

He added, “What a stupid son of a bitch.”

It should be noted that the president later apologized for what he called Doocy.

Twitter users were delighted to see Dark Brandon make a comeback and remind Fox and its viewers that Democrats can indeed do two things at the same time, which is what governing is all about.

Twitter Erupts With Mockery When Kimberly Guilfoyle Says Nancy Pelosi Had ‘Too Much Work Done On Her Face’

In what may well wind up becoming the biggest irony of 2022, former Fox News host and wife-to-be of Donald Trump Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle, is making fun of someone’s looks and suggesting that the third most powerful person in Washington has had too much plastic surgery.

Yes, a member of the Trump family is attacking Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), a woman who is more accomplished than all of the Trumps put together.

Even more humiliating for Guilfoyle is the fact that she made her stupid remarks on video and they’ve now been shared with Twitter’s nearly 400 million users worldwide.

Appearing on Newsmax Tuesday evening, Guilfoyle went on a rant, first trashing President Joe Biden and then adding this flourish:

“Pelosi is lying what’s left of her face off.”

Of course, it’s more than bit ironic of Guilfoyle to accuse someone else of having work done on their face when you consider how Kimberly used to look and how she looks now.

Problem is, in the “after” photo, Guilfoyle looks like the Joker from the Batman comics.
